Well. The traditional Church believes in demons, Spirits, Occult stuff... You are not so far from it Andrea!!!! Come to Jesus, he's the only truth!!!!

Non dual teachers understand the Bible much better than who were supposed to spread love. Jesus also warned us about that. They also choose which books are canonical and which ones not. They created the twisted "context".

@Anna1 Great! I found him also on the internet. I have his book called "The Essence of Enlightenment" He's really good. I ordered it some month ago, I have to finish it. The problem is that I also ordered I am that, and I am reading both at the same time Lol

@Anna1 Thanks! Very helpful. I think all those concepts help to understand how reality works. I think Advaita Vedanta is so deep and has a so good understanding of how the mind works. I want to read the Upanishads. @Preetom Thanks for that explanation too, very interesting.

@Anna1 Vedanta has a word for the small self/ego? I can't remember that part well.... Atman is like Brahman or God... I thought it was anatman or anatta, but that's no self from buddhism.

Why some people say that enlightenment is "permanent"... does that means you always see everything from a non dual perspective? I also had a powerful experience, I didn't become God but I saw all reality as God. It was so powerful that I also fell into my knees. But it went away, I stopped "seeing like that"... I saw the energy running through me and to others, being all related, everything was like a puzzle where all the pieces where placed perfectly. It was so beautiful and perfect, difficult to explain...

@Dimi investigate how do you decide to act. Who is the one who decides to take action. Is it first a thought? An emotion? From where do those thoughts/emotions come from? Everything arises in perfect harmony. Like everything else in nature.

I am always doubting about a lot of things... where does doubt appear or arise in your experience? What is doubt? How to eliminate doubt without going toward extremism/ legalism or to a crazy belief? Does it arise from feelings? Or from thought? I can't seem to find out even when I am meditating a lot about it.

That's part of the problem Lol I am in a map that is a maze. Or maybe the map is the maze and I am in the territory. But I cant see the territory because I am seeing only the map. But how do I see the territory? If the territory can't be objectified?

I think that's the part I am learning now. Probably the most important advice I got about it is to love your ego. It's like integrate it instead of "kill the ego".
