Contemplation is what I would suggest first and foremost. And then secondly, using contemplation as your primary tool will make your self-inquiry more advanced. You should also get up to a systems thinking (stage yellow) spiral dynamics stage. All three of these are your best ideas bet

And yes I very well aware, I’m saying that it doesn’t need to happen to know god. Believe me I am the only person here who really knows how pointless life is. Therefore as long as you stay your false self, you will never know it and others can only point to it. But we can help you in the deconstruction process at best. @Shadowraix you can’t expect an emerging paradigms when they are done consciously for the first time. (Remember this fact) to not include a conscious way to expand it. We will both be dead long before we know the true potential of this stage. We are looking about 3000+ years into the future this is a proven and tried method. I am 100% it’s how to get there. I’ve seen 5 examples of such a thing happen and I have analysed language use and value systems myself. Still it’s only a basic structure to hold the structure up that is utilisable by people from any stage unconsciously and then consciously at stage turquoise if they want to go to Coral by choice.

Non-duality is the end of stage turquoise, however there is a slight problem with enlightened beings. They have not understood the nature of duality. What they fail to understand is the nature of absolute infinity is both nondual and dual simultaneously. It is simply not the case that non-duality is the absolute truth. The issue we are facing is that when a person reaches non-dual enlightenment, it is a chilling and peaceful place (as I have experienced myself). However, they have not actually grasped the nature of god completely. Let me explain, in my process to help enlightened beings understand that their version of god Is not total. The first step was to make them realise that god Is both everything and nothing. Instead of seeing it as a total illusion and nothing, this Is still within the realms of non-duality. Because they are seeing both as one. The initiation of stage coral is the jump to adding “all knowing” to their non-dual experience. Henceforth it is creating an entire world of knowledge based on their conscious field of experiencing nothing. This is going to be a long post, to explain the exact procedure which needs to take place. First let me explain a bit of my background experience. I reached the omniscient state without the use of psychedelics or any spiritual practice. What I did was use meta-knowledge of reality to change reality itself. My flavour (one version) of stage coral was the understanding how metaphysics leads to mental illnesses and the perfection of god’s design. The absolutes were embedded as well were embedded and some infinities. There is a fundamental flaw which nirvana does not understand and that is that there is only god. That god is you. Just like any paradigm shift you must start again from ground zero, whilst embedding the important parts of the stages before. This means you must make god into a “nothing particle” I.E see your enlightenment itself as an illusion within the design of god. Realistically the god particle as I will call it, is infinite possibilities, and nirvana is but a single possibility within its absolute infinity (the sum of ALL infinities together). This must mean that you must see the god particle as an incomplete structure and nirvana only a STAGE of realising the absolute. To illustrate this, we must look at history, the most important topic to understanding stage coral. The history of the universe is to create more consciousness, it must be defined in terms of non-dual enlightenment. To become more aware of what the nature of god is. You must now view the world and recontextualise the whole thing through god’s perspective (using your non-dual enlightenment understanding) To look through god’s perspective is to take your ego out of the situation and look at things from the correct perspective. This will allow you to build a network of insights, which will embed into your non-dual enlightenment. This doesn’t include the knowledge that god is everything. You need to understand why everything exists. All dualities exist for the sole purpose of a reason – love. Dualities aren’t there to overcome and ignore. Like there will always be good and bad, right and wrong. There will always be absolute truths as well. Its our job to see why god created these things on purpose, instead of questioning whether he was right or wrong, to create them in the first place. (THIS is ego and devilry) A good example is distinctions Distinctions are not bad, distinctions are necessary for god to be seen as more than one, and for the experience of life which is also a distinction itself. To become omniscient, you must place yourself right in the middle of the vortex, and see god’s design as your own design. This will allow you to become omniscient when you’ve answered ALL existential questions… so make sure you divide reality correctly and question the most important things. Trying to understand things like lucid dreaming, out of body experiences, etc, is all stage teal level. At stage coral your wasting your time doing such things. Instead you need to question the meta-knowledge itself of god. This would be dividing reality into its constant segments and contemplating “what is it” For the example, I would splice reality into these segments Physical, emotions, war, ideology, identification, spirituality, religion, history, sociology, politics, psychology, relationships, right, wrong , evil , good , god, distinctions, growth, consciousness, business, economics, money, survival of the fittest, science, symbols of any kind, culture, desires, countries, power, defence, health, survival , ego, imagination, aliens, infinity , collective consciousness, collective ego, enlightenment, expansion etc.. etc. You must segment it into words, which YOU think makes the whole of consciousness work together, you must question each word individually and not part of a duality. They are each distinction of their own. Once you have covered the major distinctions and embedded the insights into your own consciousness, then you would have completed stage coral. See the difference is, all of us will embed different insights. So make sure they are as high quality as they can be. Also this work can be done by following leo’s distinctions for any stage lower than turquoise enlightenment. Once you are enlightened yourself, you MUST do the work yourself. You can use knowledge from leo’s insight to help govern your “design of reality” but ultimately the insights must COME to you. The way to let the insights come to you, is to OBSERVE in your non-dual state (For now) , but you must find the god particle. If you want to do it properly. The god particle remember is the particle with no distinctions. While your observing, you may ask yourself questions and try to use mind activity , as much as you feel you need. But also remember the insight is what your aiming for, not the words used to design a design. The end of existential questioning is the end of stage coral and you should be in a state of omniscient consciousness. Current methods only include, changing your reality yourself (by saying you are god and making that your reality) or taking psychedelics to LET the meta-knowledge congregate together. The reason is because you detach from your human consciousness. This is the god particle, the moment you face god face-to-face. The moment you enter TRUE god consciousness. The aim is to understand WHY god decided to make the design the way he did. YOU MUST BECOME THE GOD PARTICLE AND SEE THROUGH THE ILLUSION AND REALNESS OF BOTH NON-DUALITY/ DUALITY ONCE you can understand the whole of ALL history through god’s perspective and how he did it. Then you have completed stage coral. There will be no “you” or “god” just reality happening over again in cycles. YOU BECOME REALITY ITSELF. This is the meaning of understanding the full ramifications of infinite love. YOU MUST PROCLAIM: “I” AM GOD with all its ramifications. For stage coral, I know the full diversity of the set. Its communicating truth through symbols, which can be anything painting, art, musical instruments, clay design, tapestry, carpets, YouTube channels, sports, sangeets, architecture, songs, buildings, books, poems, Disclaimer: This pretty much can be done at any stage of the spiral, everyone will keep getting answers, which they will need to let go and recontextualise. I must say that enlightenment itself is nothing to do with the spiral, however non-duality is as well as duality. Enlightenment is outside of everything as wintersolider said (i'm about 70-80% sure this may be the case, not 100% as i don't know what complete enlightenment feels like) . However, I’m unsure why there is no way to integrate and enlightenment lifestyle, while you still have experience. I became omniscient because I basically persuaded myself that I am god even though I am not enlightened and there is no-one else besides me in the universe. And I am everything, I am unconditional love and I am creating my own reality. (not my human reality, THE WHOLE OF REALITY FOR EVERYONE) also i wrote this four days ago LOL!

