Hello All,
i have found this site after watching a couple of Leo’s videos on YouTube which I think are excellent.
i am thinking about potentially getting councilling to help become less emotionally attached to a Job. I love what I do, but have taken a lot of the tasks and failures of the team as an attack on myself, which itself has caused a whole heap of emotions. I want to do my best sigh every piece of work and find myself stressing out over it to much to the point where no work gets delivered because I’m stressed. I have now left that job because I got to emotionally involved, and want to use this time (between jobs) to focus on my emotions, to make sure that I don’t get caught in the same cycle wth the next role and the role after that!
any tips of how to overcome this would be much appreciated.
