  1. @MartineF Thanks, that guy is good! I didn't know about him. My grandparents were from Spain, my native language is spanish. Thanks!
  2. Maybe you are right. I don't know why I need to understand everything. Maybe I have to work on that.
  3. True, that's what I felt, like I was letting it go. About the religious dogma, I was in church some time ago and since I discovered all this experiences (not beliefs anymore) my perspective changed radically,, and although I have an idea now of what "heaven" represents for me at this moment, I try not to make any idea about it. It is hard, but I think to keep an open mind is very important in this process. And I think it was listening to Alan Watts who said that in the bible it says "You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea." He opened my mind to another interpretation, the image is also a mental image. We don't have to do any mental image of god, heaven, etc. Because it will be our concept of god.
  4. Probably is that BHL_20, it is weird because it's like from the ego point of view we try to be enlightened. So I think that generates different reactions in our body, some of them at an unconscious level. Anyway I feel it like something good, in the sense that I feel that sadness like an acceptation of who I really are. That's what we all are, the I AM, or the higher self or whatever we wanna call our true self.
  5. Cool @Jesper thanks for the info, I'm gonna try it. I am in New Jersey but I found one in New York. Sounds cool.
  6. If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
  7. Always remember you' re unique. Just like everyone else.
  8. One thing it helped me a lot to overcome negativity was to understand the thoughts are not ours. The thoughts that tells you "I am tired" "I can't do it" "This is not good", etc... you can ignore them. Mindful meditation helped me a lot and now I have much more energy and better and more positive thoughts than before. Believe me, you attract the thoughts and you can reject those which are not good.
  9. I am taking the course and the book is on my way, thanks for sharing!!! @Woody
  10. Do you have to pay some membership? How does it works?
  11. @Mantas ... meditate. You need to stop the chatter in your head.
  12. @cetus56 That sounds cool, I want to be a potato jelly fish
  13. @Dante Cool!!! Good luck with the course and with your future endeavors!
  14. That's cool @Dante I decided to buy it too. I'm just planning a trip and after I come back I will do it. I think if Leo is so good on those videos, he must be awesome on his course. Share your experiences then in the forum.
  15. @GeorgeLawson I am finding a lot of things mentioned in the bible and religions that now are beginning to make sense and helping me to unlearn those labels and mind games. For example, in the bible it says that we have not to make images of nothing in heaven. And I just realized listening to an Alan Watts video, that we have an image of god on our mind. But, depending on our spiritual growth we think on images like statues, etc. that's our first association. And then I learned that those images are also created in our minds, such as ideas, concepts, etc. :-)
  16. We all live different realities, we cant see the truth. And if we see it in an enlightenment experience, we can not explain it in words, that's why no one want to share a "path" to become enlightened because there's no logical path. At least that's what I feel right now. Another good thing is to be extremely open minded and always seeking for something new, a new perspective is always coming.
  17. Ego is needed for us to grow up. It's nice to see how the old "me" or "I" fades away little by little. :-)
  18. @A way to Actualize Thanks a lot! I will watch them today while commuting back to my home from work! Cool
