@PurpleTree yes. The world or reality is tough. However, realizing that you are the one, who decides what is good or bad that's what's more fucked up is (that's how I felt for me). As I told @Someone here before; There was a Jewish girl in Nazi camp. One day, she completely realize that she will never be able to escape that camp and die there eventually, and completely let go of any anything / any expectations. That's when enlightenment is happened. Actually, enlightenment is more fucked up how bad the reality is, top of that you kill yourself while alive, and it is not sudden that like suicide, it is burning alive.

Therefore ,"Not the thinking of before birth or deep sleep", however, in that moment "before birth or deep sleep", why there is no experience or non experiencing, belief, think, God, nothing, mind infinite, existence or non existence etc...? Any experience is not the absolutely true. Truth is absolutely true in any stage of consciousness or so called universe. Before so called birth, life, or after death, past, future or now, what makes it all connected? Answer is thoughtssness. İf one is not attached to thinking, all becomes one.

You just put the alarm on the time that you are suppose to wake up, and wake up. No drama for waking up early nor happiness for waking up late. No expectations nor hope in entire life, just concentrating on breath or doing dikhr every moment, without any expectations. Just the Being aware in the present moment. İf you have to stay home, stay home. İf you have to go to work just go to work. Again, No drama for going to work nor not happiness for not going to work.
