  1. @FoxFoxFox yes and that would be the highest god state! which is consciousness itself, a true non-dual consciousness , until then we have to adhere to higher or lower terminology and a seperate 'conscious of' state because we do not know for ourselves, until you explore all possibilities which will take a life time possibly. correct me if i'm wrong please, i'm losing my losing my chain of thought haha
  2. @FoxFoxFox yes that was what i was trying to get at ultimately, but thinking your in love is a concept that was the distinction i was trying to say is the created version.
  3. @mandyjw You lot are missing the most crucial part lol, by higher and lower states of consciousness, all it means is different levels of being god, one person can be more god like than another person and so on, but they are always in the same consciousness, because THEY ARE god itself. conscious of states are different.
  4. @tecladocasio that is exactly what leo said in his notes and video though, leo said that truth and love are exactly the same thing and therefore it is both the facet of self, and a creation of your mind because the creation is i am in love (emotion) but the truth is love is all that exsist around you they are not the same type of love, everything is good TM ahah
  5. @tecladocasio i get your point which is why i said your right in a way to think the way you do, etc. i can't explain the thought process, the end goal is the same, the ways to get there a different for everyone.
  6. @tecladocasio ahhh dude, life is crazy man, some of the stuff hes saying is so direct its not believable. but what can you do
  7. before leo went on his grand expedition to the centre of the universe, i too shared the same thoughts as him. I don't think i've been as deeply absorbed as himself, however i can vouch to the problem of skepticism that he shows when dealing with consciousness work, within a logical frame work they make sense and within a god consciousness frame work it also makes sense. but the problem is only one can be right. The teachers are not wrong when they say that you can not grasp infinity, because there's no way to know if your right or wrong, but there are holes in their understanding and god- logic which they don't account for. which leo is not taking for granted, he's saying the holes can be discovered and found out, which is what it means to understand infinity. So these awakened beings are awoke, there is just different degrees. your point is also valid aswell, he could be mental masterbating, but what you have not considered are infinite variables to any given event and therefore fall short with the need for a decisive answer to reach a particular end goal, aka your at a lower stage of consciousness and can't grasp the logic leo is using to decipher the puzzle. None the less, he has solved the problem with a few simple words ironically and that is the point is to become god and live life as god. you might have to intuite what i mean, but basically it means he's right and the enlightened masters are also right,as well as he could be wrong and the enlightened masters are wrong because becoming infinity means there is no wrong infinity, there's just the matter of degrees of consciousness and the highest, what does it mean to be the highest consciousness? understanding the whole of infinity and what god is which means understanding you are god,
  8. @Shin i feel like everyone here is just overcomplicating things and talking in riddles. insanity is just another word for 'out of the ordinary' where there is no metric system to measure your position on a pathway. It feels like your lost, i.e surrendering to the truth, how do you know you've surrendered up to the half way point, your directionless. hence you feel like your going insane. however, its even more simple than that. If becoming god means that you live in an insane manner to the devils way. Then insanity is correct. joseph's point was more towards how you feel about being insane i would say. whether it feels normal or totally wrong is besides the point, the point is to have the courage to take the path less chosen if yourself wishes to actualise yourself as god
  9. "You must train yourself to stop seeing the universe from the human perspective — as if the universe only revolves around humans. " "In fact, you must be able to see an infinite number of moves ahead to make sure that any design change actually makes the SUM TOTAL of the universe better rather than worse" "For any person claiming to be awake or enlightened, the question must always be: what are you conscious of? Describe what you're conscious of in full detail. Don't be coy, don't play games, don't be humble." "Remember, it is the nature of every awakening that it feels total, final, and complete. Don't be fooled by this" " You see the epistemic problem here? How do you know how deep the Buddha (or any other master) went? How do you know which aspects he awoke to and which ones he overlooked? You don't! That's the point. You assume you understand what the Buddha (or some enlightened master) was talking about, but the fact is you don't know that what you think they were talking about is actually what they were talking about. Whatever awakening you've had is not necessarily what they were talking about. They might have been pointing to something yet deeper of which you are still unaware. For those of you who consider yourselves awake, how do you know there's not something yet deeper, or some aspect you overlooked? You don't! So be very careful assuming you've reached the end because you probably haven't. Your mind will play tricks on you in this process. If you haven't had 5, 10, or 20 awakenings, you're nowhere near done yet." "· People just assume that God automatically knows himself, but it's not so simple. People don't think this through. Think about it this way, if there was a God, how would he come to know himself? By what process? You'd figure at some point in his history he would have to say, "What am I? Oh, right, I'm God! Duh!" Supposedly this moment of self-recognition would have to happen to God at least once in his existence for him to know he's God. Otherwise he would be God but not know it! Well… the moment you become enlightened will be that very moment. Ta-da!" "Liberation comes from the realization that the universe is unlimited. Nothing is impossible. Nothing is denied to us. We can have it ALL! You just need to realize that you are the universe and why the universe must be unlimited. When you put those two realizations together you get heaven and pure bliss. There is nothing more you could want beyond the unlimited." "Every piece — no matter how trivial it seems to you from your level — is important. To us humans certain things seem trivial, like dust particles and stray hairs, because they are trivial for our purposes of survival." "An awakening/enlightenment experience is not the same thing as liberation. Liberation is much, much harder. Liberation means to be so radically transformed by the Truth that you live as God all the time... · Liberation is not for everyone and it is not to be taken lightly. Only the most hardcore spiritual seekers should pursue liberation. Liberation is not a mainstream idea nor should it be advocated to every random fool on Youtube. Only those of the highest wisdom will choose liberation." "God doesn't get bored. It is endlessly fascinated by itself. It is unafraid to look at it self. Really look at itself." ". All of my philosophical seeking since the age of 15 has finally come to a close, resolving in the most delicious climax imaginable. The whole time I was searching for truth and understanding of existence, and in the end I found that I am the answer. I am God and I created it all out of nothing. The end. How many Western philosophers have come this far? Virtually none" Just some new things i learnt, none the less @Leo Gura sounds like an eventful 30 days. I'm glad to read some of the thoughts that went through your mind, and got to know you a little bit better and might i even say more authentically than before. i've always thought it feels more organic to read someones direct thoughts then have them broadcast it to you in a video, or write them perfectly out in a book. just a tip i learnt over the many years of writing out my in time thoughts and reading them over.
