  1. It's Wim Hof Method app. I just researched for 'Wim Hof' on Google Play.
  2. Fucking truth smashed on my face! This moment is true! Gosh, how fucking retard I am for not validating this fucking moment. It makes total sense now. Everything is valid!
  3. @Pako, I've been doing Wim Hof breathing these last days. I was coughing since 03/16 and it was getting worse (maybe COVID-19, but I don't have any other symptom, so maybe it's also just an allergy). My average retention got really better, I get some tinglings around the body and I feel great afterwards. There were days that I couldn't sleep very well because I coughed a lot, and, despite I have some little cough yet, I can sleep very well (finally). It's a really good thing to try, but I would be careful if I was too sick (maybe check with a doctor before trying). I'm doing other stuff to improve immunity as well: - Physical exercises; - Eating healthy (turmeric, ginger, lemons, oranges, bell peppers, greens, vitamin D supplement, coconut and a lot of vegetables); - Sunbathe; - Creating art (if you're happy, your immunity gets better); - Meditation.
  4. From what I researched, this COVID-19 is not so dangerous for young people. Improving immunity will help a lot during these days. It's also a good idea to trust your body can heal in case you get sick. South Korea is not stopping the economy and, from my last look at the numbers, they're handling the situation very well. A pandemic like that devastates economy. Not sure if complete lockdown is a good answer. Media is using fear a lot as well.
  5. Elliott changed a lot these last years. I don't know what happened to him, but it seems he has a lot of ressentment and anger (recalls me Jordan Peterson). And there is a lot of controversies from him like he defending art but, at the same time, being against looking inward. It's very difficult to create art by just looking outside, unless I'm a mechanical human printer.
  6. I heard very little from him, but I think he's very important for some of you: https://tricycle.org/trikedaily/ram-dass-dies/amp/
  7. Do you think psychiatric medicines screw up with our psychic abilities? After starting psychiatric medicines, I could not capture other people's thoughts anymore. I remember I was able to know what they were going to say before they said that. It happens sometimes nowadays, but not so intense as before.
  8. Good to know it may cause problems. At the beginning, my legs would get numb a lot, but now it just happens sporadically. I do meditation kneeled (best position for me). Edit: just found out that there's a bench for kneeled meditation that may solve my problem.
  9. I thought Turquoise paradigm was much more about psychic abilities, which is something many Yellow individuals can't swallow yet. In Turquoise paradigm there's also the idea of connection and community, which is not very compatible with Yellow's individualism.
  10. The senate needs to approve it yet.
  11. Just to say that I like how balanced are your posts.
  12. Thank you sharing! I watched his videos and gave me insights about even psychosis and enlightenment.
  13. Have anyone here taken psychedelics even some years after psychosis? Some people have psychosis just once and don't have it anymore, even without alopathic medicines. I think I'm one of the lucky ones who just had psychosis once and, if everything goes well, will never have it again. But I wonder if it's possible to take entheogens some day. I know it's possible to practice some Shamanic or Holotropic breathwork even if you had psychosis several times, but never heard about the so-called psychedelics. Would it be advisable? A psychologist who was very into spiritual circles and rituals once told me I could take a small dose of ayahuasca even when taking antipsychotics. But on the internets I just found information that it's not advisable, especially when taking aripiprazole (Abilify in US). Rituals here in Brazil are legal and some spiritual circles allow me to take the sacred medicines (ayahuasca) and others forbid me completely. Not sure what to think about it.
  14. I'm sorry you're suffering this kind of abuse. From my interpretation, your family is full of Blue perverse narcissists. I live in a family similar to this and I don't know very how to deal with it. There are techniques like the Gray Rock technique. My father don't want me to work selling candies. He says I'm entitled to work as a "high value" person or whatever. I should just have jobs that they like. I think the most unbearable thing about it is that no one believe your suffering. That's when you realize how cynical people are (no matter which SDi color they're pegged). These kind of families are the same as cults. It's literally a cult. How to get out of it? We need to discover, because I'm also dealing with it.
