If you care to know more about your dating life, self inquire where all of your desire for intimacy, caring for a woman, looking after a woman, tantra yoga, etc, comes from. It all comes from your dick. If you cut your balls off, you would no longer desire lasting relationships, caring for, looking after women. (if you're straight).

You got a mirror in front of you? Pretending that you're dating women because of genuine love, rather than your dick, is massive self deception and dishonesty. You're dating for deeply selfish reasons. No matter how much you try to dovetail it with hippy love poems. True love comes from infinity, anything else is deep deep selfishness.

The only reason why women and men date is to satisfy their sexual needs. Dating is a very specific type of social phenomena where its purely sexual. Even your desire for intimacy and love comes from your dick. When you crave intimacy, use body awareness to locate where its coming from.. its all from your dick. You don't crave intimacy from your mum or sister. Lasting sexual relationships are coming from your dick. And we don't date for friends... friend zone is something we urgently try and avoid. And everything has karmic consequences, not just 'hurting' someone. If its not a woman's job to satisfy your sexual needs, then whose job is it? Sex robots?

This is just a natural byproduct of capitalism. The people crying over socialism are unconsciously supporting this behaviour, man of which are unconsciously benefiting from it.

This is actually counter to proper use of the model. If you can't satisfactorily peg yourself on the spiral purely by reading and understanding the model, then you don't know it well enough. And if you resort to getting a test to peg yourself on the spiral instead, you're giving your authority away to some almighty arbiter of truth of which you have no idea on what its about, how it works, its limitations and blind spots. Same issue is listening blindly to a guru. If you really care about SD and moving up the spiral, the motion has to come from what you feel within. The model is just a tool to help you clarify what's going on within. But its by no means Truth, its not even relatively true, the model is just a projection onto Form. And with all projections, its partially deluded. So its useful, but its not true. And therefore, it doesn't matter what level on the spiral you're on, or what some test says you're on, all that matters is whether the spiral helps you make sense of what you feel within. You don't even need to peg yourself on the spiral for that, you just need to recognise aspects of yourself that is causing you suffering, and use SD to try and understand it from a more holistic level. No pegging on the spiral is even necessary.

What a coincidence, I accidentally wrote some software code today which printed "yep" a thousand times to the screen. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Last insight/goal to write down before the meditation session ends: Every atom in the universe has what you seek. No matter the 'appearance' focus on channelling the atomic substance. Doesn't matter whether you're cleaning, driving, doing spreadsheets, programming, speaking to employees, etc. Every single aspect of reality contains the love and wisdom that you're seeking, the thing which you're making your business for in the first place. Access it all the time. You don't need to be talking to employees to access and learn wisdom. You can learn wisdom cleaning the toilet. It just takes channeling that which is under the appearance.

I tend to feel the foods before I eat them, and use that to determine what I eat. For example, if I feel too energetic and need to sleep, I'll feel for foods that make me more calm and less energetic like green leaves or heavier foods like fish. If I feel too drowsy I'll feel for foods that make me feel energetic like berries and passion fruit, etc. But maybe thats too primitive for what you're after haha.

Have been working with @Nahms invention of the dream board. And been doing it differently over the past few weeks. I've gotten a lot of value out of contemplating why the stuff on my dreamboard is there. When you draw stuff on your dreamboard, it feels good, but the stuff you draw is very concrete stuff. Like objects and places and roles you're playing. The issue I had was, my dreamboard would change almost daily. I felt like I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted. And so I got more abstract and deep about it to try and maintain some consistency in what I wanted to manifest. Here are a few pictures that makes me buzz: They're all so different, a fighter pilot, dmt visions, video games and temples. Yet when you inquire closer as to why they generate good feelings, you get insights that are consistent between them. Why do I like legend of zelda? Because its beautiful and magical and mysterious. I don't have any knowledge of the objects and beings in that story, so I'm super curious. It also clears my mind of thought because I'm too hypnotised in curiosity. They are also aesthetically beautiful, which brings out the love. Not when playing the game, but when watching the gameplay, there's no fear. Its just pure fascination and awe and curiosity and mystery. The temple is the same. There's no fear because its a temple. The patterns are beautiful, which brings out the love. The patterns are mysterious and I'm curious about them. Which makes my mind no mind. Same goes for the dmt experience. And the figher pilot is pointing to the fact that I want to feel good in my body. I need more mind body awareness. Its showing me I want to feel more, feel flying, expand what I feel in my body. So my dreamboard is pointing to me wanting a state of being where I'm a mindless, curious child who is deeply hypnotised by the beauty and love of the world. And a world where I feel my entire body. And the curiosity portrays my love of wisdom and understanding. Not understanding through the mind, but through direct experience. Feeling the understandings.

Learning to love boring, frustrating, irritating, mundane tasks is what separates the winners from the losers.

