What is one or plus? When you deeply look at it, actually there is such thing as understanding or not understanding, knowing or not knowing. Even "there is no such thing".

Body is already love and help. Me is freedom.

Are not need to be suppressed. Just be aware of them, do not cling. Watch a movie, till they are with themselves already. Body and mind is it's own. You are always what You are. Reality is illusion or not, no self or self, duality or non duality etc... these are all identification clinging to thoughts and beliefs. When body and mind is it's own, only pointers takes place not naming, labeling or explaining.

These are all thoughts. Belongs to mind. Arises and falls.

Through spirituality or the concept of God, the ego takes on a new persona. However, real spirituality isn't about putting on another mask, but about abandoning every identity you hold.

Awareness is always same. Body changes.

Life is has to do with body, not You. İt is perfectly capable to do.

The one who says the first illusion is identity itself. İf there is an idea, that's an identification, which is saying there is an illusion.

Actually not. Look at a year ago and now the you is that you identify with is completely different. What You are never changes. Not desire. Bodily needs.

For me, sex is body to relax, money is body to overcome from hunger.

Actually, people don't want money. They want happiness but believe that happiness will come through money, sex, drugs etc... But, not happiness, but freedom is what We are. So, actually you know this, therefore you decide.

Even saying there is no you is an identification. Giving up anything and everything, any beliefs, ideas, explanations , experiences.
