@deci belle Well, I was thinking more of a purpose coming from the desire of doing something, or achieving something, a more egoic kind of achievement. Avocation in the sense of a "hobby" or something done for the sake of creating it, as @Moksha said, maybe that's more the kind of purpose reality has... but as you said... I don't know either.

@deci belle Thanks for the clear explanation. I am also at that point (more or less), is weird. Because in my case I like to draw. But when I discovered the there's not really a purpose in consciousness because consciousness is just what is, and it doesn't need a purpose... it does everything because that's what it is. It just IS. It let me without desires of doing anything, and right now I am in the way of recovering that desire but as you said, I have no ambition. I am doing because I like it and not because I wish to be famous, or anything. Is a hard lesson to learn but that's the purpose of being alive, right? Note: I think the word desire is not correct... but I couldn't find a better substitute for doing something for the sake of doing it.

That’s the problem, the truth will come as a flash in an instant, a knowing without thought . An epiphany... an aha moment... If it comes from logic, thought, mind, intellect, etc it’s probably just the ego trying to think it’s God. In reality the ego is doing that all the time, but we don’t see it. ?

@deci belle Can you give an example of how to break those habits? What kind of habits create that obstacle?

@BakeJeyner that's like a super giant ego backslash. Sorry you felt that way, I hope you can assimilate all those insights fast and I know it will be the best for you. You will come from this experience much wiser. Just relax and enjoy life!!! Go outside to nature, walk barefoot on the grass, connect with others and stay positive!!! (Note: Shunyamurti is awesome. It will help you a lot to integrate that experience...)

Thanks @Intraplanetary I never tried fasting only with water and electrolytes only... I will give it a try... I need fasting. I did once long time ago but it was with vegetables, etc (it was the Daniel's fast with legumes, etc) ... not just water. Seems powerful.

That's because you don't know who you are... The belief that you are a person and there's a world out there and a God separated of you runs very deeply. Meditate more often until you reach a breakout that will show you the truth of who you are. The small "you" doesn't know anything.
