also its rigourous in the sense, you can't physical not do something else. because your chain of contemplation is attached to enlightenment because its truth your seeking. so like i've been doing contemplation both unconsciously and consciously for 6 years straight, without putting it down because you have some next drive for the truth at all costs.

@Jkris too be honest; i'm not sure how i would put it into words, i just do it because it works for me. i think alot of thoughts per minute, but i don't exactly hold onto the thoughts. probably every thought i have carried, i have dropped because you move closer towards enlightenment to the stage now where thoughts come from emptiness, meaning they come from no where, aka have no meaning in reality. these are probably the current thoughts i am holding onto. i say holding but i'm not really thinking about it, but from what you posted its kinda understandable why i used a technique called the writeway technique- where i would write down every thought that i was having accurately, i wouldn't have time to identify with it. it was just coming from somewhere that wasn't myself. but seriously, i don't really know how to explain it

@Jkris in words i can see that realting to what i do, i wouldn't say that its turned inwards - your already contemplating so the thought is already inwards, i did two first and then one to get the mystical experience.

its pretty normal in this line of work, all kinds of things will break down in your pursuit for the truth. I had one where i hallucinated completely a flower, and i was on nothing

how i used self inquiry is: think of what ever you are thinking about contemplate it then you actually have to do the work in actuality to get the mystical experience for example, taking the hand example i am not my hand, you ask the following questions 1) what is the hand it is a bunch of atoms and molecules 2) is my consciousness in my hand no the consciousness is in my head 3) am i my hand no then you actually have to go and change your reality so that you make the discover that no i am not my hand and don't stop until you do this. how do you change your reality? well that should have been done when you realised you weren't your hand through self inquiry you change your reality with your eyes open instead of with your eyes close. otherwise its just a concept if you leave it at i am not my hand and don't do anything about it to change your reality and if it doesn't change, you contemplate more until you completely mind fuck yourself and then it works somehow with a break through and keep pushing and pushing

this is pretty much how it goes until you focus on one thing that you are but did you have a mystical experience?

in my opinion, your realities breaking down. its almost like your envisioning reality where a straight line isn't a straight line but bent . or a surface isn't a surface its curved into a face shape. what do you think of what i've said?

@SQAAD also if you want a lesson in neurones, nurones don't give rise to consciousness lol, they are simply the mechanism in which your body send action potentials (electrical) signals around the body to complete an action of anything. they don't give rise to consciousness, more they are in consciousness instead, see leo's video what is consciousness

learning without an accumulation of time; i like this. its words of wisdom isn't this quite difficult when your actually reading or learning anything. everything you read is dualistic and will imply dualistic implications that is right, that is wrong, it should be done like this, etc?

@Jack River like a lotus on water; it is to take a position of yes or no ahaha very tricky indeed; but we accept everything in this present moment of illusory and just go with what is. have you decided what your life purpose is?

@Jack River i don't think there would be anything to let go of , because i don't think there was something there in the first place. its like 1,2,3 done gone ahaha presto if there was anything there. but i think i've seen that the next best move is to forget about any of this. i think i'm just throwing words out there without any meaning any more, so its a bit pointless.
