I'm using Brita, I wouldn't say it's useless because the taste is better with it but I was suspecting a small filter like that wasn't enough. I'm researching and found there are countertop alternatives if you can't plug a tap filter to your tap system : https://www.amazon.com/s?k=filter+ro+countertop&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

There is some new, sadly after having complained multiple times that psymposia would refuse to debate with him on a podcast, Martin finally chickened out of a podcast with them as I learned from a reply from Brian Pace (psymposia member as I understand it) to Kerian Perez on the youtube video that I originaly posted. They also claim that they are in touch with people that were made uncomfortable during his sessions (the lack of victims was the main counter argument to their angle of attack). Also after having made 3 podcasts in a row against psymposia, Martin didn't reply to their new video this week, he just reposted the talk he had with Adeptus Psychonautica that was already available on youtube. He called this last podcast "coming around full circle" so he may never reply to the original video of this thread, we'll see. -

There is the experiential time of eternity, and the actual time. You may experience something to be eternal for as long as you experience it but then in the actual time reference frame the experience keeps changing. The ultimate truth that may not exist is whether or not it is possible to reach actual eternity, But I don't see how that's possible if the rest of the universe keeps existing. -

@Milan they specifically tell people not to share details and also not to practice from books. Best for you would be to do inner engineering online and then attend an in person program for initiation into the practice. The process of planning the trip and attending the program will already teach you to overcome your social anxiety, it is part of the process. In the meantime you can do Isha Kriya wich is available on youtube. If you really want to you can find the Shambavi Mahamudra instructions with search engines but it won't help much. -

I think he's my best shot for ultimate well being, he invented that term too which has value in itself. I don't see anything else in the world like that currently although I got somewhat frustrated because I did all the programs and practiced and it's still not enough for a lasting breakthrough, it's more of incremental improvement here and there so far. I hope to do the Hatha Yoga program at some point and keep improving incrementally throughout my life until maybe a breakthrough or at least a good conscious death. Only if I have a messy and panicky death will I know it didn't work -

Martin said that his insomnia issues were ancient, he always had trouble falling asleep whereas people around him would fall asleep easily. The acute manifestation of his insomnia when he couldn't sleep for days on end was in early 2019 but he stated to always have been a light sleeper. Still that being said I personally think that 5meoDMT didn't help and probably took his light sleepiness into the acute phase. I don't know it for a fact but I'd bet he didn't do any 5meoDMT since the acute insomnia phase and probably won't trip anymore for a long time if not permanently, he wouldn't risk it. -

Apparently there is little to none of his clients who came forth to denounce any wrong doing, on the opposite he seems to have the support of his clients. Psymposia would have loved to find one unhappy client and make him speak on their podcast. Furthermore the material they used to craft this angle of attack was out for years. If you listen to Martin's podcast he's theorizing that they went after him because of his proximity with Mark Haden who they were already at odds with. That's an ironic conspiracy thinking from someone who called Trump supporters delusional and bigoted. As for the psymposia people they are very much left leaning people, the girl with the tilted head is a doctor in gender studies apparently. So one way to see this is they are using antifa like smearing tactics and going after the network of their target. -
You can test for antibodies against covid in your blood to know whether you had it at some point. Also authorities say you should get vaccinated even if you caught covid to strengthen your immunity and protect yourself against mutants : https://health.clevelandclinic.org/should-i-get-the-vaccine-if-ive-already-had-covid-19-and-would-my-side-effects-be-worse/ https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/facts.html Seeing how you treat people speaking against vaccines it would really be a shame if you backed from that one.

I thought it was dangerous because it may be too strong and irregular but for you it's dangerous because it may not do anything. In any case people should test their mercury level in urine during detox to see if there is any detox going on. Maybe you can measure your mercury level in urine during detox with sulforaphane to insure it's carrying it out.

I remember that eternal bliss breaks because of boredom so it's not the ultimate. I wonder if there is such thing as the ultimate. -
@Twega @Michael569 because the theory is that if you detox in a wrong manner you may redistribute and reactivate the heavy metals in the body and the brain which may make your condition dramatically worse. ALA worked for him so he's discouraging you from trying anything else. Ultimately it's your call of course and if you can come up with good testimony on a new technology we can all benefit.

@Leo Gura Did you get vaccinated already ? I was hoping that you would post a selfie with a vaccine pin on your blog like you did when you voted.

Scientology was created by the science fiction writer L Ron Hubbard (who is actually one of the most prolific writer in history with 1000+ published pieces). He wrote Scientology into existence like one writes a science fiction universe and collaged concepts from spirituality, psychiatry, science fiction to create what turned out to become a very powerful structure. After the death of Hubbard the structure was taken over by his young aid, David Miscavige, who notched the oppressive nature of the church to the next level. This podcast led by Leah Remini and Mike Rinder (two former top Scientologists) is excellent at exposing the harming ways of Scientology, it's called Scientology Fair Game : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCf0mgSVdDLwZrSuYC0W3Gzw/videos Some of the policies or facts that makes Scientology a grinding machine : - Fair game policy : critics of the church are declared fair game and scientologists can harass or harm them in any way without facing any consequence from the church. - Disconnection policy : scientologists are to cut all ties with people declared enemy of the church. People are scared to leave or offend the church because their family members and friends will be forced to cut ties with them and this led to many very painful situations. - Pope of the church, David Miscavige, used to (continues?) to physically assault top level executives of the church that offered their life to it for any reason ranging from failure to complete a task to a smug comment. - Many of top level executives that lived in Scientology for 25+ years (including David Miscavige's own father) had to escape from the Scientology base like one escapes from a prison. And it goes on and on. Given that the self help business is often (systematically?) abusive on some level it seems beneficial to familiarize with this material so one can decide with additional clarity whether the abuse he is put through is legitimized by the promise of growth. Additional material : Father of the head of Scientology on Joe Rogan show : Leah Remini on jre : Description of some of the physical abuses : Leah also made a great 3 seasons show called "Scientology and the aftermath" that covers extensively the abusive nature of the church.

Some more examples of the same phenomena. I would have linked other videos but they got deleted or dereferenced to the point I can't find them anymore, which is the next dive into lower stage of consciousness when for the same category of material you either promote or censor it whether it serves your bias or goes against it.

Did you personally experience any improvements in those regards since you're detoxifying? Do you know of a testimony repository where people express benefits from any detox protocol? I hardly find any testimony that claims specific benefits following a detox protocol.

You can also do the Isha Yoga programs they teach Kriya Yoga as they say that in person initiation is important compared to learning with books. I'm not sure whether they have many programs going on with ongoing Covid lockdowns. -

Oh it was posted already I figured it could be the case my bad then. He makes a valid point about that it may not be good as a widespread method. I'm not convinced 5meoDMT makes your life better. -

So my comment. Basically he says that taking substances sucks because they are temporary and random and lower consumer's faculties while on the other hand he claims his method gets you to orders of magnitude higher experience while staying sober and in full control of yourself. In one week of time with him. Such a claim saddens me because it's not true, you don't get higher experience after a week with him. Nor after months for that matter, not even after a decade if I'm to believe some of devotees who I heard said they didn't have any particular epiphanies after 10 years. Following his lifestyle is good for your health, for the planet and for the society, but whether it allows you to breakthrough only the rare few for whom it worked can say that. What saddens me is that he claims that his methods makes people blissful in massive numbers which I doubt. It's just a good thing to have in your life like regular exercise, it's just a bit more multidimensional than a simple jog. -

At the end he asked to lock the thread so he's not so confident in his claims as he would have us believe. -
