Watching politicians is like watching an episode of the Jerry Springer show.

It looks like I was wrong about Andrew Coumo. I said that he was like Donald Trump. Well, I think he's worse than Donald Trump. Can this guy get any lower than dangling vaccines over peoples heads like a carrot? From the local newspaper:

So you don't believe someone just because they crossed party lines? This story keeps getting deeper. As they say "follow the money". In March, during the pandemic, Cuomo added a provision to NY's budget that helped one of his largest political donors, nursing home executives, to be prevented from being sued. Many states soon followed with this liability shield, only to show later, that it was another of his horrible decisions. States with this liability shield, showed a higher death count in nursing homes. Go figure... Democratic NY Assemblyman Ron Kim reported to CNN that Cuomo called him at home and threatened to destroy his career if he didn't lie to the media and take back his remarks made to the Post about the administration hiding the nursing home death counts. Like I said, this guy is just like Trump, he has done nothing wrong in his mind and wont go without a fight. I'm sure there's more to come...

Agreed that we are all narcissists to some degree. I have no idea about the other governors but my point was that Cuomo is the same egotistical bully that Trump is. Cuomo has been the "Teflon Don" up to this point because democrats were too scared to speak up and the biased media failed to investigate him but rather blindly fell for his lies and propped him up. Truly disgusting! The sad part is, he still would be hiding this data today without a court order telling him to do so. Plus, he still hasn't released all the data requested. Yeah, Cuomo was too busy to release data that they already possesses but he had plenty of time to do daily 'look at me' and 'Trump bad' briefings AND to write a book on how great of a leader he is claiming victory over the Corona virus before the second wave hit. You seriously cant make this stuff up. One can only hope that ALL politicians be held accountable, regardless of the letter next to their name.

Coumo is just as narcissistic as Trump, he just plays for a different team. Unfortunately, its very true. Living in NY my whole life, I've been following this story for some time now. In my opinion, its just another example of the biased media not holding a democrat accountable for their actions. Here's an explanation from a channel that I like. This is not a "spiritual" book. Its a great book about something that we have to deal with everyday, money. It does a great job of explaining the difference between financial assets and liabilities. I've been making roasted veggies for awhile now. I will cut up and roast a whole cookie sheet of my favorite veggies under the oven broiler (or the grill in the summertime). Just coat them with oil and seasoning and stir occasionally. They get a nice char flavor. I was going to try adding them to broth next time!

I think that we are hard wired for physical beauty, like the difference between a rose and a dandelion is common to most humans. I saw a show where they did an experiment with newborn babies; they put two pictures of men or two pictures of women in front of the babies (gender of the baby didn't matter, results were the same). One picture was an attractive person physically and the other person was an unattractive person physically. They found that the newborns eyes spent more time looking at the physically attractive person. With that said, physical attractiveness only goes so far. There have been many physically attractive women that I've encountered that as soon as they opened their mouth and started talking and revealed a part of their personality, I immediately lost attraction. Likewise, I've encountered not so physically attractive women that I've talked to and attraction grew. So what was that that made the attraction grow? I would say confidence with their bodies and who they are and i know this saying is cliche, but being authentic. Maybe deep down, men and women aren't all that different. I know I don't want to be with someone wearing many masks.

One that hates "bad" advice probably shouldn't visit internet forums, let alone be a moderator. I deal with it by ignoring it. I'm not the advice police. If someone follows "bad" advice, then they are meant to learn the hard way.

I have heard of this and find it absolutely fascinating. Another belief shattered! I've heard that there is a point of no return though. After a certain amount of time, your intestines will become useless and you wont be able to consume food even you want to. I'm not sure if that is true or what the amount of time is but that is what I've heard. Please report back. I've considered it myself. I'm just not sure that I can give up my steak and potatoes just yet!

Absolutely! That's one of my 5 love languages. Not only do I like to cuddle with a girlfriend but I also have a 6 year old daughter that I love to cuddle with. I have to get my cuddling in now with her because I know that it will soon end. Some people (men and women) dont like to cuddle and thats fine. I dont think it has anything to do with actualization.

I don't believe in a set time. Every woman is different and there are different degrees of "well". You are the best judge of that. I have found that if a woman is interested, she will usually text right away or the next day. If I don't hear anything from her and I'm still interested, I might send one text a few days later, or not at all. Ive always found it better to wait a few days myself for the nerochemicals to wear off. I've had a few dates where right after, I thought things went well and that she was a potential partner only to feel the opposite after a few days of reflection. Just remember that dating is like a game of tennis, send ONE text, like hitting the ball over the net. If the ball doesnt come back, time to move on!

I used to do the same thing occasionally if I went to bed drunk. I never remembered my dreams but my wife at the time would say that I was yelling really loud and thrashing around in my sleep. I no longer drink alcohol and the violent dreams stopped so there may be some chemical in your environment or emotional issues. Start a dream journal and as stated, definitely meditate and set your intention to find the root cause. Good luck!

Is this your experience? Can you clarify please? I question this as I dont like to see the spread of false information. Personally, Ive never had extract so I guess that I am unaware of a "dirty" trip.

Well said! I believe that pickup is a necessary stage of development in a mans evolution. I'd say comparable to stage orange in spiral dynamics. Once a man can bring that experience and confidence to the next level, stage green where its done out of love and respect.....whoa! that's when the magic happens!

Does anyone else have this type of issue when meditating? Namely the question is: Is it possible to concentrate on one thing (breathing and stomach movements) and be aware of thoughts coming in at the same time? Yes. I have recently begun to try to shift where my awareness is. As suggested by someone, I viewed thoughts as clouds passing by and to let them go, which kind of works for me but still my reference of conciseness is "in" the body so to speak. So I've been trying to have my consciousness "outside" of my body as if I'm viewing "me" with "my" mind and its monkey mind at work. I'm going to try this out for a bit and if it doesnt work well, I'll move on to something else. I always try to mix things up and try new techniques as I dont want to be a one trick pony.

Pickup is what eventually got me into personal development. I got divorced in my 40's so whats a man to do? Google "how to pick up women" and bingo! tons of pickup information. I read and watched videos and at first thought that it was all a BS marketing scam until I went out in the real world and tried it and guess what? It works! It works on women just like dragging string on the floor in front of a cat, it cant not attack it (well, 95% of the time). Why is it that women are attracted to knuckle dragging alpha male types? Why does that cat attack that string? I sure as hell dont know! I gave up on pickup after visiting a forum and read how a lot of the men viewed women. It literally made me sick to my stomach. Somewhere along the way in pickup I came across the name Tony Robbins and then moved on to his work and thus, got me on my current path. In hindsight, am I glad I went there? You bet! I believe that knowledge is invaluable. Its like a power tool, say a chainsaw. A chainsaw is a great tool if its used wisely. It can cut up dead trees and make beautiful sculptures but it can also destroy a whole forest. So to me, pickup is a tool. Its not the tools fault that it is able to destroy a forest, rather its the person with the tool. Pickup can be used with girlfriends as well. Its not all about one night stands. Knowing how to seduce, read body language, tease and have her eating out of your hand makes for a very eventful evening with someone that you care about too.
