Yeah it's a paradox, fear stops you but it can also be the bigger drive. The most underrated/unknown spiritual teachings imo are The Michael Teachings and the Lyricus Discourses. After studying them over and over (it's very deep stuff, don't expect to fully understanding it by reading it once or twice), I've come to the realization that the soul/consciousness "evolves spiritually" only through the intense suffering experienced in-between lives/reincarnations. Now it's the first time in history (of this planet, many did this already) when we can "shortcut" this process by taking breakthrough doses of psychedelics. This fact though brings a whole new "problem": can we actually choose to do it? Any experienced "high/breakthrough-doses psychedelic user" will tell you that it's so fucking intensely unpleasant (to cite Chris Bache: 'I wouldn't wish it on anyone'; and in fact he stopped doing it for the past 20 years, even though it always eventually brought him to experience better and better blissful states of consciousness). So what's the point of this post? "Old spirituality", the "disciplinate/meditation/ascetic path" belongs to the past; if you don't acknowledge this "new fact", you will strive all your life and you'll never achieve your goal, unless you're lucky enough to be an "high-level old soul", 0.2% of the current population (see The Michael Teachings 'Soul Age'). So we are faced with a brand new level of challenges in this "modern era", anyone who attained actualization so far "kind of had no choice on the matter": death eventually comes whether or not you want it, and that's how they evolved spiritually. So... more compassion and understanding to us, when we go through the most painful bad trips and we blame ourselves for it, or for not doing it more often (or at all, "never again"). lol what's up? Anyway, I'd like to ask, please, feel free to say no: you said that after doing it regularly you had less fear of repeating the experience right? I'm not judging you, now I don't even have the motivation to take sub-breakthrough doses, mostly because I have come to know they are useless anyway (not that a bunch of them weren't necessary after I first learned about psychedelics, before reading Martin Ball and Chris Bache literature: no breakthrough no party), I'm just curious: what made you stop eventually? Also, you're trying sub-breakthrough doses plugged now, are these just intensely unpleasant (without the eventual Nirvana phase)?

@nowimhere Good job. Let us know if you ever breakthrough with plugging. Can I ask you how it was for you to breakthrough when smoking it? Is it intensely unpleasant during the first part of the trip? And does it switch to bliss/nirvana? Martin Ball says that most people need to smoke it 3-4 times to reach that (back to back consecutively in the same session), because the effect is too short lasting when smoked. I tried plugging a minimal amount to test it and I didn't like it, my ass was on fire and it made me poo, maybe Martin has a point when he advice smoking it, after all if you have the balls to smoke it once you can probably do it again. Otherwise my (planned) alternative is ingesting 6 tabs of 1p-LSD on an empty stomach (Chris Bache style).

Here they say that rectal doses are twice as strong as vaped. This is the opposite of what some users said on this forum, I wonder why that is?

You're smart to be afraid of it, breakthrough doses are f. intense. You can't avoid a brief trip to hell but just be sure you can't hurt yourself on the come-up before you're too incapacitated to be able to do it anyway.

Here's my "microdosing course" free of charge: 10 ug lsd or 0.2 gr dry mushrooms once every 4 days. Benefits: placebo effect and mild boost for 3 hours after you take it. Drawbacks: you might think you're going anywhere by doing it. tl;dr: it's a scam.

If what you say about tolerance is true, it's just a shitty lsd batch. No matter how experienced you are with lsd, it should hit you hard at these high dosages. Anyway Chris Bache and Grof say you need 5-600 ug to breakthrough. So either buy legal 1p-lsd online or go for 5-meo so you can't go wrong.

About crushing your head: at that point of the trip you don't have the strength to do it (if it's as "easy" as jumping out of a high story building or fast moving car/train you risk doing it though). What happened to me is that I live at the ground floor, so I took my car to drive to the nearby train station with the intent of jumping in front of a train. I drove at full speed and I had to brake when approaching a difficult turn with a car coming in my direction. So I had to push on the brake and I destroyed my car but I was lucky to get little injuries. About the sitter: ok, this is not easy to find though (proportional to your body size). "What happened to you?" Like actual awakening, you can't transmit these intense feelings with words, it's like trying to explain what a certain food tastes to someone who never tried it. The best words are "intense suffering", mostly intense panic/terror; "overwhelming pain/suffering" is another good word to describe it.

