  1. 10-20min of Vipassana meditation in the morning. Focusing on my breath during the day. If I remember - focusing on my body and thoughts.
  2. @Pernani ''Effectiveness is the measure of truth'' there is not only one way to achieve your goals. There are many solutions. Hence if something does not work for you, you can always change it. For example I changed my way of breathing. Deep breathing or counting was very unnatural. BE AWARE that the world is what you think it is. Decide you have the power to succeed. BE FREE because there are no limits. Give yourself the right to succeed. BE FOCUSED because energy flows where attention goes. Increase your desire to succeed. BE HERE because now is the moment of power. Start right now with a will to succeed. BE HAPPY because love is the source of power. Enjoy and acknowledge the good that is. BE CONFIDENT because all power comes from within. Always trust yourself. BE POSITIVE because effectiveness is the measure of success. Always expect the best.
  3. @The Don @Nahm Thank you guys :-) Of course I practise regularly.
  4. This is it. However reading the books can help you to remind about your spiritual way and motivate you. For me reading in the morning helps me with my focus during the day.
  5. Great posts. I'm interested in breath work. At the beginning I was fascinated special breathing techniques, but all of them emphasised deep breathing. I even practiced Wim Hoff breathing technique. One day I woke up and felt that all those techinques were unnatural. Small children don't breath counting till for example 5, etc. Moreover during Vipassana meditation, you don't force your breath but only watch. Then I found information about Buteyko and this is all what @InfinitePotential described above. Hopefully it works :-) (PS) English it's not my native language, so I'm sorry for mistakes.
  6. I read this book several times. One of my favourites books.
  7. It was one of the first spiritual books, I read and I can recommend it.
  8. @Stefano Provenzi Thank you very much for your opinion.
  9. @AleksM How are you? I read all posts here and I've got a question. How did you remember about focus on your breaths all the time? I try to do that but I forger about it very quickly.
