  6. I also make that question to myself. But, I would say that the true self normally is like a soft voice or in reality not a voice at all. It's like an intuition, like a knowing that is fast and it comes altogether like an insight, a flash. And the ego is more the voice that is in our heads that talks and talks, like when you are thinking "Should I go to the supermarket now or later" It's more like a conversation with yourself. That's in my experience...
