  4. Hello again BestSelf, After seeing the reply from @molosku , I am reconsidering my advice of taking a break. I'm not an expert but I'm still sticked to the suggestion of seeing an expert or joining some meditation institute ASAP.
  5. You'll know eventually. Toxic relationships never make you happy. Never ending confusion might be a sign of such relationships. You can also get a long list of the signs of a toxic relationship from google. Go ahead, help yourself. Good Luck!
  6. If the obsessive thinking on a particular matter is not bothering you, or if you are enjoying it and trying to solve some puzzle by doing it then you have to decide first, is it that bad? Is it causing trouble to your daily life activities? Do you really want to stop it? If you are really sick of your over thinking and want to control it to certain level then may be you should try to give yourself some goals to reach. Goals related to your daily food habit, exercise, meditation, career etc. Find a creative hobby and spend time on it. Keep yourself busy with useful, creative and enjoyable things. Don't Pay attention to the chattering mind. Focus on your goals and hobbies. You probably wouldn't notice when the annoying chatter of your mind stopped! Good Luck!

As you are giving your practice lot of your time and effort, you should immediately see an expert meditation guide or join any such renowned institute and discuss your problem and follow their advice.   8. It says many things ! It's talking all the time. Sometimes it's pleasant , sometimes it's not. But, I believe I always have the ability to control it ! it's not easy all the time though. Sometimes it's so difficult that you see only darkness ahead of you. But no matter how bad it gets, you only need to have your faith in yourself intact. You need to believe that you can always handle your head, your thoughts no matter how noisy it gets. Try to find yourself some nice distractions. Spend time with your hobbies and positive people.
