  1. @SOUL from a dual perspective it’s not nonsense - food is also the absence of food and manifests in hunger. hunger therefore is a nondual expression/feeling of the bodymind for the duality of emptiness and form.
  2. hahahaha ... you planed that! : no not something... if someone says thank you by the way i also say: nothing! and smile (it’s somehow the nothing rule)
  3. i would tattoo that on my forehead, if i was into facetattoo.
  4. hahaha - that’s the epiphany of it. the truth is: people get tired of virtue signaling and that’s where we are politically at. it is just heat going nowhere. you could say it’s the virtue super sale.
  5. the only way of breaking a circle is widening a circle from 0 to 8 until it turns a 0 again. if all virtue signaling ends in virtue signaling, there is no longterm change. it is the entropy of meaning.
  6. there is this group game in germany called silent mail - it’s about information loss. it goes like this: one person thinks about a word, a complicated one and whispers it in the ear of the next one and that person into the ear of the next - the last one says the word out loud. today it was: virtue signaling
  7. well on me it has an impact. question is just, what will i do with it? virtue signaling of course!
  8. thanks joseph for sharing! really nice find! it’s still so cute
  9. i never said all differences are the same it‘s about the how not the that. that’s one of the most truthful truths you will encounter.
  10. make a list of the most, most, most famous successful people you can think of and write next to every single one if they where authentic or not.
  11. they say love goes through the stomach but i really don’t like the word every, when i hear it, it sounds like a little bit too much love - there is also running away from that. even though it could be a superlative run. and i‘m also not sure about canteen food.
  12. this might be correct, it’s still not easy to swim against the stream and live life differently even though it’s more awake. there are always people who try to tell us there would be a norm on how to be or what to do - and yes a lot of people just give in, to what they think is the best lifestyle. the tv tells them with every picture what this is and as the neighbor does the same, so it can’t be wrong! @Chives99 it’s hard to see how that works and how we can’t change anything if people are not open for change. so don’t focus on changing the others and try to not focus on what they do wrong - find out about the things they do right and try to talk or do these things with them. it doesn’t mean you have to marry them, but maybe you‘ll share more valuable moments.
  13. @outlandish that reminds me of when my mom let us do playful yoga - she asked us stuff like if we can put our feet behind our head or go into lotus. it just triggered us to try, as she said she can’t do that and she told us there where hundred year old beardy men in india, who lived in forests who still could do that like children. that was enough to play yogis the whole day. and to try if i could still do that minimum once a year. but today you can just send them to yoga class or give them a youtube video.
  14. when i look on the first chart it is kind of interesting how it is drawn more like an ergonomic chart - i suppose it explains somehow the interconnectedness of the extremities to the chacras. it’s visible in the green equilibrium points, what sets the arms and hands in correlation to the heart - i really like that as i love hands. (don’t give me a ?‍♀️ facepalm) we need hands existentially, we reach out to others with hands, we give food and life with hands, too. without hands there would be no us, no human but also no inhuman. so it seems to be somehow right to connect them to the heart chacra. but then i don’t really understand why the feet got another colour than the muladhara- maybe because it’s earth contact... i understand that it’s a little different as the feet don’t really have similar functions as the hands - but i think without walking barefoot from time to time there is no proper rooting in ourselves. so they overlapped symbolically but not in their colour - wonder if that’s a cultural thing (like feet are dirty?) also wonder what i should do with the „grounding in reality“ metaphor, keep it? maybe just delete that phrase and exchange it with grounding to earth, it’s really also different - barefoot is good. ah now i get it, when i look on the second chart: either no socks or rainbow socks, wonder what works best.
  15. haha, no not for me, actually i wanted to add: it is also not what it is not. maybe not yet. everything is becoming
  16. @SOUL it is and it is not and it is both at the same time. it is also not what it is not. maybe not yet.
  17. @SOUL if it is what it is it would not be an illusion though. but we will never clearly know that. it is an illusion to think we could know what is and what is the illusion of the is and if there even is an is. or if the is is just an illusion.
  18. @ivankiss mhhh wonder who would fit in a sentence maybe “now is forever“? hahaha bless you, too.
  19. @SOUL oh look there is @Shin sorry sometimes i just go for the first image available. so @ivankiss are you making music for the ones wandering without a path? or is it less vocal? i mean music can have so many faces and your style seems to change when you change direction or you change direction when your style changes. music is very connected to our inner voice, isn’t it? it’s a lot about listening, too. onomatopoetic - interesting! i really loved this song as a teen - that was as dark as it went, more the melancholic darkness maybe screaming is sometimes the better solution it’s a little about shadows, too. you could even work with lyrics and don’t use them in the actual song...
  20. so there are different chacra systems - 7chacra systems and 9chacra systems and even they differ -i want to figure out similarities and which one is the better for me to work with. i suppose when someone mastered the chacras he/she can even go on further and find out about other energy knots like acupressure points or acupuncture points.
  21. this morning i realized my emotions completely overshooted i‘m just a raw egg protector while everyone is hunting meat - no one cares if the raw egg gets broken in the process. i forgot for a moment that in the end we are all selfresponsible. it’s one thing to take responsibility and another to get anxious about not being able to. a situation like that will just pass by - even though a little painful. here it’s even better as usually because almost everyone tries to take part in a certain way. and most are much more skilled than i.
  22. @Arhattobe thank god someone is turning the wheel
  23. at the moment i‘m baffled about how decentered situations get if no anchorpoint is around. including the selfcannibalizing me. why am i still so hopelessly dependent. there is a lot of nervousness and insecurity around, a little hysteria and demeanor a lot of down relativating and some courage pow wow. nothing has changed except the awareness. actually it may be a good starting point for muladhara... just realized. as muladhara is blocked if we have insecurities in disconnection from a source. i feel disconnected from a group if there is a feeling of aimlessness as i get the feeling i have to do something then against the rising doubts. and then creativity has its limits. i get stuck in the essence of a thought, unable to unwind the equation backwards.
  24. generally speaking in the widest sense it’s still about nothing. but i confess the word did not show. so maybe for the count of it... my first post had an enormous amount of condensed nothingness. so may it be forgiven. back to the initial content.
