What would be a really awesome video I would like to see you do is a "dangers of psychedelics" just like your dangers of meditation video but for psychedelics. No one has done such a video before, and you talk lots about how amazing psychedelics are, but never the dangers or mistakes.

@Nahm understand, but there's a strong sense that 'doing' practices enforces self referential thinking. Whose doing the practices? Whose experiencing the mystical experiences? Whose the one 'becoming' God? Very sneaky way of clinging onto self referential thinking. Trusting that the practices will occur spontaneously(if they are necessary), without the ego needing to 'do' them is scary. The ego doesn't like that. The ego is afraid that it will get lazy, get tamasic, etc. But it has to be let go of eventually. Keeping the illusion of 'I'm having the mystical experiences', 'I'm present', 'my mind is clear', is the thing causing the suffering. So there's no choice. But there's a feeling the practices will get done, because is the ego really in control?

It is but, suffering? it is, and in reflection, its about how to properly handle and integrate mystical experiences. Because, without realising it, for me, psychedelics symbolises mystical experiences.

@Bluff I had the exact same suspicion a while ago. I had this feeling Leo's states of consciousness was a trap. Until I had the experience of realising that being aware of the existence of 'states' is itself a state. It went full circle, like a strange loop, into infinity, and then it became apparent to me that states are a fundamental nature of reality.

Most practices need you to get use to them, learn them or master them before yielding benefits, like say 1 year to master them. How do you get anywhere by being a jack of all trades, master of none?

I must have misunderstood, I thought you said concentration was a technique you use. If it is, how do you do it unforcefully? Do you do do nothing meditation instead? Is that what the effective technique was? I agree concentration is limited, because the ego must concentrate, and the ego's wants do not align with insight and mysticism. But do nothing is extremely, very very tricky, because its almost impossible to truly do nothing.

You said previously you're not that into forcing your mind to do things because its not Loving. How can you concentrate without forcing your mind? If you don't force, it will not concentrate?

Well... who would assume the physical world would have the most enlightened beings on it? When there are infinite amounts of other worlds like dmt worlds.
