  1. @Shin Lol... I didn't realize that's what we all do when people have sex. We are fucking ourselves all the time. Another cosmic joke
  2. OMG... this is puurrrrfect!
  3. @Flatworld Crusades I thought I was going crazy, and because I had some psychotic episodes before I went to the hospital Lol... they were as clueless as me. Then I realized what was happening. Now I would like to have that experience again.
  4. Same thing happened to me, the ego freaked out so much that I was like screaming and completely shocked. Like the devil looking at God Lol... and that's what really happened hehehe... we need to learn to stay calm in the presence of no-self. And not be scared because that's what we really are. But the ego doesn't want to die.
  5. Lol... I was going to write a quote of Huang Po when I saw your comment Lol... and I forgot to delete it... Ok... This is what Huang Po said hehehe "People neglect the reality of the illusory world"
  6. I can see the tip of my nose, does it count as head? :-P
  7. I was saying in general, not anyone specifically. So, you are good hehehe...
  8. We are trying to convince Andrea of our terminology and words to define God, that's not gonna happen. I think we have to learn to let go more.
  9. I understand, it depends on our personality. In my case my strongest epiphany was through prayer. That's why I tend to look for it. But I understand not everyone has the same experiences. Thanks!
  10. I know what you are saying. The understanding is useless before God. I had the strongest epiphany I ever had by asking God to baptize me with the holy spirit. It was crazy, anything I did before was so clear and strong as that revelation I had. That's why I usually don't pay too much attention to what I think or not. God is beyond thinking. We can't understand him with our thoughts, but we can put our thoughts towards him and he will do the work in us. And the epiphany happened after some days before, I used to sleep listening to the bible, hahaha... it was too much for my mind. I know that listening to the word can awake you without you doing anything to be awaken, in reality is God who awakens you with his grace. Thanks!
  11. @Shaun If you are trapped in a nightmare, probably is a nightmare created by the ego. Solipsism is from the POV of the ego, because the ego thinks he creates everything but is still a separated entity. From awareness POV is very different, because awareness is one but is everything at the same time. Not solipsism in that.
  12. But non dualism is very different from Solipsism. They seem similar but it is completely different.
  13. It's very difficult at least for me to deal with that kind of mentality. At least if you are open to new ideas you can say how you see the universe, listen to others and say that you don't agree or you don't think so... but treating others as idiots because they not share your POV. No Good. If this guy read some article about quantum mechanics or some of the Neil Bohr quotes, probably he will call him stupid.
  14. Some weeks ago I was watching a documentary in Netflix about bacteria which was living in a sea of sulfuric acid Lol.. And there was life there, they were studying forms of life in hazardous areas.
  15. So cool... nice. I am thinking about going to an Orthodox church to seek for advice.
  16. @zeroISinfinity I think this problem about dogmatism comes mostly from Evangelicals. I tell you because I was evangelical or protestant. Now I realize that this kind of belief is even more dangerous than Catholicism. The Catholics at least have the mystic side of the church, they don't fully accept them but they are there. I think the orthodox church are closer to the true teachings, IMO. Luther had good intentions but he made thing go bad really.
  17. I agree... I will take some time to think how to post it. But I will try to do it this weekend.