Also, check near death experiences reports on youtube, most people (high level old souls go directly to bliss/heaven) literally go to hell (not eternal though, so let's call it purgatory, thank God).

@Jo96 Besides the intense suffering I felt when doing high doses (and still not enough to breakthrough, but close to it), the sources explaining the after-death process are to be trusted imho. They are channeled from guides/higher beings. And anyway, check the Michael Teachings on that website (they are channeled too), it seems pretty obvious to me that those souls attained actualization by going through many deaths/reincarnations where the soul travels through the same astral plane reached with high doses psychedelics. Check the reports of people who did astral travel meditations (on youtube), it's terrifying and you get back in the body almost immediately; that's why psychedelics are needed for most people (non high-level old souls/many incarnations), they force you to stay there like you'd be forced to after death.

I know man... It's fucked up isn't it? But look at reality right now (google Venezuela on wikipedia) and especially in the past before global peace and medicine weren't a thing... Intense suffering is real, even for us: we think pain killers assisted clinical death is peaceful but check my signature website and you'll find that eventually all of us will go through that shit after death (this fear is not all bad though, it's the biggest pull to gather the courage to take high doses psychedelics and go from boredom to bliss). At the right/high dosages, you have no control over the trip. So my guess is that you took lower doses (a good/safe experiment to make when you start with psycs). Other than taking high enough dosages to "brekthough", my only other advice is to be careful if you take rectal 5-meo or lsd, because the come-up is slower than smoked/vaped 5-meo, so there's gonna be a small part of the trip when you'll feel very bad but still have the capacity to move around, so you might commit suicide (this happened to me and I was lucky but it's well documented that some people died from this). So the best advice is to take high doses (not smoked) and lock yourself with a lock with timer and handcuffs to something solid. The problem is that most of the current spiritual literature even if practiced is still ineffective for people with fewer reincarnations than the ones who attained actualization so far (97% of the current population). It's not only what psychedelics you take, it's also about dosages. To keep it short you need high doses of few of them (like heroin, alcohol, etc. won't get you "there" even at high dosages). LSD/mushrooms and 5-meo-dmt are the ones that have been tested and you can't go wrong with them. For lsd you need 600 ug to breakthrough (source: Chris Bache), for 5-meo it depends how you take it, smoking/vaping it needs lower doses but the effect is too short so you'd have to do it again after the effect runs out, that's why Leo advice rectal intake, which lasts longer but requires higher doses (we are still not sure exactly how much you need with this road of administration, we know 90 mg or more are needed, but how much more? It all depends on "your soul spiritual level". If you had many incarnations intensive meditation may work in the long run (it's ok to start with 30 min, but don't expect nirvana with that low level of commitment). But anyway, even if you were a "very old soul" you'd attain much faster with psychedelics (non high-level old souls need psychedelics or they have to reincarnate multiple times). Ayawaska can't be taken to high doses, you puke that shit way before it can reach that level. Now if you ingest Pure DMT and harmalas you can reach that level but this wasn't present in the old days.

@LfcCharlie4 People who attained liberation without psychedelics were "high level old souls" who evolved through "in-between previous lives" experiences which bring equal result as psychedelic high doses. You can choose to await many clinical deaths/reincarnations like they HAD TO DO, or accept the fact that we are entering a new "psychedelic spiritual era" and accelerate the process with these new tools. The problem with "any non-psychedelics spiritual practice" is that you think you are accomplishing something when in fact you are most probably not (unless you do it 24/7 but good luck with that). And NO, you don't need any practice to handle high doses psychedelics (which is what you need, lower doses only give you a relatively little taste of the real deal), at the right/high doses you have no control over anything, you are like an ant in the hands of a giant t-rex (or God after the bad trip eventually switches to bliss). If you think psychedelics are an easy tool you have little to no experience with them, they will literally bring you to hell (purgatory, it's not eternal hell which doesn't exist... thank God) at the right/high dosages. Martin Ball is an indisputable example that after "going to hell with them" a bunch of times (how many depends on your "soul age") you attain liberation. Taking breakthrough doses is way harder than any other spiritual practice, if you think it's an "easy fix" you probably have little to no experience with it.