Entered a new chapter today. Became aware of the neutrality of spiritual materialism vs transcendence of spiritual materialism. For the past several years, I've leaned too far towards the transcendence of spiritual materialism: deconstruction, 'not playing the game', rejecting materialism, etc. Due to following the buddhist way of precluding material accumulation. But it has now occurred to me how that way of life can actually bite you in the ass and allow the ego to one up you. By being a hard liner on rejecting materialism (spiritual, physical, etc) you can actually develop a spiritual ego built on being the guy who rejects materialism. And that's what I've been, the actor pretending to be the anti materialist monk. So again, the ego one upped me. And then the ego uses that in a multitude of ways to keep you stuck in the matrix. For example, by making you believe that the world is ultimately pessimistic, dark, gloomy, etc. Here are some ways the ego exploited the rejection of spiritual materialism to keep the matrix going: 1) Why do you feel a need to have sex? Because your ego wants you to, and that's bad. (sexual repression) -> in reality sex is God. And having sex is just accepting God the way he is. 2) Why is the law of attraction bullshit and not true? Because its what the ego wants, its getting materialistic things, and getting materialistic things is bad -> when in reality, getting materialistic things isn't bad, and the law of attraction isn't always about getting what your ego wants, its sometimes about getting things You want. Getting more in touch with love. If you use LoA to attract the perfect woman in your life, maybe that's not materialistic but a way of opening up infinite love within yourself (like how the tantra yogis did it). 3) I don't get the job I want and that's ok, because getting the job I want is materialistic. -> in reality, if you want a particular job over another, it could mean that you feel more infinite love for one job over the other, and its actually an anti materialistic thing. I'm now going to balance and be more neutral about spiritual materialism. To overcome these ego exploitation. The tantra path does a great job of combining the 2. May need to immerse myself in it.

he's exactly right. He's just speaking absolutely. It does but its equivelant to using a hammer to cut a piece of wood. If you're into consciousness work, there's almost no point in toying with spiral dynamics. Its much more useful for healing society.

That's an extreme example but Very easily Osho could not have been aware of the complexities of capitalism, because it take study to see it unlike mysticism. Its not just obvious by walking in the streets. And you can still be deeply loving and deeply unaware of those hidden complexities. But I think you're saying that you should study those complexities otherwise there's something not quite right about you. Yeah really not sure about that. Got nothing to add to the discussion at this point because im not sure. I feel like ultimately mysticism and direct experience is prior to intellectual understandings of the complexities of capitalism, and direct experience and mysticism is prior because capitalism is imaginary and not true, so I value the former more. But that may change in the future if I ever get to post awakening and decide to ride the ox a certain way. Or maybe not. I think infinite love has a component here, you feel a desire to heal the world because of infinite love, and that may feed into wanting to stop nazis taking over your land. But that feeling is totally dependent on whether you're educated enough to know the problems in the first place. Infinite love doesn't guarantee that you'll automagically feel an urge to reduce capitalism. Only if you somehow become aware of it (which to become aware of that stuff you need to do worldly things like reading books and talking to people, not meditation or awakening work). The discussion with me and Leo gives a great explanation. There's lots of mystical stuff happening in my experience on a daily basis, but spiral dynamics wise, I find I'm closest to blue/orange, although due to how deconstructed my worldview is, I don't really resonate with any particular stage on the spiral. I resonate very very well with the experiences of the accounts of Jesus, Chogyam Trungpa, zen teachers and shamans. Very timeless, eternal, non linear. And those teachers are blue. I don't resonate much with green teachers like Matt Khan, Adyshanti, mooji, etc. My spiritual style is very aggressive like Peter Ralstone. So that's why I generally peg myself as blue. Its hard to peg myself without comparing myself to the experiences of teachers, because on a daily basis, my perspective isn't very worldly. Its very timeless, eternal, magical/mystical, etc. And I don't really feel a strong repulsion to being blue either. Because I'm so detached from worldly things, and so immersed in bliss and a perspective that's very open and released, that there's no passion or dispassion towards my values. My values are sort of like just ordinary things I don't really think or care about, like dust on your desk.

Yeah that's development completely unrelated to awakening IMO. The awakened had to surrender so much, that such questions would probably feel like asking "what's the best way to swing a golf club"

Don't get cocky here. You're still identified with an ego, even if your ego doesn't believe it. It arises but conscious effort to not listen to them can occur. Be careful not to be a wild fox zen. Don't spout non dual philosophy without feeling it. If you truly feel like you're in control, then take that as fact rather than trying to one up yourself by believing the non dual philosophy over what you feel is true.

Yeah but whether Newtonian mechanics is important is relative to your worldview. Newtonian mechanics is completely useless for shamans or reiki healers. And whether newtonian mechanics are 'real' is totally dependent on your perspective. Some perspectives see newtonian mechanics as valid, while others don't. Whether someone is off the charts or not is completely dependent on your perspective and what you decide to dream up. You can project whatever you want. For some, Padmasambhava or Jesus may be on the charts, for others he's not. I personally don't recognise Padmasambhava as being on the charts based on his story and life. I see him as being completely undefined SD wise.

But what's confusing is there are some enlightened people who are just so deep in enlightenment that they just can't comprehend being racist. Like Bashar. He's so high in the sky, talking about aliens and stuff, that I don't think he can even comprehend being racist. Or capitalist. He's broken down and deconstructed his paradigm so much that he doesn't comprehend the basis of racism. Because his worldview is so broken and deconstructed. Same with other teachers. Like adyshanti and sadhuguru and matt khan. And this goes with my experience aswell, if you contemplate enough as part of your spiritual journey, and just keep deconstructing, you forget how to be racist. Because you've deconstructed race as part of your spiritual process of shedding ego. I'm aware that there are spiritual teachers who are racist, and maintain their social programming, but somehow it doesn't happen with all teachers.

In the relative sense (your perspective) no. No end to it. It just comes down to not listening to thought and ego. All suffering is caused by your perspective and listening to ego and identifying with ego. Salvation is accessible to you right now, but you must do exactly what you don't want to do. And that's why you suffer. Are you looking to not suffer? Well THE ANSWER is to simply not listen to thought. To not believe thought. But can you do that? Chances are, if you're suffering and aren't enlightened yet, then you probably can't. So no one on here can save you, even if we tell you exactly what to do.
