  1. maybe it’s about lowering the cult factor through lowering high expectations. actually we learn to coap a little better with expectation already, don’t we? so maybe it’s about this - he told us to do the work for a while now, so maybe it’s all about that. but even though it might not be, it could be a learning effect if we do anyways. i also try to see it as a pushing forward not a pulling down. even though we don’t know what’s really going on, everyone can have tough phases especially after an illness or awakenings - everyone can be overworked or need to have a pause and gather new energy or set the head straight. and every artist has phases where the quantity of production goes down for a while for what reason ever. maybe he’s working with passion on the next course because he has so many ideas and he has to do it now because if not the ideas will be gone. i even think the cult topic is difficult to stomache completely. there are so many possibilities what the case might be. maybe we could focus on our progress instead of watching the progress on the youtube channel. maybe just rewatch some of the more complex episodes...
  2. so maybe it’s time to reflect about avarana shakti as this is the shakti/power of hiding/concealment. so in the cloud analogy the avarana shakti would be a concealing cloud that hides the clear view. the avarana shakti is making the delusion and this delusion can also happen in the vikshepa shakti if we confuse the avarana shakti for the real thing. the vikshepa shakti then will project the incomplete or partial view on that what is and interfere with it. so one of the main goals to use vikshepa shakti might be to minimize avarana shakti. or to use avarana shakti in a certain way as what i read just now it is almost impossible to have no avarana shakti at work.
  3. @iTommy sounds like you have symptoms, too. can i ask you what kind of symptoms? it’s kind of interesting, there are some differences in rheumathoid arthritis and osteo arthritis - it’s really good to know which one of both it is because some things that work for osteo don’t work for rheumathoid and vise versa. but checking the blood does not always work because you can have serum negative rheumathoid arthritis like me for example. if that’s the case they don’t believe you until the have photographed your sexy skeleton under indication of radioactive tracers. and you think you go crazy because you get treated like you where a hypochonder. so even if you do the blood test, for diagnosis trust in the symptoms you have to figure it out. i mean how weird is it to have more than one joint involved in inflammation processes to call it ostheo arthritis - certainly i’d also dig deeper, but don’t stop if the blood shows nothing. for reumathoid arthritis, if the inflammation is high - it’s better to take antirheumatika like sulfasalcin as it can lead to longterm damage if not. it’s really important to know, if you have strong inflammation in the joints what specifically it is...and almost everyone with arthritis can tell you a mad story on how incompetent practiced medicine is.
  4. and funny as it is i just realized how i flee my own journal because i really don’t like to focus. the post above was answering to a thread about c.g.jungs ENFP personality type. one type out of 16 personality types. i must say that some of the attributes match my personality and some not - it’s a little like a horoscope, maybe i have an aszendent? just did a test and mhhh yes ENFP-T it even fits to being aquarius t would be the aszendent. is this the capital T? no? i guess i really need focus practice!!! but i just started the wim hof method breathing practice - not a good idea to change again. maybe win hof and yoga/kriya in the morning, focus in the evening... not sure yet. also want to try going more towards ketogenic diet. that means based on no carbs more fat (nuts, oils) + proteins and veggies. just trying if i like it as it just popped up in the forum.
  5. funny as it is i‘m reflecting on that since a week or so with interruption... related to kriya yoga. in the book i‘m reading they recommend in a byphrase to do concentrated meditation - like meditating on one object or phenomenon without letting the mind flow. in kriya the visualization goal though is to let it flow - but that’s not focus. focus means really concentrating on one thing and always returning. could be a candle or a stone or a plant or the breath. i guess a stone could be good. even though it seems boring.
  6. if you would fly to the moon to see the earth you would probably think the earth was round or at least a little bit squeezed. but if you fly in a plane you would see no, it’s not really round its crinkled and formed like an endless bow... it’s not flat and not round it’s an infinite colored crinkled bow. i mean it’s so weird you could even ask a judge to decide on it by asking eyewitnesses or does the eyewitness not count anymore as of course the eyewitness is not me, then i don’t care about the observation of others at all anymore. there are things we would think we should not question anymore and still we need to, to understand others perspectives - but it is kind of difficult to navigate with closed eyes, i mean all three. maybe all flat earthers could win a flight and being interviewed during the flight... and also i guess it’s important to not show children any solar or earth models without satellites anymore. so they can have an experience.
  7. @Charlotte yes it’s nice - i‘ll have a look and repeat it tomorrow and see what happens with the spine, maybe two rounds where not enough - i only get a warm spine inbetween out of nowhere or while doing yoga etc. really like that feeling, too. but as you say it - it’s right, spine is hotter than usually today even if it might not help with the inflamation - what might be the case without the cold water, i guess it’s at least good for the prana body. (and let‘s suppose that’s everywhere the oxygen reaches)
  8. @Aakash nowhere
  9. didn’t you read the post? he only releases every second week from now!
  10. whaaaaat - wow either it’s really hell or they have no concience. i was breathing through the mouth. i‘m not sure if it is the same effective with nose breathing - guess the breathing rate per minute would go down, as it’s not possible to suck in the same amount of air. if the pain is really strong, did you try cbd? i never tried it but i got recommendations.
  11. the principle is pretty much the same - isn’t it maybe i should check out how atom models look today...
  12. i want to do exactly the same, only in reality
  13. @Rilles it already is... for many people.
  14. yes but what you are talking about does not really exist yet. this space here only lives through it’s emptiness of space and it already is a coworking space. put a mind magnet inside and you get the picture. if you want to discuss a school you need to decide at least what it will offer. the magic leo does is not copiable and so is his brand. but it’s actually the unity and the need of a generation that wants change what makes this work - and yes it’s exactly the dream of coworking together transcending into a sooner now (that’s a brand name too) or maybe a now that even has a future. so why do we even need to build new organizations and visions, when there are already organized beings out there who try to make a change? you just need to start being part of any network and create from within... it’s about that. it’s really a question all of us need to ask ourselves - is it not only the ego who wants to create something new and unique? there are enough out there already, look around! the ego just doesn’t want to leave this well prepared incubator.
