  1. Because Love takes out ego of the equation, and we don't want that... because we think we are an ego... we think there's a me that needs this or that. Love doesn't need anything and it gives everything asking nothing in exchange.

  7. There's a bottle, the bottle is full of air. And there's air all around it. But the bottle thinks, "I am a bottle"... "I am separated from the rest of the world". "There's air inside me"... But suddenly, someone takes the bottle and pushes the air out of it. Now there's no bottle, but there's still air. Air is like consciousness and the bottle is like the body.

  17. How can it be real if is just a thought? Beause the body is acting crazy and letting thoughts do whatever... does that means is real? If you think the thoughts are real they will be real for the person who is bipolar. But, there's no person... Why the doctor who tries to save him isn't bipolar too? Because he thinks he is a doctor. If he believed he was bipolar, both would be bipolar... Crazy, right?

  21. Did you read these exercises @Winny ? They are good... the mind will always reject the idea of no-self. Direct pointing is the way... direct experience and not what the ego-mind says.

  24. No, I understand that... fear is what makes all this kind of manifestations and revolts happen. There's fear in both sides, really... I know that, and that's why it is needed an open mind to solve this problems. Because both sides are unhappy for different reasons (and some of them not so different really)... more empathy is needed in my opinion from both sides.
