  2. I just do not understand whether or not nofap is good for you. I occasionally do it for maybe a week but I always see videos on youtube which either praise it or make fun of it. How much masturbation is normal? Would fapping every second day be ok, or is that too much? And why is science telling us that nofap is bad. I would really want Leo to make a video on nofap, similar to the rant on PUA and the overcoming addiction video. p.s. most times that i fap, my stomach starts growling, Is this because of too much fapping?
  3. I fapped off yesterday and I just feel like it brings more harm than good to me. I just feel pain in my stomach. What I will probably do is try and transmute the sexual energy across my body and do stuff like tai chi and workout.

  5. And I've finally reached 400 days of meditation(which i have done every single day, without skipping one). Now, even though I have not had huge benefits, i have actually realised that meditation brings subtle benefits. For example, I feel like I am more present in the moment(i.e. I feel like I can recognise an emotion or thing that is happening although I still feel like I have not mastered emotions.) I also sometimes get rare insights(not in relation to awakening) about certain things in my life. I have definitely benefited from meditation. Along with meditation, I have started doing tai chi for 10 minutes and I've also started to workout. Hopefully I will be able to see even more benefits in the future. What are your thoughts on meditation? I am currently meditating 50 minutes a day. Is there a difference in a meditation session that lasts 50 minutes and one that lasts 90 minutes? Thanks!
  6. I am just curious on how it feels to meditate with binaural beats. I will be starting it but I just want to hear your opinion on it or maybe any experience you had with it. Also, which wave is most effective to use?
  7. It's just a simple question. I have been meditating for about 8 months and during this period , I have been jerking off :(. I have now decided to stop fapping but i am not sure if it will be beneficial to me. Would I get better results in meditation, if i did not fap?
  8. I've decided that I want to transcend some of my blue values to orange. For example, I value the following: -Justice -Law and Order -Good manners and decency -Values afterlife How can I actually transcend these values to orange? Do I contemplate?Journal?

  11. I would like to know how I can start shadow work. All day, I've been looking for techniques which show how to do it. I cannot find it. Does anyone know how to do it, step by step? Thanks in advance!

  13. Thanks for the suggestions! I have an idea about how I could do shadow work, so can you just examine it and see is it good enough. 1.Sit down for 30-60 mins 2.Get into the present moment and start asking myself why am I shy and observing various situations in the past and seeing what emotion I used.(shyness is my shadow) 3.Try and feel the emotion and basically observe it until something comes up I would plan to do this daily, without missing a day and gradually increasing my time. If there are things that are not effective in my technique, can you just point it out or if you have a different suggestion, please share it. Thanks!!
  14. I do not feel like going to the shower every day (regardless of whether the water is cold or hot). I also do not see why I should shower everyday, I feel twice is enough in a week. So If i did cold showers twice a week, would that bring benefits?
  15. I've just been thinking about what country is in which stage of the spiral. I've done Europe but I have my dilemmas. For example, what stage in the spiral is Bosnia and Herzegovina in? Also, I'm interested for some of the other balkan countries, such as Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro etc. The balkans are considered an unstable region so where do these countries lie in? Also, I would like Leo to answer to me why did the Yugoslav wars happen and what stage that was in. Thanks!
  16. Thanks for the answers! I do have one question in regards to cold showers. Will one or two cold showers a week give me any benefits? Because i do not think I can take showers every day. I usually only take them twice a week.
  17. Ok, i have been doing the "do nothing" meditation for about 7 months. At the start, i was meditating with ease and couldn't wait to start. I usually did it before going to bed. But, all of a sudden, i don't have that passion anymore. Whenever i want to meditate, i don't have the energy to sit motionless. I can't stop moving. Usually, i do my meditation on a chair, but now i am usually doing it lying in my bed because i can't stand it. I meditate a couple of times in the morning but it didn't make any changes. Please help me because i know the importance of meditation.
  18. Thanks for the advice given! I will start looking at my thoughts during meditation. I'll probably try to change my meditation technique, as I find this one ineffective. Any suggestions on a technique which could work out? I don't have any yoga classes near me. Another thing which may not allow me do yoga is the fact that yoga is prohibited in Islam, which i am part of. If yoga isn't an option, what could be a suitable option?
  19. Just to report on my situation. I took in all the feedback given and these are some of the results: -At first, I actually got that passion for meditation back and meditated for 30 mins without moving. -The next day, I meditated for 30 minutes again but moved at around 15 due to an itch in my eye. -After these days, the same has happened as before. No passion for meditation, thinking about doing everything except meditation. This is partly due to me seeing that no results are arising from meditation, but i just feel that i have to meditate in order for something good to happen, as my life isn't the one i would like. Is it possible that the "Do nothing" technique isn't effective? Or is more time needed for success. Also, If "do nothing" meditation isn't effective, which one is? Thanks!

  22. I've been meditating for over 100 days using the "do nothing" technique. Last night, i had three dreams and all of them were aggressive. I dreamt about punching some guy, shouting at people etc. My dreams were very aggressive. Also, i see that i remember my dreams better when i'm on my meditation practice. Is this due to meditation and what is actually happening in my brain because i am very curious!
  23. I'm 18 and i still go to school. In school, there are all sorts of people. For example, there is one guy who always annoys me. I think he sees me as stupid and boring and often makes fun of me. As i have mentioned in a previous post, i have social anxiety and usually get nervous when i am in social situations. So with that said, my school colleagues kind of know me and i have a feeling that everybody is laughing at me(also, they smile at me but i know that they aren't smiling because they respect me). In social situations, no one really cares about what i say, except for two people. I don't want people to look at me that way because it annoys me. But, in particular, this one person really annoys me and makes fun of me. He puts me down and kind of humiliates me. I have a feeling that people do this because they want me to blush. What the hell am i supposed to do?
  24. Can i start bodybuilding, for example push-ups, sit-ups, dumbells etc? I really can't find any yoga practice online which is good.I don't even know which one is good for curing social anxiety.
  25. Sorry for not posting in this topic. School has finished, so i've partially solved that. I've been meditating for 96 days straight and have done 95 days straight of affirmations and visualisations. I feel like anxiety has decreased, but i'm not sure has that actually happened. I feel like my awarness is increasing during meditation and i'm kind of caring less about other people. I have no idea is this real, but thats how i feel. Does anyone know what is happening? p.s. i have also done a concentration exercise that leo showed in his video "concentration vs meditation".
