  1. with smoking you get other problems with the lungs... maybe you could invent something for skin absorption... there are still the ears where you could put it in, or drops for the eyes? no i wouldn’t mess with the eyes...maybe you just don’t take anything it’s really too dangerous!!! and another thing... do you think smoking penicillin would have worked better?
  2. @Leo Gura so why do you take penicillin... i suppose it’s viral so it won’t even work.... buy yourself some sinupret bionoricas if available and flush the sinuses with salt water, when completely over do a sinus cleaning with ayurvedic nasya oil. the rest is rest.
  3. oh i found something interesting: http://www.presidentialhealthcarecenter.com/tag/nucleus-accumbens/ it‘s about breeding rats that run.
  4. don’t trust a study you didn’t fake yourself! what does it anyways say? ok and then if you hold a gun in your hand it shows you even have a fast pull the trigger time don’t even need to think anymore. love you ♥️ peace. by the way - any suggestion on how to grow the nucleus accumbens? ah - yes the exploring rat! sorry didn’t read the whole article - it’s rather good though!
  5. yeah that’s why i recommended to eat when hungry it also doesn’t work without love that’s for sure! so feeding of love you need to prepare a lot of love to feed from, it won’t just hang on the next tree to pluck it!
  6. @Paul92 are you already a tampax? hope you can lough about that from the other side! i mean hope the other side is just your cellphone - without being logged in... how is it going? did you find help? you see, it seems like you really are angry, but whom are you angry about? or what? so you know for yourself you want to stop questioning? maybe that’s good for a while, maybe you should stop questioning and start to work on the problems you discovered, finding real solutions. would you have found your way here if you where not searching? so is there no path? what about the one you walked? no one said exactly you would be healed like in a miracle over night! do the people here have their issues? yes of course, if they hadn’t, who would be here? you see trees can also have illnesses and they grow differently - and some years the winter is tougher because the frost comes again very late in the early year and then the growth ring is small and there are no peaches for us so we go cherry pick. and sometimes it’s not even a fruit tree, but a pine tree or a hazel and we just go nuts. did you already try to talk about your ocd in the forum, to find other methods and help? did you ever try to find a cure aside from what is commonly used? hope you are fine! (we really don’t care what you want to be in the next life - but you know you can’t become a tampax, do you?)
  7. yes you are right! good job! and it’s the quick fix again. actually i wanted to write that it was like pixel counting in the 90ies . tried to upload that minimum five times in different words and then just gave up because it never reached the server. maybe it was not that important of an information as well.... pixel counting since 4 or 5 days, mamamia!
  8. trying to get myself a bulletproof west by trying headpoint journaling...a christmas carroll...by ryder carroll. this guy also read mari kondo, i guess. well it‘s the synchronicity of our time. so as it already is like mari kondo for journaling i use it as discarding/decluttering practice (one of the goals for 2019) actually i‘m not sure... it’s surely efficient but is it really effective in the sense of creativity? i‘m not sure if the questioning is the right one - i miss the: “keeping what you ultimatively love” from mari kondo... a little too pragmatic in the questioning - maybe only for the starter. it might be helpful to set priorities right though. i mean asking if something matters is just not the right questioning as people’s value systems are so different. if i love something it doesn’t mean it really matters on a material level, but maybe on a spiritual and a lot of people might not get that... maybe he didn’t read mari kondo after all. this is not a critique, it’s just a notice...
