  2. What you wanna do somebody already did that. To make something new and innovative, that s very rare. All you can do is either be better in that domain or be differently (here I mean bring your personality, style so on..) Your standpoint, your fears.. Everybody are fighting in this big war.. That s why 99% fail.

  5. Get your shit down before enlightenment. I tell you from my experience... when last year after 2 months of meditation retreat I didn't have money for food and rent and no one to help me; being alone here in UK without even the language spoke property.. But I really didn't give a fuck cause everything was beautiful and peaceful in the present moment, the reality was amazing and even my death was seeing like an euphoric wave of life.. Now from this state go back in a warehouse and learn the business... fuck.

  8. Well think about what are you actually doing be using this technique. It is like you use a plunger for toilets ( I can t find a better example sorry:))); by breathing you bring to surface old memories and traumatic events. When that happens you must relive those events and handle it.. usually it happen naturally and in a few days it will pass, leaving you better than before. Next week you try again until the problem is solved from the root. When that happens you ll say to yourself " I can t believe that this was a problem for me.. it is so silly now" . and it feels like have never been a problem.. Now think about what happens when you bring to surface to much darkness.. When the "handle it" moment happens (sometimes after technique sometimes the next day) you have to feel those memories and to relive again. Now if you bring in the present moment a lot of agony, pain, terror, fear and all of that at a very high intensity level how would you feel? Now for every person is different you know that.. try it once or 2 for 20-30m and see how will be. I really recommend it cause in my case this technique saved my life.. I had such a bad event when I was child you know.. I m not fluent in English so I tried to explain how better I could..

  10. @Belay kelemeworkdn damn man mindfulness is one of the cool shit I know. It is like watching yourself like you watch a random person let s say; and also being 100% detached from yourself. Can you imagine that?
  11. @GafaRassaDaba For me the calm came in the first week, then madness, then calm and so far... When I meditate I try to block my thoughts, try to not think at all.. I don't know what it is call but works for me... I ve also work to get pass my mental issues cause ive had some trauma in my childhood; I use shamanic breathing 30m every week. But if you wanna give it a try be careful cause is a really powerful technique. Once I used it too much that kept me 3mounth in a deep depression. However Leo said in on video that the calm comes after years of meditation... And ofc everything works different for everybody, but in the end all we have to do is long hard work.

  14. @zenjen I m struggling for more than 1 year to grow my shopify store and now I m looking for ways to do good market research in a niche to can start from there and also I wanna increase my awareness in business before wasting lots of money again...
  15. @Gabriel Antonio I did that first time when I tried it. Kept me 3 months in a deep depression from which I thought I l never come back to life and how many times I tried to kill myself.. but also this technique saved my life by releasing my cursed child trauma.

  17. --- Please be patient reading this; I say that cause I m not fluent in English. Thanks --- Sometimes, most of the time when I feel in touch with my intuition, it is like my actions, words and all the present moment is controlling by something, or it is meant to be.. and I am there just to watch, cause it feels like I can t control anything of what I m doing, or say. It feels great also. And in these moments only amazing things happen. Like parts cut from the best movies. Is this right to happen? I wanna know more can you guys provide me with some links? Thanks.
  18. Last 2 weeks I fully grounded in the present moment. Was an amazing experience feels like I was on heroin all the time and that last for 1 week. Conform to what I said: I m curious what level do I have?
  19. didn't see deep awareness through your words. this work changes you every day; I am also a different man every day, so how can such a man have friends when how I see you now, tomorrow you 'll be an unknown man saw through my different eyes?
  20. Hi there and a happy whatever... Is it true that you can feel exactly what the other person near to you feel? Can you feel their fear, happiness, shyness, anxiety or is it just a weird trap? Thanks.