  10. is it sitting in meditation and just being content with everything or like being able to sit with your eyes open, fully engaged with the present moment and content?
  11. @thesmileyone sitting in the moment, with no thoughts is what i thought desireless was lol thats what i mean by doing nothing
  12. @Serotoninluv Right and the way i try to think about it, is to bring your base personal desire to bare minimal, where desire no longer hinders your daily lifestyle and survival. Thereafter everything you do is transpersonal, because its a benefit of the general routine you are following and enjoying. whereas at base level is everything that is sustainable to your way of living, diet, sleep, water, shower, toilet, etc are some examples. and nothing more than just sitting down doing nothing and enjoying it. its artificial in a way, where as transpersonal becomes the true beauty of life
  13. @Jack River taking into context that your still a person, figuratively speaking, then a lifestyle of choices, to give up vs not give up. desire is essential for that and thats the context in which i'm trying to put it, if i can give up desire 100% while i'm at it then why not. yes desire occurs because there is a you, and it is because desire is not essential to living/ be-ing that i asked the question what it means to be desireless
  14. @Arhattobe interesting, i'm lost for words at best what i can gather is: there is no becoming desireless 100% by trying its too walk neither pathways, which means true desireless in a different kind of desireless than just not doing something.
  15. @Arhattobe yeah okay i don't think your wrong there about aversion, it would be for now, i think that once you get used to it however, doing nothing that you will grow to like it and it will become effortless and then it would not be rejection. i didn't quite get this bit so as foxfoxfox said, is it to become aware of awarness while sitting and doing nothing, what is the middle path to you?
  16. @FoxFoxFox Thanks that makes sense, thanks for answering my question
  17. @DrewNows Thanks, i've done this before which is why i have arrived at the need to do nothing
  18. but it will be the closest thing to desireless no? what makes you say that it will not create desirelessness, if you simply enjoy just sitting and doing nothing?
  19. @FoxFoxFox I'm not trying to find true nature, unconditional joy or peace, i'm simply just trying to see what a life with no desire is like currently, as i've mentioned above, the most accurate decision , is to sit and do nothing, whether it is in bliss or not, you are still doing nothing. its like saying i'm willing to sleep for my whole life if that was an option.
  20. @Preetom thats fair enough, i'm trying to complete a repetitive conscious life as to lessen my desires for things, having no desire to do anything, the only thing left is to be absolutely still.. meditating but not trying to meditate or do nothing
  21. just realised sam harris has only 300,000 followers and only about 15k of people watching his video, would you say that means he's not widely known, on a spiral level i peg him on green starting to become yellow, so i thought it would be alot more watching because his content isn't in total yellow/ turquoise. but is even 15k-30k per view alot of people?
  22. I have decided that all of enlightenment and sprituality is changing my psychology and unveilling too much truth that its affecting my perceptions and world views too skewed from normality. so i have decided to conform, forgetting about life purposes and going back to being a materialist, although my parents are okay with me being different and seeing the world differently. I can see that its too skewed from their reality and those around me, that i'm conversing with the world view of non duality and i cant exactly tell them the truth. so i've given up with all this and going back to unconscious egoic state even though i got close to the pinnacle of non duality in theory. so i wanted to know if you guys could help me list a list of whats considered normal in this day and age, to help me conform to society, marriage and kids, holidays , material possessions (cars, clothes, house), money, savings, morality, healthy living, need to get a degree to live life, no spirituality, energy is what the world is made of, repetative unconscious behaviour, sex, living day to day, lawful behaviour, survival of the fittest, friends and social outtings, work hard, make money, judgement and demonizing, 9-5 rat race, reactive emotions, get rich or die trying, egoic ambitions, all dualisms , mainly things situated around red, blue , orange stage of development, not green
  23. @Truth Addict that is the exact thing i will be struggling against my whole life when i go down this path, i can't unconsciously do anything! anymore especially when you get to non duality. i look at a tomato and think that its an illusion, that's why the non dual perspective is changing my psychology too much, that i'm trying to go back. @DrewNows definately trying to limit and box myself so that it conforms to social norms man, life is just easier that way for me, ive already stopped trying to create a life purpose helping people and my i've had a weird two days, basically doing nothing. because i don't feel theres a specific book i need to reach to reach an objective, or have any objective task! i actually ended up letting go of some of my ego! but i have so many shadow elements that i'm not trying to get rid of anymore and that's how conforming helps, you get to keep your shadow elements intact and unconscious, i.e like the fact you are unconscious when you weren't aware of the truth.
  24. but everyone else creates duality so to understand better its easier to be in that duality to be in that present moment more authentically, then just going with a non duality perspective and speaking from there