  15. But even entheogens for normal people is a risk. Anyway, I wonder what's the truth about it. What's the actual risk?
  16. Did you lose interest for movies and video games? I don't watch movies like I did before, neither play video games. Taking a movie to watch is easy, but it doesn't retain my attention and then I stop watching it. Books are sometimes difficult for me to pick one and open it, but when I do I get much more focused and interested. I thought it would be apathy, but these days I was much more engaged with feeling the vibe of a hip hop music or just hiking or playing volley in the pool. I had much more fun than watching a movie or playing video game. Creating art is also very fun. So I suppose it's not depression or a supposed severe chemical imbalance in my brain. I find it weird that when I was a child I would watch TV and play video games a lot to have fun. Nowadays everything changed. Of course there are movies that still pick my interest (I still want to watch Joker for example), but it's not like before. It seems my values changed. It's not that movies and video games are bad, but my values totally changed. Things that interest me are very different now. I thought it would never happen.
  17. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and tries keto diet for some time (I think it was 3-4 months). I lost a lot of weight, but had no difference on the negative symptoms (social withdrawal, alogia, anhedonia, lack of will and cognitive symptoms). Just happened that by decreasing my antipsychotic dose my negative symptoms simply disappeared. Anyway, keto diet helped me to lose weight (more than 12 kg during the diet). But I stopped because there were many researches saying this diet is dangerous for the long-term. Nowadays, from the researches and books I read, I think it depends of many factors such as genetics and biology of the person.
  18. Tried to watch the video, but, when Leo says things like "death is the end of identification" or "death is infinite love", I can't grasp it very well. But I understood the part where Leo says something like "if you don't identify you as a man, you wouldn't exist". Edit: very difficult concept to understand. I hope when I reach 10 years of meditation I understand it.
  19. Hi, guys! I'm wondering here which are your thoughts on Julien Blanc. I don't ask about his PUA background, but about his trauma releasing program, Transformation Mastery. I participated in his 7 days challenges, which was kind of great. I had to exchange a toothpick at the streets for anything else and I got a BIC pen (one of his challenges was too douchy though). But some coaches who follow Julien came talk to me via Facebook and I think some of them gaslit me severily. Also, I participated in Transformation Mastery Academy for one month, but I didn't find it so supportive. I don't know what to think about Julien because sometimes he seems kind, supportive and full of great ideas, but then he comes with some repressive arguments and people who follow him seem to be a lot of guys with narcissistic problems (maybe I have some narcissistic problems, but I want to work on it). I find his pranic breathing useful though, but maybe there are better breathing exercises (anyway, his breathing technique is easy to do and it helps to emerge some feelings and emotions). His idea about triggering to release is good too. I would be glad if you can share your thoughts on this matter
  20. I noticed that here in Brazil, many Green psychologists are against coach. But, yeah, there are many charlatans here and it would be very advisable to get a degree in Psychology before coaching. Dealing with heavy emotional and psychological stuff is not easy. I took a lot of misguided advices from coaches on the internet and had a psychosis. I understand now what I put in my mind is my responsibility, but when I was an average Orange dude, I couldn't understand that. There are many coaches out there who don't understand the nuances of the psyche and do a lot of harm. Why? Because it is very easy to manipulate a person with emotional and psychological issues. Many people (or coaches) will say: "oh, but that's victim mentality." And, yeah, that's EXACTLY this victim mentality that coaches do not understand how to deal with and they should be trained for.
  21. How can you read his facial expressions? Just watched Jordan Peterson muted and noticed he has a lot of anger. But is there a technique or psychological study to understand these body languages. By the way, he may have some angry due to his media scandal. @Skanzi it's really good to know your perspective. Julien's breathing exercise really help me.
  22. I love this book (Integral Psychology). I found about Spiral Dynamics in this book in 2014. That just blowed my mind and made a lot of sense.
  23. They just released it today: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50478821
  24. I think that's what Noah Elkrief passed through. By the way, I feel really sad for what BBC is trying to do with Teal. Edit: I'm using meditation as novocaine, but, yeah, it makes me feel good.
