  1. @egoless You say Jesus fixes challenges in your life. Why?
  2. @egoless I am that, I am. I am Jesus, I am. Can you find if you are in Jesus, or Jesus is in you, or both of these? Then ask - who is God? Are You? Is Jesus?
  3. @Ingit Outer means-your self-referential thoughts are not necessary. However, it can sometimes take a long time before you can get rid* of them Practice whatever meditation works, no matter the amount of time you achieve "success" because if you've done it once, You have done it. Pretty awesome, no? (*And typically they'll shortly come back, again).
  4. It's really a thought of a rock and absence, but from observation those who I've talked about it all interpret it (basically) as a rock and a symbol they can imagine, like an empty white room. Or: they associate the "not" as something not so "empty" to them/you or they forget what they were even thinking about the rock so it's the rock and some random [insert symbol here], etc. So I doubt there's a limit to what memory can conceive of (so to speak). The part of the sentence after "i doubt" need not apply!!
  5. I think maybe this can help you achieve more balance: Find a safe place and talk to yourself! Or sing, or whatever else you feel like you "want to know and do", as you communicate. Do this for as long as you feel confortable. You might think it's not normal, or bizarre, but do not listen to any thoughts like that.
  6. Is it open to try and change others, regardless of partially or totally?
  7. Maybe it just told you you never in reality sacrifice your self.
  8. egoless, I knowyou've been talking about us alot. But I have a question for you, though: Do you believe that your consciousness is United with God or Jesus now? And it did'nt before?
  9. @cetus56 I will post your review of the video here, in case this helps encourage someone to watch it: My first experience watching Mooji was "Christ Consciousness". Very powerful and moving. He opens the door to total oneness and presence, where separation and distance are an illusion. Back to my comments-I saw this too... He's awesome.
  10. I respect your belief, but can you help clarify for anyone who cannot objectively tell the difference between good and evil (I assume you think the majority can) or otherwise can't choose to think/behave/etc. that way. Are they still able to find Jesus?
  11. @Leo Gura Why does this "god" leave into an inaccessible (even temporarily according to perception) existence?
  12. You know, on another page I said nothing is set in stone, perhaps not even reality. I believe You could find a spirituality to search for love, real love. You don't need human interaction buthey sometimes provide stimuli potentially shortening your time to reach love that you have been searching for. You must go through the illusion to be one with truth. The truth then feels like an illusion and the illusion feel like truth.
  13. buddhistpage.com In the bigger perspective, as long as we remain in the cycle of rebirth, we cannot escape suffering at all. We need to work to liberate ourselves from suffering. The highest type of this motivation is that we also want all other living beings to become free from suffering (the Mahayana motivation of Bodhicitta). The fear of losing possessions (including ‘our’ family and loved ones) is simply a form of attachment, another delusion we all have, and which is a major reason to our ‘holding on’ to life. and now, a quote from Buddha. “From what is dear, grief is born, from what is dear, fear is born. For someone freed from what is dear there is no grief — so why fear? From what is loved, grief is born, from what is loved, fear is born. For someone freed from what is loved, there is no grief — so why fear? From craving, grief is born, from craving, fear is born. For someone freed from craving there is no grief — so why fear?”
  14. @Egoisego Do you manipulate people to "become more enlightened" or would they think you're enlightened? Or?
  15. @Ether Except awareness, everything is subjective.
  16. While we're on the subject, @ahmad ibdah , to You, what are the limits of this "constraint" to You ? I am curious about what You consider to be truth from these questions: Is it enough "punishment" for the ego itself to disallow sex before marriage? Or maybe it have to involve harming or shaming those who have done this "wrong"? Where are the limits? Plus, who or what uses marriage as the divider? Is it God, or?
  17. @Torkys I certainly know the feeling to give of Source intelligence, to everyone and anyone possible! The only requirement is awareness, but ultimately it must come to the Seeker. At my present understanding, even the ability of ourselves to communicate knowledge should therefore be in question, let alone via a siddhi such as channeling.
  18. You are correct, I have my beliefs and values based on my own experience. It's ok to have your own opinions, because that's simply what makes up who you are. Thank you for the insightful conversation.
  19. I suppose a sociopath could believe, theoretically, they are enlightened. Wouldn't the knowledge of some kind of "enlightenment" by a sociopath, however, suggest that rather than just a concept, there is actual enlightenment? What do you think?
  20. This would initiate a domino effect in a way. When you count 1,2,3,4 do you consider "one" as the beginning of 1? Or somewhere near the middle? Like as a fraction? Enlightened beings are a fraction in their world, and cannot result in duality for anything/one (including themselves).
  21. Yes, I don't think enlightenment itself solves anything. Rather, one is given the answers to solve all the problems within their consciousness and it is up to the enlightened one to solve them by working together with the rest of existence. One way they can do that is the example I gave about helping with people's problems and general confusion.
  22. t has been said that "The moment one is enlightened, then the whole world becomes enlightened". How I interpret this is, once you, for example, are enlightened, you have solved the duality/all problems in your "world". However, everyone else is trapped in an individual world with unique problems in each. So, they throw these at you (so to speak) and you are capable of using your own experience to work through them, so that they can find enlightenment, for each path.
  23. @Thanatos13 Nonduality will remain a concept until all know what it is to be enlightened.