  9. @Ziggyzoozoo212 there are studies that less food intake prolonges the life. it’s part of the theory why people in okinawa get so old. of course if you eat less you would have to replace the amount of food with the right food - that would be the trick. but fasting in general is one of the best healing and regenerative methods that’s one of the still most common alternative medicine treatments in preventive medicine. if you don’t take all the bad stuff in, the body doesn’t have to put the stuff somewhere... so it’s getting regeneration time to clean itself - sprincleaning, you could say! if and how bretharianism is possible - i guess if you take it as longterm goal and don’t forbid you eating when you are hungry, and then eating only healthy stuff, it might really be one of the best diets ever. ♥️is still the best food, even if it is none. (i mean none for just consumption - it really works different that diet)
  10. i thought long about the differences between cults and culture and how belief narratives play a role in them - i guess the difference is the depth of giving up the own will/self to the will of the cult, dissolving the ego into a group ego. another aspect is certainly the exploitation of power hierarchy. that’s not only created by one leader but by the different codependencies of submissiveness to the hierarchical structure and the tyranny of those who ate the cults truth for breakfast in a dogmatic leader mini me self deception. that‘s likewise a problem of group dynamics on all cultural levels. but cult per se is something strongly related to culture and interesting regarding the fetish (fetish here seen in a wider sense, as any objectified physical and non physical entity) as cult object, too. healthy cult is selfaware of its subject object relationship. while true spirituality is aware of the subject subject relationship. and enlightenment... well... i guess...of form and emptiness and as some interpreters sometimes say formlessness. (so maybe emptiness and formlessness are not the same but still have a similar source and influence each other. so it’s maybe another trinity)
  11. the last days where really difficult - i realize that i can’t really fit into my old life but everything is still on hold - i never transformed into a new one completely. it’s like i live three realities. but as this is impossible i live three dreams and all of them develope into sand within my hands. i can’t go back and can’t go on and still do as the sand just runs - i wonder what will be left in the end or what i will make out of it. going back seems to be no option maybe because i treat it as only an option out of options, that are no options. i guess whatever it is it will be no option three as this is the real me - either i am or i am not but the nothing inbetween is really only a state of mind as long as it’s only an option/no option.
  12. but that shouldn’t be a hindrance - i mean if you account blood as the effort parents put into bringing their children into a school like that. it’s still important to at least have schools like that - alternatives to what’s already available. we have to start somewhere! if going into the details, it’s interesting how montessori schools support the natural thrive and steiner schools don’t have grades. there are also much less obvious things like they don’t have tables in the lower grades in steiner schools and the children only sit on cushions and have drawing boards or small tables what’s really good for adhd or adhs children. a lot of these concepts are about integration of the bodymind into the learning process. the big question for today seems to be how to make that available not only for elites but for everyone. that’s what would bring us really on a higher level of development. the concepts are there it’s only a matter of integration. theoretically.
  13. haha the elon musk school sounds like a hybrid of my industrial design university with a montessori approach. if you would mix that with a steiner/spiral mix approach you would certainly get the ultimative turquoise super hybrid. it will be either a super elite or a private school that’s for sure - i would have a look on how in steiner schools the parents have to pay proportional to their income - as long as it’s not state supported that seems to be the most balanced financing model.
  14. @Aakash that’s a really interesting question, @Nahm recommended me once to use the neti neti method differently - saying: i don’t love you to the tree and: i don’t love you to the sun etc. i thought you could also start saying that to your enimies after a while - but don’t do it the other way round.
  15. in sense of predetermined breaking point? that‘s why i always say: juggling is a very good discipline...
  16. how would you know snow if it was just a concept how would you know if it even exists. how would you know sunshine and moonshine? nothing is just a pointer.
  17. @Mikael89 a yawn is different when it’s a smile. a yawn is different when it’s an interruption of that what didn’t yet become. don’t become the yawn and the yawn won’t matter. and even if, yawn like a cat or a dog.
  18. you are not reading what you wrote not seeing what kind of mirror you hold not reflecting inside. instead you want to make the „truest truths“ out of „one of the most truthful“ and try to tell me i am not yet what you already accomplished. my truth is not your truth, ok thats fine. but what you call my truth is just a tool for me i use to understand. if a tool works it’s a truth, not all of it but well... if you want hierarchy find another fool. you didn’t even discuss the content, so what? i can’t even hear what you are saying anymore because you try to lower me in your perspective - if you want to teach me, you should know that talking like that makes you implausible. but i guess the teaching was not directed to me but to the public, so what’s its essence? (and whom are you talking to anyways?) wisdom is not something you give and if, you can give it only to yourself by listening. you see the differences?
