In september i took 140gr of protein a day, also around around 3000calories a day. In october I completely ditched this ridiculous feeding , I started feeling I was a pig being fed to my limits. I felt i was destroying my body eating so damn much I couldnt take It anymore I have gone back to eating what i want, which is mostly fruits, good healthy carbs (oatmeal, millet, quinoa mainly), and some ocasional eggs and yogurt here and there. Overall I think im not eating more than 2500 cal a day and im probably eating HALF OR LESS amount of protein i was eating in september However i have not seen any muscle loss, i would say even the contrary, im even training harder and I have more stamina. Probably because ive gone back to eating REAL food and not just counting food by the calories and macros like a stupid nerd. That thing about eating so much protein was completely ridiculous, not even a carnivore animal eat so much lmao. I feel so damn sad for gym nerds Tracking their food each day they are unaware their body is absolutely not caring about so much food you Only need HALF of that unless you are eating crappy protein powders then yes you have to eat massive amounts each day of food because is crappy food

Is the Existence that seeks Liberation, not you or the ego. Personally as an ego I would have preferred that my life would have been as an anti-spiritual as possible 😂 But seems someone else set this up for me, in other words, this life is not really mine, is in the hands of something that wants to Realize. But when you can not dissolve the superglue you have all over yourself, when your body is removed of you (death) Guess what, you Will attach yourself to anything similar to your glue again in seconds. The "glue" is the karmic configuration of the Creation that you picked Up from the start, and it has been the way of determining your incarnations until now. Which is why dissolving It means ending the cycles for your Existence It is permanent and forever, because we are talking about dissolving The very ingredient that stucked you to the wheel of Creation. Today I read one woman would go out alone at nigh just because the threat / fear of getting raped literally would make her come back home wet 😱 This is my take Im not saying is because of this but IMO women are more vulnerable in the physical aspect so rationally in his real acts she has much more precautions in regards to who she sleeps with (or just interacts with) than men, yet at the fantasy level the arousal happens at the complete opposite: being helpless and 'used' by the most pig/depraved men on the planet.... A similar scenario in men would be female domination or feminization fantasies...Rationally as a man you want to feel in control and strong but the mind finds arousal again in the oppositte: removing any trait of masculinity and self respect and being weak and being dominated. Is all about the strong dualities the mind constructs which have to come off at some point to relieve stress I guess.

@Ishanga For sure, when one gets into reaction mode to the outside, one is basically becoming 'bounded' to memory. While a conscious response is based on the present experience of your intelligence (chitta, consciousness, etc) 👍 So basically reaction response is just a slave of memory (being a slave of the cycles) and Conscious Response is evolving and making conscious steps towards your ultimate Freedom (Liberation/Mukti) 🙌

In my view, once awareness would realize, the mind should shut up, because total clarity about what I am is there, thats what awakening is. So mind should only speak to serve me, never again to disturb me.
