Never had that, but is possible with the release of fears, anxiety and many other repressed emotions you are liberating with meditation that can happen. I am just wondering, never happened to me but I am sure there may be other who had experienced similar things. A lot of times inner feelings manifest in the body as pain, etc...

That's what he did all the time. And he confused the Hebrews at that time Lol... and he didn't give explanations, that's something I noticed too. When he said "Tear down this temple, and I'll rebuild it in three days." He never explained he was talking about the temple of his body. It was like he wanted the truth to stay disguised or hidden. He also said "Don't cast your pearls before swine" so maybe he had a reason for that. :-)

Don't think about anything. There's not such a thing as nonexistence, that's just ideas. Existence is all there is. There's a saying that it goes like this: God won't give you more than you can handle. Zen masters used to use the common chores at home to keep calm and stay focused in reality. Remember budha he always recommended the middle way. I think that's what Sadhguru is pointing to.

Yea that’s the idea. Some say GOD, there’s people that don’t like that, they call it consciousness. That’s why there’s like more than 100 names for GOD. I agree if we kept our mind closed no word will be enough or good.

We are trying to explain what can’t be explained with words. So some say there’s no humans, other say humans are all part of God etc etc etc Thats all. Christ talked to the people of its time and he probably also didn’t know how to explain what happened to him differently. So he said what was written in the Hebrew bible.

Jesus realized he is God and he showed us the way to have his same realization and know we are GOD too. I agree with you. You see? 😊

I would say don't focus too much on thoughts. Pay attention to what's happening to the outside world. Do you have friends? Being isolated also doesn't help with depression, healthy diet, exercise... I know is hard but the important thing is to give the first step to get out of that thought cycle.

Leo helped me a lot with his inflationary ideas hehehehe Really I was coming from a big depressive episode and listening to him helped me understand what I was doing wrong in my search for my true self. I think ppl who doesn’t align with Leo’s ways of teaching won’t come here and if someone gets interested and for some reason goes crazy or does something bad… is because he was needing that. IMO.

I think many of the discussions here happen for that reason

The main problem is the concept of being alone doesn't exist in unity. If there's one only and there's no possibility of others there's no alone or together or anything... so ... Non duality basically... Lol
