Isn't the flip side of "nothing is real" that everything is real? After all, existence and nothingness cannot exist without each other.
Maybe I just have to try it.
I remember a while ago you had made a few videos about the idea that the enlightened person should be able to sit in a room by themselves for the rest of their life and be happy. Do you still believe this to be the case? Is it something that is attainable?
I've been experimenting with this for a while and after several days of keeping to myself I find that I get a lot of unwanted feelings of anxiety, as though I am scared of something even though nothing has happened. Not sure if I should bother to keep trying or just start socializing more again.
I'm not sure if you would feel the fear or not, but when you are at the point where someone could shoot a gun by your ear and you don't flinch, or where you can set yourself on fire to death without screaming, it probably wouldn't be relevant.
You can definitely learn a lot about the universe from video games, or any game for that matter. It doesn't matter the medium, whether it be video games, martial arts, or crafts, there are certain laws that always apply.
