  1. Perhaps Leo can help, can be his specialty so wouldn't hurt to ask. If not find a good extrasensory help or pretty strong psychologist might be with hypnosis skills who dealt with it before and has a successful record of dealing with it...so look around

It offers a comprehensive overall structure and plan for the universe, as well as a detailed understanding of the particulars of our lives. It takes a long time to learn it and it goes pretty deep. Some of the things can come only with time....similar to enlightenment but different way of teaching.
  3. @joseph-- I found that you also need to have a strong desire and faith behind you visualization. In this case even if something goes wrong, you'd not stop but rather persistently move on. Law of attraction doesn't emphasize this and that's perhaps the reason many people say it doesn't work for them.
  4. Hmm...I'm no Leo but associating yourself with thoughts wouldn't bring you there. It seems like your answers come from ego and many things you mentioned are contradictory. Take a break...enjoy reality around you, smile, laugh, fall in love with something..feel more than think, let your thoughts bypass. Get to the point when you absolutely sure that you know nothing and go from there. Have fun with it
  5. @Stretch meditation is a stage of your body and mind where all is fully relaxed - no control. You first learn fully relax and breathing would come on its own - very slow and light in this stage and you can follow it but don't try to control it. Don't sit in a posture if you can't fully relax. If you want to get to this posture, try it and stretch out separately. You will not get benefits from meditation if you can't be fully relaxed - it's a basic requirements. Everything else are just varieties of meditation...Your tension in shoulders and breathing through the stomach are 2 separate topics and I'd not mix it with meditation
  6. @asgard94 True, Unfortunately most are all about entertainment their ego and when it comes to actual work, ego comes back with many excuses why not to do it but rather get more entertainment....let's see if we can get a few more ppl aboard and hopefully will start as a group

Just practice and take baby steps first, like smile to people...wish them good morning or good day...have some easy chats in Starbucks or whatever you feel more or less comfy...if not, get drunk in the bar and talk to strangers, it's easy when drunk and next morning realize that it was nothing...it passed as everything else in life. Ask your mind why it bothers you with anxiety? ask many times, even get mad at your mind...treat it as a separate object and see what kind of messages you get back
  8. well, it doesn't really help with meditation discipline and consistency, but you don't need to spend any extra time on this. You just train your self to be more Consciousness and withhold from negative output which exactly what arguments are.

  13. Most of the lies come from unhappiness within one or another aspect of current state/situation/life aspect. Be present in the moment, be happy with what you are and what you have and if you're not, take responsibility and actions instead of bringing up lie. Lie is easier though and mind quickly go for that. That's why good things in life are opposite to easy solution.
  14. @Achilles nobody can tell you that but YOU. Meditate on it and go through different choices you'd love to try and succeed, whatever feels warmer deep inside you, follow it. Once you make your choice take it as far as you can perfecting it with no expectation till you enjoy and perfect the result, Become a 'genius' in this subject/skill or whatever it's you chose. You won't necessarily get it right first time, so what? Accept it and move to another one it's cycle of life. Most never get to perfection level, forget genius level...hope you can see differences of different levels...good luck

  16. @DizIzMikey I know some happy open marriages where both partners do it and talk about it with each other with no issues or conflicts. They have a different definition of cheating though and it's not related to sex.
  17. @Donald I think it's one of the best books out there, especially practical side. The main idea is to stop thinking and start listening your intuition and book gives you pretty good insights with exercises. when you asking self-inquiry questions, idea is to avoid thoughts from your mind and start feeling deep inside you developing your intuition. Its not easy and takes time.
  18. @Cabot Aren't you having enough sleep during the night. Your normal condition when you wake up in the morning should be energized and pretty calm. If that's not the case see if you can work out issues with good deep sleep
  19. @Cabot Do it anytime before breakfast and don't use coffee prior to that. It dehydrate you and lowers down your vibration. Generally speaking if you want to improve your intuition you might want to try to stop drinking coffee at all and see the difference for yourslef

  21. @A Lone Wanderer you have 50% probability to be correct there from PC perspective. Everything is stored as either 1 or 0, for sure it's not 4. :). For myself I just know 1 thing and that's enough for me.

First, you can start using your mind and stop consuming things like shampoo from companies who uses animals to test it on, simply because by that act you support those companies(just 1 example). Second step is turn on your heart and awareness and Ayla made a great example above. As your awareness will raise up your conciseness will increase and one of these days you will feel enlightened. Simple enough?
  23. If it's LOVE, it can't be conditional. Otherwise it's barter. Pretty strong feeling, just for comparison - pure LOVE would be many times stronger than what most of us remember as 'first love' to boy or a girl, even though most of us think it was the strongest feeling in their life. So as Leo mentioned in one of his videos, it can be very rewarding to take a path to enlightenment. If you can just experience a feeling of pure LOVE, you will understand.
