  1. Perfection can be no more than the progress made in this moment. Also, isn't it truth that your perception now of-"being alone" or "not being alone" are there 100% irrespective of how long you think time lasts at any given "time", and then even the given "time" is part of your (alone or not alone) perception of how long time lasts, and everything else with it. That's whAt I believe you can work with based on what I've seen from your posts, so far.
  2. When you say "it felt like it connected me with every yogi who ever lived", it is also vice versa. There is no cause. I recommend look into the illusion that "one" would cause something "else".
  3. Try repeating your pattern but to the rhythm of a song (and listen to the song at this time). If this doesn't prove overwhelming or quieting to mind, play more songs all at the same time (you can do this on one computer using youtube, headphones and no). Once again, as you do this, try to work on your ocd pattern with the rhythms. This may be overwhelming to the pattern thus rewiring the "offending" neural networks, so to speak.... Or you could do some breath-focused meditation.

  7. @Joseph MaynorThis is where you are seeing reality so literally that you can spot every illusion. @Joseph Maynor That comment reminded me of a thought I believed last week: "I realized you can't get "rid" of the aspects of reality (such as thoughts) but you can change perception of the aspects to where it's identical tomindcontrol. I mean, controllingyour ownmind!! Lol!" Does this not parallel with that? Why do you say so (or believe so.......etc.)? Hope this doesn't lead to more beliefs.

  10. The crazy part is if you were to move yourself through the portal in the second scenario, or something came to your side. Then, the story would change to an indescribable extent. However, your mind could make up a story about it and be totally convinced that something else had changed, because that is what a mind do.
  11. A reality in which your pupils are a momentary eclipse preventing your true self from contact point, but time is cyclical so there is no perception of the passage of it. A reality in which you are trying to communicate time to statues in absolute zero, while you're on the other side of a portal which could be any size, and anywhere and are invisible to your naked eye, in an infinitely large warehouse.
  12. @Preetom Thanks for your response. @Joseph Maynor Altering or adding to a concept. I say that instead of replacing, because illusions exist(!), even if only where you are here and now. This is assuming "realizing" anything is possible.That's the way I see it.
  13. @Preetom Beautiful. God can't be measured or described, but she/he etc. can be contained by a nervous system, like brain or mind, right?
  14. Does the school have any clubs or extracurriculars because your family situation might be what's making you feel like shit. A club offers people who can give you solid and long-lasting friendships because they share a passion together, and it's possible certain related life experiences led them to that passion in particular.
  15. Have you considered whether you are now in a body? Where are you? Are you in your eyes, or your head (the usual suspects)?
  16. So that's the only possibility youcame up with? Would you consider yourself a creative person? (There may well be many other possibilities of this, even vexing, seemingly paradoxical ones)

  18. How would you handle the emotions described if...they were really your emotions and happening in you? That's what you can work on, if you are beginning to feel that.