  15. yes but his kernel vision is also to create sages who create out of their own means so it is a matter of development how long we are thinking we have to stay in this egg. we need to understand that this is a community part of a generation that sits in an incubator until we fly on our own - the ideas and help we post here might lead to new ideas projects and business that has an impact on the world - it is not that there are not already new shamans out there who experiment with methods and build already almost turquoise businesses out of it. the problem about this is that we can’t see out of the incubator yet. imperfection perfection in japanese is called wabi sabi.
  16. @Aakash you don’t mean that do you? i guess there are many organizations who are super aware of the meaning of cult and never have touched a cult like status. maybe you want to say there has never been a cult being aware of being a cult before - mhhhh i guess there have been a lot of artists who where cult figures who where clearly aware and communicating their cult like status. the best sign of a selfconcious cult with awareness of their cult like status are the jokes about being one.
  17. @Charlotte @Michael569 so, kind of interesting, tried the wimhoff breathing technique and like it very much - well i only made it for two rounds because then my whole mouth and respiratory tract felt really dry from breathing in. but the tinglish light feeling in the body and head felt really good. then i realized he also does cold water therapy - you can find that in kneip therapy and in finnish ice bathing, and i know that cold water shock therapy can push the cortisol level in the body. so i guess with vitamin b and c it would then be even better. i really like to do that after sauna because then you really feel how the blodvessels get activated and contract. but i‘m sceptical, too. as the ayurvedic doctor explained cold temperature is not good for a vata related illness - and it’s true, symptoms get stronger in wintertime for me. so i wanted to bring into awareness to keep track of the cold shower method in the case of joint inflammation. especially if you are a vata type. i would experiment on it a little before applying it as a cure - warm oil works better for me until now - but i‘ll try it, too. breathing method is super nice ? love this exchange here - charlotte, head up! what did the doctor prescribe you by the way?
  18. @Anton Rogachevski remember the whole world is already your actualized school - it already is. make something or someone of that - if it is to build a school with your vision then do it, but this school will just be a branche on the tree of life and if you see it mirrorwise even though the crown might stretch into the universe, a branch can only build if it is deeply rooted in a foundation and this foundation is earth. you need to envision the tree to make it grow from the seed and then work day to day towards it, water it, grow it. to build the branch you need to envision the whole tree first with all its details.
  19. you can read it from different perspectives.
  20. @Nichts i‘d recommend you to have a really big family on your own as soon as possible - at least your line will not die off. you should make that your biggest goal if you are afraid of european culture diying off. and then you could try to do all the lowliest jobs no one wants to do. or you could just move to one of these super low countries everyone wants to flee from to live a life in luxury. i mean syria will take some time until you can build a house there again, but i guess you can make some money by building the whole country from the scratch. ok maybe you‘d need some kind of fence around your house to protect you but hey - it’s about protection. no of course it’s not nationalistic. with this view it’s really difficult to mediate with green because green sees right through the ego scheme.
  21. yes and because you can work on this perspective you can always change the truth of your perspective if you stay open enough and remember the truth in the truth - it’s all about this one perspective we are eager to hold on to forever integrating truth until truth is only what we make of it.
  22. some of these things read themselves so nice on screen, not paper. but i guess most don’t know what an enormous amount of work it is to create a school like that - there are a ton of decisions to be made before hand touches a brick or signs a rental contract. at the moment the place we are meeting at is physically seen a screen and a network - the network allows only certain kind of information exchange - in a future real not virtual real world you‘d need to decide on a lot of things that set a frame for this - rules and ideas that are not thought yet and are not brought into reality yet. as leo said this would be a lifes work and this affords an enormous amount of passion and planning on how to materialize that because it would have to materialize in one or the other way - you would need a room at least in winter. this accounts also for how to medialize content and setting up social rules. there are already multiple examples on how people built schools like that like rudolph steiner or inge aicher scholl or maria montessori or even groups who were part of movement like the bauhaus that developed out of the werkbund. especially in art you can see that a lot. i think for now we can be happy that’s not an exclusive place we have to travel to - it’s much more accessible like that. because schools like that and places like that already exist - but do we actually use them? how many of us use the potential of learning facilities in their direct surrounding to the fullest? also wonder how manny could afford it or would it all be voluntary based? these are legitimate questions that want to be answered before you even would know where to start.
  23. @Zizzero you could see yourself like a matrioshka or like an atom model - youre identity is in the kernel, that’s mostly yellow, then you have your home, your business or way you earn money and then you have your standpoint in politics and social factors etc. and you can all give them different colours if you want. when you realize that you can work on your perspective and focus on these areas of application, watch your behavior and change it step by step. it’s not a how to change from orange to yellow plan but a method to get a personal colour map of how you assess yourself in various fields of life. with bringing some order into it you could work on it on a day to day basis.
  24. @Manjushri how far are the exams ahead? can you take a break for a week? trying to get a grip? trying to figure out a solution? what are you studying by the way? and why do you think it’s not the right purpose anymore? and how bad exactly would it be to change to another subject/purpose? you know it’s one of the most difficult decisions we face in our lifes, to have to choose what we want to be for the rest of our lifes without knowing what it entails really doing it then for the rest of it. our decision often gets influenced by the more „reasonable“ choice. it’s not bad to realize a wrong choice - it’s better realizing it early then late! so really think about it - would it be not a streangth to find out about it more than a weakness? also you know that the profession can be so different from what you learned in college, maybe you don’t even have to change the subject.
