This is what happens @Schahin There's two points of view, the relative and the absolute. From the relative POV you are a person, limited, etc. So, from the POV of the person, you have no free will. In fact, the problem is that you are identifying with the person, that's why the teachings say "you don't have free will". You think you have no free will because of your identification with the body/mind/person. You are in a low consciousness place. (Like I am too). But now, you are confused. Because you are getting awake to the fact that you are God. And if you are God then why you don't have free will? You see???? what you are doing? You are god, and you ask why you don't have free will. That "you" who doesn't have free will is the person, the ego. God always had free will. And you are it. But because of the identification with the person, you think you don't have it. Why? Because when you identify with the person or the ego you want things that God doesn't. Because God has free will he does what is better for "you" to become awakened. But maybe you feel that this that you are doing for your good, to become awakened, because you are in the ego Perspective, you think is bad and that you don't have free will and blah blah blah... If you see it from the Absolute POV you have free will, if you think you are a person, so you see it from the relative POV you have no free will. Both are truth.

Awesome advice Natasha. Same thing is happening to me, so it is normal @inFlow don't worry too much. Now I think of it like "before sex controlled me, now I have control over sex". You will enjoy it much more than before, you will see.

The problem with that people is that they go so far into the darkness that is very difficult for them to come back, they need something big to happen to them to come back to what they really are.

@Angelite I think the root of everything is the idea of a separated ego. But... Not sure if there's something deeper to contemplate.

@Manjushri Thanks Manjushri, I am not going anymore to the psychiatrist anyway. I am going to take less and less medication until I will stop completely. No worries. Thanks for your advice anyway. I think the same as you. If you still want to know I was only taking Zoloft. That's the only thing they gave me. Thanks!

@Keyhole I know what you are talking about. Some guys went down the rabbit hole (but for the wrong reasons) that is difficult to see reality again if they don't have help from a psychiatric doctor. But, because everything is consciousness, in fact they are "you or me" also trying to help themselves. And really they have very helpful techniques to cope with stress, depression, psychosis, etc... Being there in the hospital helped me to see psychiatry in a completely new and different light. Really now I think that what they taught me should be taught in schools, workplaces, everywhere. There's a lot of people out there who really need psychiatric advice.

So, enlightenment is an experience too?

What's your definition of direct experience? Because buddhist and hinduism say that direct experience is the only way to see "truth" or "what is". But I heard also that enlightenment is a non-experience. How can I have an experience of a non-experience? Is that possible?

@Aakash You can find it free in archive.org. It seems that Culadasa has put the book in "open source" that's free to read. I think he is a real master who wants his teachings to be read for everyone.
