  1. This is the proof that God exists! I have a drawing of him.
  2. Something very similar happened to me! I had an epiphany or awakening, and I got into religion like crazy. Because of wrong understanding and I ended in a psychiatric hospital too. The interaction with other people in the same situation as me helped me to understand reality. Then I found this website that it helped me to focus more on what is real and not so much on my thoughts.
  3. I think what @Matt8800 said about the God of Espinoza is interesting to study here:
  4. Everything depends on how you view the world. We have different points of view about the world, that's why there's so many beliefs, different and that's why we fight each other in wars, etc... but there's something that is true that not depends on us to interpret it.
  5. Lol... "Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life" Amen!
  6. Search for the Christian Mystics. Meister Eckhart, Saint John of the Cross, St. Teresa of Avila, Saint Ignatius of Loyola... etc... Here there's a list of some books about true Christianity http://www.christianmystics.com/Ebooks/Christian_Mystics.html
  7. I meant, if something finite is inside something infinite... who says what part is finite? Where the finite ends and the infinite begins? Who says that this part (a chair for example) is separated from the rest of the world?
  8. It's nothing and everything ... you have the key @zenjen God exists and doesn't exist at the same time!!!!! Lol
  9. But who makes the separation between parts? That's what happens in real life to most of us "human beings"
  10. Wrong... It's not possible for something finite to be inside of something infinite. Because the space that the finite object is occupying in the infinite space will make the infinite finite. Now there's two finite elements, one bigger than the other and the bigger one containing the smaller one. It's not possible, something infinite must contain everything. One thing I will tell you is that the God that most religion talk, is not true.
  11. Because that's how it is, direct experience. Let me ask you something. If there's something or let's say someone to go more according to your definition. If there's something/someone that is infinity... is it possible to be some other finite element inside that infinite element?
  12. Ok, that God that you explained doesn't exist. But the true God exist. The problem is that the true God cannot be conceptualized. So anything we say won't be IT. Neti, neti....
  13. "Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these." Jesus
  14. Do you think that sorrow could be also because of the lack of interest people has in pursuing enlightenment? or at least finding a way to stop suffering?
  15. Those pages took me like 4 hours each. It is aproximately one hour per panel. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I did this one caricature style because it was for a funny magazine. Anyway in my more realistic work I always have a tendency to exaggerate it a little bit hehehe...
  16. @blazed here it goes the comic, it doesn't have letters because it was originally written in spanish. I don't have the lettered version.
  17. The Incas had Viracocha (also Pachacamac) – Created all living things and Inti – sun god and patron deity of the holy city of Cusco (home of the sun)
