YES ~KP1 is very important. Unless you were very new to pranyama and concentration you could have progreesed faster. The first 3 kriyas : KP1 ,Maha Mantra and Navi Kriya can be learnt well in one to two weeks. You should move comfortably over the 1st initiation kriyas in a few months of practice. And then spend a long time achiving mastery over them. There is no need to spend weeks at each level because the next lessons practices incorporate the previous kriya ☺ -

Do What works for you. Personally, I focus on a point in the center of the head and move my focus equally towards each point. Till an equal 'amount' of focus resides on them. Once you are accustomed to equally focusi g on them you know what to bring your mind back to. Hope this makes sense. -

Do not drop spinal breathing its very important. Did you locate the chakras previously? If you did then perfection will come with time. The reason you feel the Root chakra is because all your energy is there. One goal of yoga is to move the energy up your spine so give the technique some time. Three months isn't long enough. You should also DO MORE CONCENTRATION and for longer. The difficulty highlights the need for more. Have you watched leos video on concentration? Wish you well -

Kriya is a system that facilitates surrender and has been refined over many years. Everything at its core, in this world, is the focusing of concscioussness. Kriya yoga is one method to enlightenment but not the only or even perhaps best , maybe it isnt for you. Advanced Kriya yoga involves detatchment from the actions (pratyahara). The beginner mind needs a system or technique but through practice the yogi would naturally surender the desire for outcome. Don't get caught in the trap of doubting the method because all in all the method serves as a facilatator of enlightenment and meerly that. The power in the method comes from the actions put in. -

Past lives arent real !!! Only the moment we are in is real, only the experiances are we have now are real. Past lives are a distraction . According to krishna there has never been a time when you did not exist therefore you have been/are every possible incarnation. Therefore You are looking for a mystical vision. It is just distraction. Become enlightend.Liberate yourself , and then you'll truly know what samsara is. -

No need to practice daily. Holotropic Breathwork is best done in intense bursts (e.g 90 minuets once every three months) but you need to work up to it . Otherwise it maybe physically or spiritually dangerous. Do it once every week or so increasing by 10-20 minuets until you can do atleast an hour then do 1-1.5 hours every now and again Remember to practice surrender on a deep level. Surrender to emotions that rise . Surruender to the experance and ultimately surrender to the absolute. -
'NLP an essential Guide' by tom dotz is pretty good. Its not advanced but comprehensive on the basic and intermediate levels. It's a large book ( almost a textbook ) and if you do the exercises you will see the benefits.