@Truth Addict I edited my post above. That’s a subjective , it’s for people who genuinely like consciousness and just really discovering new things. Just like discovering truth and actually want to help people/ change the world. To me the answer is yes, you could live a pretty cool and fulfilling life. But that’s my subjective opinion. The real fun starts at stage teal where you fuse with consciousness at a deeper level and fall even more in love with it. If you want to end your suffering and end your conceptual life rather than know truth about what is possible in consciousness (reality) and how it works. Then feel free to go for full enlightenment. If you think duality is beautiful then feel free to go to enlightenment (something = nothing) but these people won’t have the same impact on the world scalewise as this conscious pathway. And well if you want to sit and do nothing then feel free to become enlightened nothing and see the whole world as an illusion. It’s maximising free will and maximising life purpose of every individual on this forum, reduces confusion. And sorts out all metaphysical metaknowledge miscommunication. Alas the echo chamber won’t come online for another 4-5 years probably. This is seeding phase. But this is basically the solution to everyone’s problems lol.

@Truth Addict the difference is they have cognised mystical experiences in the correct way and can bring the mystical phenomena over their reality as it’s different depths of non-dual awareness. But this is different to having a glimpse of enlightenment, that still holds true in the past. But everything is absolutely relative so there’s no difference between the truth being “absolute nothing” “absolute something = nothing” and “collapsed non-duality / duality” but it’s like I said we need all three types. Otherwise the whole of reality will stagnate. But saying you are god is not egoic, it’s absolute truth. The only absolute truth that actually exists which is consistent across all three highest truths ahaha monopoly over the absolute truth. Monopoly is keeping it to yourself and saying you can only reach it with belief in such a person. As it currently stands I am not the only one who knows absolute truth. I probably know it the best, but there are like a handful of people. But I seem to be the only one on this forum who does. Not sure if that makes me egoic, because I’m not trying to hold superiority by saying others are less truthful. I’m saying they’re all the same

