Not seen Leo on YouTube for a month now! Anyone got any information?

Just wanted to share my 3rd bufo experience! It was the most important and profound experience I’ve ever had! A true gift! And I wasn’t sure wether to do it again after my 2nd experience because it was so! Powerful! But am so grateful and glad that I did. Each time I get a new insight! For myself it’s an ongoing process of yoga and self enquiry but my biggest insights come from my psychedelic exploration. Leo you’ve changed my life forever and also I never pay money to any channels but how can you possibly put a price on what I’ve experienced and that’s one of the reason I support this work through patrion.Love ❤️ and peace ? to you all. So in the kriya book in later lessons they say to do 50 sets of talabya kriya which adds up to 500 tongue raises and 50 tongu stretches! Is this correct? Because it seems like an awful lot
