  1. hehehe... true... but you know if someone does that now I will laugh too Lol Meditation has changed me so much, thanks to you Leo
  2. @John Flores I wasn't saying that I tried to "convince" religious people. I only talk about that with people that I see that they can be open to the truth. I used to be a "bible thumper" before.
  3. Nothing is happening in reality so... it's all good!
  4. I am doing something lately, I trying to focus in the pain when I have a pain and feel what is that pain? Is it a sensation? What is it... and it goes away. I am not saying that a can control a big pain, but maybe some of those enlightened yogis can. Who knows?
  5. That's the problem I have, I want to "shock" people and they sure are thinking I am crazy. Lol. And the most funny thing is that I am really talking to my self.
  6. I use google keep to create lists with things I am interested and goals, etc... If you have an gmail account you have access to Google Keep. And you can use also google docs that works together with google Keep.
  7. "Villagers in a far-off land wanted to capture monkeys. So one ingenious person thought of cutting a hole in a coconut and stuffing peanuts in it. Then he placed the coconut in a tree frequently visited by monkeys. Letting Go Story Lesson Within minutes of putting the coconut in the tree, a monkey wandered by, smelled the peanuts, crawled up the tree and put his hand inside the coconut. As villagers approached to nab the monkey, the monkey couldn’t climb down the tree because he was clutching the peanuts inside the coconut and his hand was stuck. If he had let go of the peanuts, he would have made a quick getaway. The monkey got caught. Aren’t we all like that monkey? We’re stubborn and hold on to beliefs that cause arguments with others. We like to be right. We like to think others think we’re right. Clutching peanuts and not letting go causes us a lot of troubles in our lives. Instead of behaving like the monkey, we could occasionally open our minds to conflicting beliefs, listen to others who say things that upset us and stand up for causes that might help reduce anxiety and suffering in the world."
  8. I thought about that too... maybe is because I never used it and never buy it, so I am afraid of being caught Lol
  9. I don't like too much the idea of trying any drug. Is there any hope for me?
  10. They think they decide it... but thinking is not the same as actually doing it. There's no "doers".
  11. Truth is hard for the ego to accept.
  12. Our ego is Satan @John Flores millions of people die because we kill ourselves.
  13. There are several methods... http://www.hidden-3d.com/how_to_view_stereogram.php
  14. @Whoami3 The way I did it is I place my finger in a point close to the image and I focus my attention to the finger. Not the image. Then I begin to move the finger a little bit forward and backwards until I began to see some changes on the image in the background, remember always focus in your finger, not in the actual image. When you see that is beginning to look a bit 3D stay quiet and continue for a moment and suddenly your eyes will see the image in 3D. Normally what you see is like tunnels in the image and it will appear like it is floating in front of the screen. Let me know how it goes for you! Once you see it, then you can keep seen 3D more easily.
  15. I commit to not identify with the "I" thought
  16. @Leo Gura Long time ago I practice some stuff with a group and one of the practices was to see the Aura. I remember they told us to look at a far away point to see it. Do you think it has something to do with the stereo-grams stuff? Did you have any experience watching the Aura?
  17. @heisenburger Thanks for sharing! I think I will do the same, very powerful!
  18. Oneness needs to create an identity to experience duality.
  19. It would be interesting to sit and meditate on a lucid dreaming.
  20. I am working on getting ready for that! Thanks Leo!