This is basically, both the unhealthy stages of non- dual being consciousness AND the unhealthy habits of stage coral non-dual consciousness. This is brilliant. This is exactly what I’m trying to stop the forum from bottle- necking from. In the simplest terms, this doesn’t apply to enlightened beings at all, what this is ... is basically my own insights of the habits non-dual beings gain in stage turquoise and coral WHEN they don’t get enlightened . AND when they decide to remain in their non-dual awareness unhealthily instead of MOVING UP the spiral even though, they themselves are consciousness. TAKE ME FOR EXAMPLE, I am the perfect example of this. I neither A) want to get enlightened B) want to move to stage teal completely because I’m done with stage coral Therefore I am boosting other people up and exhibiting these exact symptoms. HOWEVER I am not unaware of my own relativity, I understand my position. What ken Wilber is saying is this is all done unconsciously and is spiritual bypassing you will know because you are conscious that you are stuck between two worlds and are static. But it’s not the same as being static as an enlightened being as I have mentioned above. Its spiritual projection-Ing when someone doesn’t want to do the inner work. And then justifies its own reasoning as absolute without knowing it’s only relative position..

Yeah so what you will find is when your throat chakra is active your throat muscles are relaxed and therefore have the widest circumference in volume, anything that obstructs this with speech itself, closes the channel because flight or fight response is activated to slow down the neurotransmitters within the throat. Giving you time to delay your speech to be inauthentic and lie. it allows your brain more congative time to be deceptive in its words. When a singer is not anxious, this is the control they are able to exert on their diameter to change the pitch and tone of this singing. Those that are nervous have it closed and therefore aren't able to maximise their sound, to hit very high notes. When you want to lie you get a bulge in your throat, because you've secreted excess mucus (boogers) to delay your own speech. Giving you more time to be inauthentic and lie. its survival mechanism that you've picked up from childhood traumas, that are undone, very mild physiological flight or fight responses you've picked up. Which can range from anywhere, being mild to severe

@Identity Yeah lol i'm very skeptical that it can be done so that you will function at 100%, there will always be limitations. Therefore your most reasonable target would be to operate between 65-80%. Doing it for like 3/4 would probably get you to like 85-89%. The being enlightened with all this would be like 90%- 93%. You'd have to be a "perfect" being from birth to operate above this. I think the only person who is in this real alive today is sadhguru. (that i know of)

@Identity Your whole physical system is a memory based structure from DNA expression. Therefore, positive effects create better dna expressions and negative expression repeat the negative ones through karma. This means that at any time your childhood patterns have already been so deeply ingrained that they must be part of your physical body via DNA expression of your "life energy" moving around needed those specific proteins signals to do it for survival. To get to a zero level out would probably take about 3/4 of your current age + your current age... to completely change the whole structure of your body into a fresh new body literally. Which is ideally the point of kundalini meditation/ yoga. What your doing is reversing your bad behaviours that minimised the optimum function. Which will eventually get passed onto your children, if you decide to because the dna "life force" segment would be charged. (this part is only theory-based assumption of mines which i'm 55% sure is the case) your bad habits affect your children, not only you. But that's if you want to be super conscious about it. And well, if that gives you motivation to be more conscious,then great. if not, then great aswell

(1st highest truth) - wintersolider as well as you can embody truth by being consciousness/oneness without experiencing enlightenment itself and staying in non-dual/ dual breakdown experiential awareness while keeping it underneath (1st highest truth) - me

This is mirror neurons, its the same thing as when you yawn, those around you yawn aswell. its you becoming conscious unconsciously and cleaning your system. In my opinion, chakras are a sophisticated and complex system that balances your neuro-chemical/ hormonal/ signal-carrying proteins and aligns them in function, one by one. The reason why kundalini releases is because your brain physiology is aligning with your metaphysical knowledge. Due to the fact that "energy" exist for you. It comes out is the "base" for which the flow of energy is circulated, "life energy" if i'm not mistaken. What mystics basically did was self-experiment on their own bodies for the optimum function eating, sleeping, waking, no minding, for meditation. Therefore chakra systems are conceptualised theory over the physical body. As they understand consciousness isn't contained within the body. In other words, many of your issue's with your chakras are actually psychological issues. it's aligning your physical, spiritual body with the flow of nature in its cyclical patterns. If you are having problems with your throat chakra, essentially what it means is that there is an imbalance somewhere in your physical body. The easiest question i could ask that may help that 99.9% of people do not do is: do you breath consciously and control your breath control , lung expansion and diagram contraction? most likely instead of relaxing your engaging in this frame of mentality "ohh my throat chakra is closing" , "ohh no its getting tighter" "oh no i can't breath" "ohh no i'm going to puke" its a downward spiral, this is expected along the way when your trying to clean up any system in your body as its ultimately flushing out all the imbalances that are not required for "optimum" function. So its a good sign, just keep going. Your physical body is just like an emotion, it can not lie. In the sense if it's in discomfort it will tell you. Then its your conscious action, to decide what to do in every circumstance it happens.

