I am That I am I wanted to add that the idea that suicide is a way to reach enlightenment comes from a partial knowledge. You know that dying to the idea of a self is enlightenment so you think that killing the body will take you to the same place. That's wrong, because you still have lessons to learn and attachments. As soon as the body dies, those attachments will manifest again and you will be born again in a new body, you will still be in the cycle of samsara. What you need to kill is those attachments that the mind has to the objects of the world. Otherwise suicide will only kill the body and your idea of I will create a new body where to learn the lesson it needs to learn.

I think love is another way to call non-duality. True love is one. The love between objects is dual. But pure love is just love. Just one...

I think that most of the time is a not acceptation of reality, not surrendering to reality. I understand it logically but there's some shadow work still to be done to accept reality completely IMO.

@andyjohnsonman I sigh a lot and it's like @Moreira says... I take life too seriously and I am always worried something bad is going to happen. Don't know why, because I know that I am not the person, I am the one who is aware of the person. But... maybe we need more meditation and contemplation.

Totally agree with that. If we continue the path of destruction of our planet for the sake of a "strong economy", nature will slap us on our faces and who knows, maybe if it is necessary it will extinguish us with some kind of virus or other event. Nature is protecting itself from the human race craziness.

Thanks Natasha. How are you doing with all these lockdown thing? I always had trouble following what the world forces us to do and be, this lockdown is helping me a lot to think more and take a pause. My life will be completely different when this lockdown finish, I am pretty sure about it. In times of crisis new opportunities arise. Not sure what, but big changes are coming. I am going to watch it an I let you know what stage I think he is, but... that's a difficult one because a lot of people (me included) don't like to talk much about more spiritual advanced stuff because "normal people" tend to judge a lot and don't accept truth. It's too harsh for their egos.

I am a designer and I follow his youtube channel. It has good design stuff. I am going to take a look at this, sometimes I don't have time to watch all their videos, this one seems interesting. Thanks!
