  2. @Dunnel if you want give antidepressants a try. Additionally, OCD is based on over “self “ controlling. You can overcome it by yourself too. Meditation or process of enlightenment is completely surrendering and letting go the self. Which mean is completely opposite direction of OCD. But you can overcome without the medication too.
  3. Very nice!! As much as you get light in the body, you become more aware. Just an advice dont overthink about what you have experienced, just go with the flow. When you think you cant feel, when you feel you can think. Just feel, be light, be free. Even if the feeling is bad dont matter just feel, dont think. When there will be no comparing as good or bad feeling, “you” will be completely free. Much love.
  4. Try to do is hard. But not doing is easy. Just watch the ego, let it go crazy. But do not identify and attach yourself with the ego. Be witness as there is no future. Whatever will be or no matter what the case, just surrender.
  5. @Dunnel what is your medical issue? If antidepressants helps you to overcome from your sickness, it will help to meditate easier. For instance, If you have an anxiety problem, it will be hard to meditate as regular human being. And if antidepressants helps you to overcome from your anxiety, it is helpful. But do not depend on anything in the long term, use it just for recovery.
  6. @Someone here if religion helps you to surrender the “I” or “self”, it is very important for you. If not, it is not important. Whatever helps you to surrender yourself, thats the path that you should follow.
  7. @Javfly33 at least 4 hours meditation a day (silence and darkness), contemplation on letting go and surrendering the self (or life). Try to be aware every moment during the day, be aware of every thought that comes up to surface. Do not get attached the thoughts with constant thinking. It will be like thoughts are coming to present moment, instead of as regular human thinking process or thoughts.
  8. Sure. Body and mind are extremely smart. Just surrender and let go the “self” dont be on control, body will move effortlessly, mind will think when it is necessary and mouth will talk fluently.
  9. There is no self to think the thoughts, you are the thought itself. Therefore no thoughts. Thought can not think the thought. When you say “thinking “, if you dont label and name the word of “thinking “, there will be no more “thinking “.

  13. %80 is the moment %20 is the thought process. Overthinking or repetitive thoughts doesn’t take place. Just decide and do it. Sometimes moment is too deep (if no thought process happens for long time) “you” disappear as sleep. And just “be”. Identification ends. Play the so called human character as in the game. Bliss, freedom and effortlessness which is the moment, which is you.
  14. ? Direct experience is must. That’s what You are. So called Deep sleep, or before birth, just being. And it is now. The moment. Birth has never happened.
  15. This is not a thought, it is nothing. Everything is nothing, therefore there is no such a thing as something. Just nothingness. If you dont think during the day, there wont be any “during the day”, “you”, “something “, “experience “, nor “produce”. Nothingness can not be experienced, can just “be”, as sleeping. Forget everything that “you” have learned (including yourself), whatever left is what YOU really are.
  16. These are just thoughts. Nothing happens, has happened nor appears. “I am awake” is a thought itself. There is no duality. Now is before birth, as sleep. Just identification, naming and labeling the so called thoughts makes “you”, “duality “ or “world”. Including calling the thoughts as “thoughts”.

  18. DON’T DO IT!!! Specially if she is pregnant. DON’T DO IT! This is not something you can force on others. Everyone must be do it willingly. Everyone walks in the path alone. DO NOT EVER FORCE ANYONE.
