The deepest level of the ocean, actually entire spiritual ocean is made out of love. Neo Adviata is an another idea, concept or thought. Enlightenment is simply being where You already are. Because, it is You. But people have so many clouds / thoughts, therefore they are lost within the concepts, ideas and thoughts. Love is the deepest intellectualazing. Mind does think creates thoughts and ideas but heart talks, feels and lives.

Meditation is self destruction.

Of course. As a self, I am still a human being, but what I am is there is nothing there. I am not saying that I am fearfulness or overcome from all the fear. I am just saying that only way to be fearful is completely accepting that you have no control whatsoever. Because, what You are is Nothing. Funnily, if you recognize that you are as nothing within the body, therefore completely surrendering the body, enlightenment is inevitable.

This is just your personal opinion. The body is definitely not under your control. Even if you are state of fear and your body grows a cell of cancer, it shows that body is not depends on outside conditions. It just acts to outside conditions.

You have billion cells in a body, if one does not act well, you are sick. How can you be in any control whatsoever?

İmagine with enlightenment experience you even forget to think. That's how one can realize the truth. Moreover, this takes years of contemplation, meditation and psychedelic trips. İ have stayed darkness and silence for months, consume psychedelics over 100 times and dedicate almost my entire life then realization happened that is non realization or stop perceiving as deep sleep or before so called birth.