  19. @Aaron p dino? well if you want to - i would prefer another already vanished animal though if it has to be a vanished one. dodo or so? i‘m not sure if the tentacles wanted to show you something and what... but well maybe with hand puppets they could tell you yourself
  20. @Aaron p you‘d need a lot of handpuppets for tentacles...
  21. @kieranperez what i discovered when i was in a similar situation btw. what i know now what it was i searched for is: i really wanted to know how life really is without all the bullshit, i wanted to know how it is to live with people who have healthy relationships and i wanted to learn from them, i wanted to know how it is when you love your work and what kind of work that might be i wanted to live life healthy. you could also say without trying to kill what’s true and beautiful about me - because that’s what we truely are and want. but now you are standing in front of a blanc paper and don’t know how to use that tool in your hand yet. you only know what you don’t want to draw (i think that’s pretty much already). the situation is frustrating and you are afraid that what you are drawing will be not good. of course it might be not good on the first try - maybe you don’t have a good idea yet or you don’t have the right colour combination or you don’t have a motive you can use as a model to draw. but you know what, you don’t have just one blank paper, you have a lot of them and before you bring them into reality you can make scetches, a looooot of them. if you use psychedelics or not for that is your decision, it could help you to loose the paralysis, because that’s what happens if you don’t know where to start, you get into paralysis. one thing is sure though, you start to fill a paper by putting the first line or dot on it and then the next one and the next one and they all want to be placed well, but not overly stiff, some lines are off but they make it more vivid. don’t think about everything, think about where you could realistically start searching for that what you want to discover/learn/be and then bring your body there, not only the mind.
  22. mhhh i have a book on chaos magic, i didn’t read yet but had a glimpse into, where they recommended not to do any dmt tripping at all without a spiritual guide. maybe on a certain level you are shaman enough to do it on your own... i did not try it until now but for me, i think there is much more to gain with experienced guidance than alone - even if you are experienced, i guess with the right shaman you can have even deeper and more fruitful experiences. i just think of me taking drugs in my teens always searching for spiritual answers while everyone else just went for the fun of it - i always wished i would have someone to talk to who knew how to guide me deeper. i guess the loneliness in searching made me the saddest. i mean if your hands talk to each other, maybe that’s what it was pointing to. or try hand puppets.
  23. @Nexeternity it’s really interesting - i know that kambo can help a lot in overcoming drug addiction and it’s somehow also interesting because it adds some proteins to your system that make the body regenerate of some illnesses - but for the scars and the sake of the froggies i would not recommend it just for fun experiences. if it’s only about purrogation, it’s also possible to have similar experiences in ayurvedic purogation during panchakarma. so for all who are interested, think twice if it’s just for the hype or if you really have an issue, it’s a medicine after all. sorry, just thought the frogs need a voice, too. ?
  24. so in my root chacra set up, i‘m doing muladhara yoga for a starter and i also realized i can connect it to the school of life map. it has the labyrinth as a symbol for finding love - i translated/subdivided that into love for life (as that’s the ultimative maze), romantically love, sexual love etc. - so in my love for life quest regarding working with the chacras especially to root myself, i’m once again at the point of the set up/implementation/keeping it alive, so i‘m at the 2.clockwork in a sense. in other aspects it’s also connected to nr. 4. career potential development and 7.how to develope selfawareness.
  25. @SOUL sweety you speak as if you where not part of the perspective. and it’s kind of interesting how you try to change the word in my mouth just because you have a different perspective. but the one who’s judging and who’s not open to see it from this perspective is you. so who is the more integrative? maybe i don’t have the conceptualization down very well but why is this triggering you to tell me that? might be that in a high concious state and state of self controll the truth of emptiness and fullness of the body/mind does not apply for a yogi or meditator or fakir anymore. but as long as we are talking about non duality „form is formlessness“ is an essence of the buddha’s teaching you can’t just so easily overstep. as well as dependent arising. we are talking about that what is and not that what is becoming. what i declared as truth was a wisdom about the how and the that. i never said i‘m a full master of the how or the that.
