  1. Ok, so there's nothing more to talk about... no problem! Happy searching for you too and blessings!
  2. But I read the Bible and that's the answer I found... He showed me. I was transformed by him. I was very different after I saw what he was and he showed me what I am telling you. It's all in the Bible... The problem is that everyone interprets it differently, so... we will never agree by reasoning. I am telling you that I had a very strong experience where I saw God in everything, I saw the living waters running inside me, I loved everyone without the egoic love, just pure love. but of course, I am not saying I am right and you are wrong. I am saying that I think the Bible is true, the problem is our interpretation of what it says. You say that God showed you the correct interpretation... I say the same thing... what's happening? What do you think is happening?
  3. I was thinking that this discussion doesn't correspond with the thread that we are in right now. So, what do you think if we create a new thread about Interpretation of Christianity and there we can talk about this theme that really is very passional, and I think a lot of people is confused by it. What do you think?
  4. Everything is in the Bible, but the people who doesn't want to believe Jesus (God) words won't believe anyway. Jesus said to the pharisees that we are Gods, but of course... those who deny God began to accuse Jesus of making himself God, they won't accept like the pharisees that we are all children of god, we share his nature and we are with him and are him at the same time. Like Jesus, we are like him. Only the darkness make us thing that we are something different, separated and that we can judge others and kill others because of our beliefs or because others have different beliefs, that why you see so many wars in the name of GOD, which is something ridiculous. They say that you have to read it in the "context" (as you said before, they told me that too...) and the context (in their heads) Jesus meant Judges not Gods... I know you already know the answer to that. But Jesus said something very simple, not complicated like the Church like to say everything to confuse people. It is easier for them to control us if we put Jesus in a place where no one of us can touch him. So, if we don't do what they say we will go to hell. That's nonsense. Jesus clearly said "We are Gods"...
  5. That's the ego's desire which is full of devil. Why did God allowed in Job, why did he allowed the devil to go into Job's home and do all those disasters? If God doesn't allow bad things to happen, why did he allow the devil to do all the devilish things that were done to Job? I know he was trying to prove that Job was loyal to him in despite of all the bad things that happened to him. But, don't you think that this is the same scenario in the actual world? He control everything, he knows that the only way we can turn to him is if he allows suffering, chaos, and destruction. If those things didn't happen we would never look for him. What do you think about that? Edit: (I know I am doing bad because I am at work hehehe... but I will be answering your other post if I can, or in the night. )
  6. That's true... but he also said "I and the Father ARE ONE." --- John 10:30 Andrea, I love your passion in what you believe. I am going to answer your other post later, because I am at work right now. Thanks for sharing your view and blessings to you too. :-)
  7. God exists, but God is one with everything. Christ realized that so he said "Me and the Father are one". The one that doesn't exist is the small self (with lower caps). The only one that exists is the big Self (with caps) = God The denial of the self is what Jesus taught about. "Deny yourself" and he explained that this one is false and it didn't exists. He is the father of lies, the lie is what is not real. We think it exists but it doesn't. You don't like the idea that God is the only one that exists and you are holding on your idea of yourself. Jesus was very clear that you have to lose your life to gain him. Your life is what you think you are know. When you deny yourself you will leave "your life" you will die to the false self and you will be born again in Christ. With a new ego, but in fact you will have no-self, because you will be one with Jesus and God so your self (with small caps) will die and you will be born again the in the Self (with big caps). All these is very noticeable in a lot of things that Jesus said like:
  8. The Bible actually says that God makes everything. Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. Lamentations 3:38 Is it not from the mouth of the Most High That both good and ill go forth? Amos 3:6 If a a trumpet is blown in a city will not the people tremble? If a calamity occurs in a city has not the Lord done it?
  9. I read it, thousand times, I still read it and is my source of knowledge at the moment and I read it more and more frequently than any other "holy" book. what do you think that Jesus meant when he said "Me and the Father are one?" and... On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. John 14:20 On that day, it means the day when you will realize that you and god are one... and everyone, not only Jesus. Everyone. He says "realize" it means something that you didn't see well, at that moment you will see it differently. You will see that he is in the father and you are in him, and he in you. More clear than that, I don't know anything that could be more clear than that. He's saying "don't you see that we are all one?"... You are talking with a Christian (I was also a "mainstream" Christian), that never understood well the words of Jesus, and now it makes complete sense to me. More sense that when I was a "traditional/mainstream" christian. The beliefs and dogmas in the church are like the milk that we drink when we are children, the meat is to know that we are one also with Jesus and God and everyone. Those who think are "separated" are the ones that Jesus said... "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven." The idea of separation is what happened in the original sin, when the devil wanted to be like GOD. This is what the ego wants. To feel he is GOD, that's why we deny God. But we can also create an EGO who believes in God. That can happen. The EGO/DEVIL is very tricky. Be careful, mainstream Christianity is full of that. It's like the Devil is preaching through them, so people doesn't really deny themselves, as Jesus said. They don't do the work of denying themselves (denying the ego part of them), they create another EGO/DEVIL who thinks is a saint, that is saved and condemns and judge everyone, the same way that the pharisees judge Christ because he said he was GOD. Before Abraham was, I AM.
  10. Where does God end and you begin? Your skin? Does your skin separates you from God? And if that's not the case, you skin and the "outside" is one with God. Who are you? Are you a series of thoughts encapsulated in a body? Are you God? Ask what you are, find out...
  11. @Ayla Welcome back!
  12. Awesome... in fact is a very "strange loop" :-)
  13. Yes, but you said Just kidding Lol... I was reading and I arrive to the conclusion that the Ego wants to be like "God"... the problem is to be God he has to renounce to himself, he has to know he is an illusion and that only God exists that is ultimate him. Is a master joke of the universe/God/toaster/spaghetti monster!!!
  14. Thanks Leo for all the insights you share with us! So, have a great Birthday!!! Happy Birthday Leo!!!!
  15. How do you swallow what is?
  16. The Kybalion has some occult teachings in it? Did you read it? I have the pdf and I want to read it, I need to finish Nis "I am that" and Open secret by Wei wu wei. After I read those I think I will continue reading the Kybalion
  17. I am having this thoughts lately... that God transcends everything even the "I" The I is the way to god... "I am the way" but god is nothing. And that nothing creates everything, so he is not-a-thing but he is everything too. :-)
