but when i do it right, i focus more on when i'm going to cough more than focusing on the breath, and if i do conscious breathing i cough like every 10 breaths, trust me lol, i've smoked an insane amount this coughing puts me off, because i can't gain focus, this is when conscious breathing only unconscious breathing while meditating, i focus more on how i feel, well used to , before i learnt how to do it properly

LOL i wish i could, but i can't, my smoking history has lead my breaths irregular and therefore this method doesn't allow for it! ahaha

SYSTEMS THINKING stage yellow is viewing things from systems, but the limitation itself, is not limitations with the systems, the limitation is the mind, the human mind can not solve all the problems HOLISITIC THINKING stage turquoise is viewing the world as magical, and synergistic, when you open that portal in the now, you understand that the mind is a limitation to viewing the world, at stage turquoise you understand the world can not be understood, rather you find it a deep beautiful, wonderous place, the ego is removed and this is why enlightenment is stage turquoise, the ego which the mind produced and was itself the limit to stage yellow. But you understand that you are not looking at the world from the perspective of looking into the telescope, more that you are a person inside this world, living in alongside it. there is no limitations to this world because the deeper you involve yourself in it, the less you are the one in control of your action as the subject/ object barrier dissapears and you understand that everything is important as everything else and that everything is currently as it should be. The removing of the mind has lead to a new sprituality, that spirituality is not the stage of stage BLUE, this was a belief A GOD, this spirituality is more like a creative force, IT IS NOT GOD, INFACT IT CAN'T BE NAMED. the problem here is: leo infused non duality into the spiral and added his own tweak, because the rationale way to think about holistic understanding is to involve yourself but as a PERSON an individual unit inside the WHOLE, having an enlightenment experience at stage turquoise you understand that subject/ object does not exsist and this also goes for ALL PARRALLEL LINES OF EVOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT, ITS a very holistic structure infact especially with actualised.org because even having the non duality experience in STAGE turquoise, Does not garuntee the person has covered their emotional shadow or their viewpoint of the world is as strong as can be etc.. But from A NON DUALITY perspective, It was definitely total enlightenment. Music reflects your beliefs, so for example I listen to my music because it’s the environment that I grew up in and to me it is the music with the most truth. When I was growing up, i saw people living through struggle, i myself never lived in this strugggle so I never had to lower myself to it. I always kept my head straight and said it’s a perspective and I learnt from young what a perspective. So I searched for my own perspective. I learnt to be grateful for the environment that i grew up in because it taught me that people were brainwashed. Like 98% of the population. Still I saw my friends go through things, tried to provide reason and logic to them like not to harm other people because they were angry. So to me the music I listen to is the most truthful truth about reality after enlightenment. Enlgjtenment is true and all but the hood teaches you things that you simply can’t learn elsewhere and it’s better than religion, it’s better than science, it’s better than everything perspectivewise, because it teaches you not to place your trust in people, as it’s a lifestyle of pure survival. So yeah I conclude that music resonates with the perspective you see about the world. Or in other words your SD spiral colour.

LOL there's no one inside the eternal now, because the eternal now! IS ITSELF SOMEONE (as best as english language can define) REALITY ITSELF IS THE PERFECT PARADOX by which it creates THAT PARADOX IS NOTHINGNESS!