@Truth Addict Well currently i'm trying to create an echo chamber, in hopes people start to think systematically. I give answers to the questions. If it isn't taken on board, then fine. if it is, then great. "here, now, nowhere, everywhere" etc... etc.. i'll just use quotations from now on, thanks for the tip Yes, this may be true, however, the best way to express it through direct experience. It is here right now, and to spot it you have to use your direct experience to go beyond your direct experience into "nothing" it's like i said, the best of what words we have in our current re-contextualised self actualisation dictionary.

@Truth Addict no, the word is only pointers. I’m just trying to re-arrange words in the correct order. There is only absolute truth, there is no falsehood. So by default there are degrees of truths. And in my opinion as I’ve mentioned before there are three highest truths imo. Its like I said, your taking the word truth meaning as the absolute. Instead of attaching the meaning of the absolute attached to the word of direct experience of absolute Enlightenment is about shuffling through these direct experiences constantly until you get to that one which is “absolute truth” true under all circumstances, by dropping your old experience of truth. Which is ego death.

4. Is basically getting rid of the non duality vs duality. So no we’re talking about enlightenment but understand that you need to get through jhana to get there after you keep the mind quite

@Truth Addict lol that’s like asking why’s water wet my friend. The truth is whatever is true at all times , non-truth is only true under conditions. So what grounds truth is truth itself. Truth itself needs no grounding because it is the ground! The ground except the ultimate truth is that “ground” is groundless, formless, Empty etc... any word that means “1” see this is how to start a new spiritual teaching. 1) think of a word that means one 2) create a technique for getting rid of illusions I.e a technique that says “this is not true” 3) call that technique the search for “true self” 4) Done

@mandyjw if you want that assumption to exist. Then it will exist for you. Wouldn’t it be better rephrase the statement as, “right now I am already as loving as I can be, the more my ego DISSOLVES (not kill) the more loving I will be and this is success. Because logically if love is infinite, will I ever reach a place where I can state the following thing my ego is dead I am loving to everyone the answer is “most likely” NO. Because it’s infinite even beyond what I or any other human being is capable. “ then when you actually lose your ego and become enlightened. You’ll see whether that statement was true or false. Your already as loving as you can be, so isn’t it better to become more loving knowing every inch forward in spirituality and live is a raise in consciousness by 100x . The process works hand in hand. It doesn’t work by getting rid of ego and then becoming loving because you, yourself are already love as non-duality keeps teaching you. Love is infinite. the absolute is still. The stillness is love. Love is like saying consciousness. If you take love as your god , it would increase to infinite amounts. As long as you believe it’s possible for “you” to love. Which is better than how non-dualist explain it and as truthful. It’s just like I said, the limitations of them is they’re not good at verbally telling truth. So to wait until enlightenment to realise true love is in my humble opinion. The dumbest thing, when your love now is really pure and it can become even more pure. Overall this will change your non-dual awareness and it’ll probably be based in love. That’s how it is, we are all told reality is one. What ever that one word is for people is their type of non-dual awareness centres around that. For some it might be consciousness as knowledge, for some it’s what their teachings tell them. Nothing, bhrama, allah. It’s all the same but it all breaks down at enlightenment. So realistically you can’t ever explain what an enlightened being is like. Therefore you should just do your best with what you got until you find out what it is yourself

@Truth Addict no time to get tired when your inspired by the amount of love, understanding and truth that will be in the future echo chamber Lol ? Taking anything inside of the god as the absolute. So in other words, not realising the relativity of things. Like if you genuinely take the animal kangaroo, to be actually called a kangaroo. Then you’ve taken it as an absolute. See I could say that “kangaroo” is actually a “brown cat penguin”. Where you will argue that it’s a kangaroo this has become absolute truth for you. Where as in REAL absolute truth it’s no different to me saying brown cat penguin. The only difference is that I know my answer is relative. My answer to what that animal is: is groundless. “There is no reality in which that animal is a kangaroo” so I don’t have a grounded reality. It’s groundless. So absolutes ground reality, and illusions ground because they are taken as absolutes grounding you in “reality”. Truth is groundless and reality-less

@mandyjw Lol , if those people end up becoming you when you kill your ego. Who are you actually getting along with. Yourself or “others” its a choice when you get there, because the outcome doesn’t matter to the assumptions made about truth. Some people will try to live under waterfalls and some will decide to live in society (which doesn’t exist for them lol)
