  1. There are two or more books on Leo's booklist which are exactly what you are looking for.

  3. @MarkusSweden Hmmm, so respecting someone who you actually don't respect but you pretend to yourself that you respect them? You call it naivety, I call it dishonesty. I understand what you are saying, and it sounds like a good plan but I don't think you can pretend something isn't there until it actually isn't there. Take shadow work as an example. You can't just deny things you don't like about yourself. These things will burst out eventually. A more effective way to deal with these things is looking at them and asking "why don't I like this?" and "what is it's purpose?". If you acknowledge it and understand it, you can let it go, but only then.
  4. @Robert It seems to me that what you are doing is making a distinction between happiness and not-happiness. And you say that the point of life is this one part of life: happiness. That's what you value. And the other part of life, not-happiness? You try to avoid it or deny it. But what are you going to do when not-happiness occurs? Might there be value in not-happiness? Could you imagine a situation in which something is more important than being happy?
  5. @Ryan_047, have you read synchronicity by C. G. Jung?
  6. So first you say green is about honesty and then you suggest to lie to ourselves about things we don't like?
  7. I don't understand 'lesson 4, concentration' in the book. Are you supposed to focus your eyes on the point between the eyebrows and at the same time concentrate on the back of the head?
  8. Only the experience of the pen is real. And the past didn't didn't happen. At least that's what I think/intuit. But also the pas in like 0.0001 millisecond ago and the same for 0.000001 in the future, it will never exist. So the present is so infinitely small that all you left with is nothing. Experience only exist in relationship to time and time is illusion.
