This reminds me of myself. I call it dunning-kruger effect. I have been cleaning up false lofty ideals in my head. I'd rather be the lofty ideals than conceptualize or know about them. I started putting being in front of knowing and concepts.

By the way, compassion and empathy don't always lead to good manners. You can say harsh things out of compassion. Tough love.

If a woman showed good manners to me, I couldn't consider her toxic.

Orange and green are only liberal relative to Blue. They may feel restrictive and oppressive to other stages. I often find liberalism oppressive. Liberalism is a misnomer. Also, devils often mean personal power or control over others when they say liberalism. It is just somewhat less oppressive than authoritarianism. It seems devils didn't think hard enough about what it means to be liberated. I'd say one limitation of Orange and Green is incompetently developed notions of liberalism.

When people talk about human rights, they often mean human rights violation. When people talk about equality, they often mean getting even and then becoming superior. They actually mean discrimination and superiority when they talk about equality. Devils flip truths. Humans are liars. Also, there are paradoxes. People are equal and unequal. People have rights and don't have rights. Due to paradoxes, things usually get worse when people apply binary thinking to those issues. Thus, I stopped taking equality and human rights seriously. That doesn't mean I want dictators to cut off my balls and have me feed grape to them. I'd like to think about actual improvements of human condition rather than vague concepts devils like to flip the meanings of. Concepts are not actuality. Concepts don't guarantee common practice. I'm going to transcend human rights and equality.

I see a lot of people conflate fictions and paradigms with absolute truths. They are too adamant and too numerous. Would it take hundreds of years for them to realize that they are bullshiting themselves? What purpose does it serve? Does God want to play the game of falsehood for fun? Or, do they exist because God would not be absolutely infinite without them?

I can understand that it is difficult to recognize bullshits for the first time. After the first time, it becomes easier and easier. By the way, what do you mean by white knuckle? Do you mean this?

They were pretty good at cordoning people in prisons and concentration camps. USA, the land of freedom, has more prisoners than the rest of the world. People often get the opposite of what the authorities claim. When a company advertises that its employees enjoy autonomy, the opposite is true. Collective ego flips the truths to recruit new members and survive. Michael O Church, who seems to be between Orange and Green and Yellow, analyzed that communism and socialism were controlled by psychopaths and aristocrats who inherited social status from their parents over generations. I don't know if he is right, but that's an interesting theory. According to him, the same families are at the top of nazi germany and the current germany. What if aristocrats usurped communism from inside? Descendants of George Bush are likely to become the next presidents or high-ranking officers even if USA becomes socialist or communist. His father was a president, too.

There's no such thing as atoms and molecules. Atoms don't have a shell. In actuality, an atom is just a vague cloud that has no boundary. It is empty. It is merely a practical fiction created to deal with reality. I once thought atoms and molecules were fundamental. If atoms and molecules are mere fictions, is there any reason to believe that ideologies are any more than fictions? A contract is a fiction. An ideology is a novel. A human is just a concept. Let me tell you more about humans. If I gradually replaced parts of my brain with those of a tiger's brain, when do I stop being a human and start being a tiger? A human is just a practical label we attach to a set of parts and functionalities. I can say the same about computers. If you take fictions seriously, you are going to suffer unnecessarily. I want to help you make it stop. Make it stop in your head. Make it stop.

After watching Leo's videos, I dropped "all" popular ideologies and cured most anxiety attacks although I am still lazy and I don't do meditation everyday. I'm no longer anxious about not reaching my full potential. Some people put out videos about self development. Yet, I find that they are even more emotionally messed up than I am. It's "easy" for me to make them angry or disturb them although they claim that they progressed a lot. They do not realize that they are full of bullshit theories. They confuse ideologies and beliefs and selfishness of (collective) ego with truths. I feel pity. I think that they are suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect which is a cognitive bias by which people of low ability have illusory superiority and experts assume everyone else knows what the experts already know.

When Green feels threatened, it reverts to Blue. Also, people at the top of a communism regime were no Green.

I can see practical values in certain fictions like atoms and molecules. However, ideologies take time, energy, and money from your life in most cases. Also, ideological people keep complaining in ideological comfort zones. Going beyond ideological comfort zone means ego death. It also means questioning one's own ideologies. Ego death can move people forward. If you keep going beyond comfort zones, you cannot hold onto ideologies. Ideology is a comfort zone.

It might be good to make summaries after reading books if you want to retain memories.
