  1. Leo has a video on this, "How to study". I'm assuming you mean how to stay motivated to revise because you're a student. What he pretty much says in the video is that you shouldn't study just accomplish an end goal, such as a grade or degree, but study because you're a lifelong student and are fascinated by the world you live in. Leo explains it in much greater detail so I'd suggest watching that video if I were you.
  2. I'm definitely not asking for Leo's validation haha.. I'm 19 years old atm so I've got a while but I'm 100% sure that I want to have a family some day.
  3. I know in one of your videos, I think the 30 Ways society fucks you in the ass, you said that people have families as a distraction to stop them working on theirselves and growing as people. Does this mean you're not planning on having kids and a wife some day? While the main reason that I'm doing personal development is to grow myself and create the best life for myself as possible, I really want a family one day where I can share my knowledge with my children and see the grow up to be healthy, Individual adults. Which I'm guessing will be deeply satisfying..
  4. Haha! Love that! I'm INTP too.. I've always had a hunch that people who embark on personal development are skewed towards N types as they are more likely to see the long term benefits of their efforts. What do you think?
  5. Something like washing the dishes? Every time I do that I seem to really deep thikning ssessions lol
  6. I've only started meditating quite recently, however I am really inconsistent with it. Some periods I would meditate every day and others I completely forget to. However what I have noticed is when I meditate after a long period of abstinence, I get two sensations. - A tingling sensation in my brain and whole body, like a less intense versin of pins and needs. - It feels like I'm spinning round and round when I'm actually sitting still and not moving. Has anyone else had similar experiences and what does it mean, if anything?
  7. Haha, I've downloaded this video and put in on my phone to listen to when I'm out and about. Plan on listening to it very soon...
  8. The most recent one has been 30 ways society f*cks you in the ass. As a 19 year old, another one would be Advice for High school and College students.
