  1. For a moment I wasn't aware, but then I started to realize that I was in a dream and I had control over it. That was when the adventure begun.
  2. Recently, I watched a video by Teal Swan talking about entheogens (what some people call psychedelics). She says that the best is to take it on its natural form like, for example, ayahuasca tea. Synthetic forms like LSD and even processed forms like DMT are not recommended due to its vibrational value. I feel the same, the best entheogens are in its natural forms (despite never taking any of it). It's also important to check your intuition to see if you really need entheogens.
  3. Actually, I think it depends on the case. Maybe for some healing cases we can use the synthetic form.
  4. I'm trying to use my intuition in order to understand it (that's why I use the verb 'feel' instead of 'think'). By the way, my intuition says I shouldn't take entheogens yet. Ideology is ego centered, and not intuitively centered.
  5. Just realized I had also a precognition of a thing that happened today.
  6. Thank you, @Charlotte! Sorry, @Truth Addict, but I don't know any books about lucid dreaming. But there are Teal Swan's videos and some other ones on YouTube. @tedens, I think it was just a lucid dream, and not an astral projection, so I won't be able to see my own body.
  7. Psychosis is just waking up when you're not ready. He doesn't seem to be in psychosis (or whatever thing you want to call it).
  8. I think my psychosis came after my kundalini awakening. This can really happen due to my soul contract, but the problem is that I was not prepared for such stuff. I started meditation in 2013 and maybe my kundalini awakening happened in 2014. No wonder I became more spiritual and open to different perspectives and paradims during those times. When I meditate, I feel some pressure over my head and it seems to have relationship to kundalini syndrome. I feel this pressure since I had my supposed kundalini awakening. I remember exactly a moment when I was doing a spiritual practice in 2014 that I could feel energy pumping through my body. That was really scary, but I didn't take seriously the idea that I could stock energy in my head (I was warned by a Mantak Chia's book). It probably made the psychosis happen, which is a healing process (at least for me). I know that some of you will say that kundalini awakening can happen only with hard work and life-long practice. I don't think it's true. Any traumatic experience can awaken kundalini if it's supposed to do so. There are more about the spiritual realm happening on our lives.
  9. She talks about soul contract at around 2:30.
  10. @BjarkeT, this mindset may kill the creative process. Having interest for different areas is important for innovation. One example is motion-graphics, which is a mix of two different areas like animation and graphic design. Art therapy is a mix of art and Psychology. If the person doesn't let herself get in touch with different areas and learn new things, she can't be innovative and solve world problems. I love the idea of being a master, but being a master of yourself is more important than being a master of something external.
  11. Soul contract is an agreement you make with your soul family before coming to Earth. These agreements are made in order to learn a lesson (or maybe there are other purposes too). It's a very Turquoise concept. I think Teal Swan may understand about soul contracts a little bit.
  12. I have watched a video about the Dark Knight of the Soul and here are some tips (it's too much about self-love): Make your environment as calm as possible; Do not do drugs and alcohol; Eat high vibrational healthy foods; Fruits and vegetables; Eat organic and high vibrational foods; Take baths with epsom salts and essential oils; Get regular massages and energy healing techniques; Meditate; Do some Yoga and stretch everyday; Physical exercises; Listen to your inner voice; Trust in yourself; Perceive a connection with God and higher-self; Get enough sleep (8 hours to 10 hours of sleep).
  13. I watched this TED too. They call it a Renaissance soul. There are some guys who do multiple stuff like that guy from Infinite Waters, Ralph Smart. He's a Psychologist, Author, Counselor, Life Coach, Relationship Guide and Alchemist. That's the paradox of life purpose. Some people say you need to focus on just one thing (the vast majority though) and some people think you can do whatever you want, even being a Jack of all trades. Leonardo Da Vinci may be called a multipotentialite too.
  14. Loveable video by Sadhguru. The idea of purpose makes me crazy and I simply forget living life. Sadhguru has a deep wisdom and dismantle this fool idea of life purpose.
  15. Thank you, @Serotoninluv! I had psychic experiences, but I'm not sure if it makes me Turquoise. The same is with Joe Rogan. He had psychedelic experiences, but maybe it doesn't make him Yellow neither Turquoise. The first time I had a psychic experience, I really believed I was going crazy (I was not prepared for such experience because I had a very Orange paradigm). Now that I'm integrating Green paradigm better, I'm starting to understand the experiences I had were psychic experiences that I can develop. But I still have to do a lot of work in order to embrace all the other levels of the spiral and go to a tier-2 paradigm. Being open-minded doesn't make you centered on tier-2. Maybe you can have a taste of what tier-2 mean, but it won't make you a tier-2 centered person. But, yeah, I agree that spending time with higher conscious people will help you to evolve through the spiral. Edit: just read again your post and saw that you agree that Joe Rogan doesn't have a Yellow paradigm as default too. Sorry.
  16. Once I started a vlog about schizophrenia and there were many trolls. I mean people with almost no empathy who just attacked me in a mean way. I stopped posting videos, deleted all of them and now I just write my blog. Anyway, don't give up. Maybe it's a good idea to just share your journey, but if you have this inner desire of helping people, don't give up.
  17. I tried to watch some of Joe Rogan's podcasts and I think he's very Orange. I can't understand why some people says he's Yellow. I can't even see him as Green.
  18. I feel some areas of my life are very Orange and other areas are very Green. I wonder if experiencing psychic abilities means I had experienced Turquoise though. Sean Blackwell makes a relationship between depression and your spiral evolution. It seems when you see a new paradigm and can't accept it, you get depressed. You then need to let go of your ego to evolve and go to the next level of the spiral. No meditation will make it for you, but just letting go.
  19. I think people don't have to pass through 4 years of college and read tons of books to understand that non-organics are bad.
  20. Nothing wrong with approaching girls, but I have to say that night clubs are full of shallow ones. Pick-up industry is very, but very toxic. I watched many RSD's videos and followed some PUAs. Most of them are very Orange oriented and not even in a healthy way. They sell the idea that, if you don't pick up girls, you're a loser. It was the most idiotic lie I believed.
  21. You need to let ego dies. Meditation won't do it for you. Just letting go will.
  22. Is there a relationship between eating meat and getting grounded? My doctor said I should eat meat because I would get more grounded. It's important for me because I'm diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. The problem is that eating meat is not in accordance with my values. I really love the environment and my health.
  23. I don't have doubts about the effectiveness of Kung Fu, even if it was Blue. The thing is that Kung Fu is generaly inside of a hierarchy of values that I can't relate anymore.
  24. I was having a conversation with a guy who practices Kung Fu with me and I told him I saw a video of a girl doing intuitive movements similar to Tai Chi Chuan. He then told me that katis (the movements of Kung Fu) are done in order to learn a technique and to identify the style of Kung Fu you practice. I felt he indirectly said to me that intuitive movements are bad and katis are good. I really love intuitive movements and I find them very beautiful (despite finding katis very beautiful too). Is it the case that Kung Fu is a very Blue SD martial art? I'm thinking on quitting Kung Fu because I don't feel I'm having many benefits from it. Maybe I'll start Yoga in order to get fit and expand my consciousness.
  25. There is scientific research about fluoride and the harm it does: https://fluoridealert.org/issues/health/pineal-gland/ I don't doubt it. Thanks, @pluto
