I'd like to try it now before even thinking about splurging my dwindling finances on an expensive rented property. Currently, it hurts financially a lot to live 10~30 days in a rented property. What was your experience with the program? Did you find your ego cheating during your home solo retreats? Perhaps, I can rent a cheap study room near my house where I don't sleep or prepare food. If I rented a cheap study room, I would have to come home for food and sleep. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the study room. However, it seems that even if I rented a solitary study space, I would be surrounded by other people nearby.

Life is already more difficult than I can handle. I don't want to add more problems to my life. I'd rather depend on solo retreats for growth.

@aurum I am not as dismissive as monogamy as you are. But, I am not looking forward to marriage, either. It is a bad legal contract. If you sign the contract, you are 100% responsible for the legal consequences of divorce that will fall upon you with 20~50% chance. Someone said that the greatest cause of divorce is marriage.

@Shiva I think that fits into what Leo Gura has been saying in his videos. Love and accept, and you will improve. Wage slavery is counter-intuitive. You improve your odds of escaping wage slavery by loving it.

@Wyze You can develop Red without openly displaying aggression. A teenager threw a party at his parents' house without giving a fuck about his parents. When a news reporter asked the boy to apologize, the boy simply didn't care. The boy was Red without being aggressive. That's unhealthy Red, but he was not aggressive. Watch the following video. The boy simply doesn't give a fuck about obstacles or subjecting his parents to 20,000 dollar fine from police. Thank god, that boy is not my neighbor. If you want to develop Red, do it in a healthy way. I don't want you to develop open aggression or become someone who doesn't give a fuck about anything but you. But, if you develop Red properly, even nazi tanks will not stop you from doing what you want or throwing a party. If you developed Red properly, you would be able to think how you can get involved in something you want to do without caring about how other people think about you or how other people will punish you. This means you will just publish artworks or books without worrying about punishments from government or random ideological people. Without complaining or fear, you will find somewhere else where you are not punished but rewarded for your work. I want to become a life purpose warrior which requires developing Red.

If you openly display aggression anywhere, you will be shunned by other people. The only difference for women is that they are physically smaller and weaker than men on average. Also, a small man cannot openly display aggression toward a big man without risking serious injury. Most women are like a small man in terms of physical power. However, you can still choose to display aggression. In western societies, women are better protected socially than in middle east, so it's safer for women to openly display aggression. If you apply the dynamic of fight, a bunch of women can openly display aggression toward one large guy due to having sheer numerical advantage. In corporations, nobody is allowed to openly display aggression. There, men develop bitchiness.

So, you became a full time investor. Spending 6 hours a day on investment makes you a full-time investor. If investment is not your life purpose, when do you plan to reduce or minimize the time you spend on investment each day? Are you saying that even if I stored my keyboard, my mouse, and my smartphone in a distant building, my ego will find a way to distract myself with some uninteresting objects such as a university textbook in my house? Or, will I just go out and enjoy reconnaissance in my neighborhood for hours if there is nothing interesting in my house? Even if I was in a cabin in the woods, would my ego just give up and drive home before the end of a 10-day solo retreat? If I remembered correctly, you were doing 30-day solo retreat at home in May 2018. What really happened to your 30-day solo retreat last year?

I think 99% of distractions of the house come from my computer. In particular, the internet accounts for 99% of all distractions that come from my computer. I rarely use my smartphone. I rarely get phone calls. I don't use smartphone for the internet because it's too slow and painful to type letters on the small touchscreen. I guess I will be fine as long as My computer is turned off, and optionally my keyboard and mouse are stored away from my computer. Or, my computer is not connected to the internet if the computer is turned on for electronic journaling. I journal on my computer. What did you find distracting in your house other than your computer? Or, will I succumb to the temptation of the internet if it's not too inconvenient(e.g. I'm too far away from my computer.) to use it?

@Sahil Pandit So, I should plan ahead the next retreat. Set aside hours of time for meditation. Plan ahead.

This is how I imagine it will happen. Basically, I think the general trend will be that Green/Yellow businesses will outcompete Orange businesses. Green alone is not enough to outcompete Orange businesses. It will be a mix of Green and Yellow that will outcompete Orange businesses. Yellow is more flexible and strategic and intelligent than Orange. There are just not enough Yellow people to form a critical mass of Yellow corporations.

How could Orange businesses that pay millions of dollars to executives compete with Green and Yellow businesses that invest those million dollars into R&D? They simply can't. Blue and Orange businesses run companies as if they were factories. This is unfit for knowledge work. This doesn't allow autonomy. Green and Yellow businesses allow knowledge workers to have autonomy and produce creative outcomes that change the world. A business built to last hundreds of years will try to grow 10~30% per year instead of 100%~1000% per year. Over 30~50 years, stable annual growth of 10~30% can produce corporations that are as big as google and can dominate this planet.
