@Leo Gura I have started doing this, I have racial trauma/ anxiety, for me meaing that I avoid alot situations and have a ton anxiety symptons in my body e.g thight muscles, dizziness, intrusive thougts and more. But I began questioning my anxiety what is the porpuse of it? why do I do it? So yeasterday on my way to the psychologist I got an answer, to protect myself! to protect myself from feeling the racist hurt agian, so know that kinda know why I do it? how do I stop it? I have started doing things that make me feel anxoius and that work. but yeah, hope you have a good advice for me

I have been studying the history of race for quite a time now and it was much more complex, normal and scientific than pepole today understand. United states and Europe were extemeley racist, and race was as true as gender is today ( not that gender was not true back then, lol) most people were racist because the societies were deeply racist. Eugenics was the norm! for expamel jews in U.S and Germany viewed themselves as a race and so did others. What is almost funny reading about race, is that it is so clearly a social construct, throughout time alot of white dudes have tried to define who is white, and who is not, and they all have diffent opinions. Same with black people! Their were no clear distinction between german nazism and american, european racism, Hitler was a stark admirer and reader of english and american racists especially Madison Grant so you could say nazism is racism on steroids. Recommend everyone to read: The history of white people by Nell Irvin Painter.

@Leo Gura I met a girl during a party once and we began talking and she got attracted to me, i did not know then. I did not escalate at the time since she had a boyfriend. But fastforward 1 year she dm-ed me and wanted to know how it was going? I said I had been to cool restaurant the day before, and she was like, maybe we should go there sometime, hihi?, then I understood she liked me, and I got nervous as I always do when I know a girl like me. should I ask her out? should talk a bit more with her in a sexy way? all these questions where racing in my head, but then I understood she already is attracted to me so I can relax and just set up the date. that feeling well it ended with we went to the same party as a date, I made sure she understood it was a date. When I met her at the party I just went straight to her and gave her a hug, so far everything good. but, I fucked up badly began touching her in a gentel way and she responded okey, so went for a kiss but she rejected it and told me we barley knew eachother( that was true) and she wanted to talk, but I was maybe a tad to horny for that, and kept touching her and holding hands but she did not want to kiss me, she began talking about a few months before she had come out from a abusive relationship and did not want to rush anything. so I did not got laid that night. was it the lack of report with her that I missed? and one more thing you said attraction happens relative soon 5-60 min, and you should not be to nice more like a bad boy til you clearly reach the hook up point is that true?

What is the diffrence between being naive or thinking that everyone acts with good intentions? I found something that I can't Integrate, this man! How can someone do such a thing with good intentions??

@Leo Gura I understand what you mean, but racism is not and have never been just about skin color. It has been blood, summed up by the nazis as blood and soil. It has been about racial features and awful lot about headskulls etc etc.(european jews you could say is white meaning you could not pick them out from other white europeans ) I would say that is old school racism, and today we largely just think about skin color as racism.
