I think we’re finally seeing that the idea of a guru is fundamentally flawed. That role of guru doesn’t fit actual enlightenment and putting oneself in that position leads to corruption through ego. Enlightenment should never be about personalities or following someone else’s lead. It’s not something that can be taught, so why consider yourself a teacher if not because of ego?

@Highest I understand it's extremely hard to convey Truth/Nonduality thu language, which is inherently dualistic, but the opinion about Atheists above is dualistic views. Do you as God realize that any Atheist you encounter is just a dream character you dreamed up? Thus they never are doing or have ever done anything, as they don't actually exist. Only you, God, are dictating their thoughts. And it's all happening only within your direct experience, in this moment only. Is this the way you understand things to be true? To me (because I have not had an Awakening yet, still believe I'm human and everything is material and dualistic) it's all just concepts, because I have not experienced God in my direct experience (I realize that once awake I may/will realize it always as been in my direct experience). Just out of curiosity, have you fully experienced/awakened to being God/ Infinity/ the creator of universe and all of reality/the Truth of Truths, or is your views and shared wisdoms beliefs based on teachings?

@korbes I actually did a thread on this about a month ago. Went fairly indepth of my plans, and hoped it would inspire others that want solitude to do the work, could maybe get inspired. I figure with a combination of freezer foods, a packed refrigerator, dried meats, jars of dried fruits, dozens of jars of nuts, quinoa, rice, protein powder shakes, and a combination of small portions and fasting, I will easily be able to be out in the wilderness for over a month at a time. Then just drive back down to the nearest town to replenish supplies, fill up on gas, charge the batteries, get water and so on.

Are you willing to end your life? Willing to give up everything? Willing to give up everything you like, love and cherish most in your life? True enlightenment is suicide. It takes balls to do that. If you think you can answer yes to these, then by all means, go for it! Me, I'm building a fully self-contained mobile home. With 1000W solar panels, 5000W inverter and a separate alternator. All so I can live up in the mountains, far away from all distractions, for weeks or months at a time, so I can fully dedicate to full nonduel enlightenment. Yes one can do it anywhere at any time, but for me, I need to space and quiet.

I'd also note that 5-Meo-DMT is a naturally occurring chemical already produced in the 'brain'. So to have a God experience, you're just taking more than normally produced. Your whole 'reality' is produced by various chemicals in your 'brain'.

Bingo. Exactly. It's not about watching new videos every week like they are Saturday morning cartoons. He's already told us everything we need to self actualization, many times over, to the point of repeating himself. What's the point of continuing to make more videos if you all don't listen to the ones he does make.

This is an extremely Orange perspective. Not everything is about money and trying to get something for yourself. Leo is trying to Awaken people. He could easily charge thousands of dollars for his content, but he doesn't because, for him, that's not what it's about. It's about sharing what's he's discovered for himself, and through that sharing, hopefully others that are on a similar path can find their way too. If it's just entertainment for you, I pity you. For me, it's the greatest knowledge I've heard yet in my life. It's the clearest path to peace and freedom from ego, that I've ever heard.

Most likely a made up character in a book. Someone traveled to Egypt and other parts of the world, and saw how religion was used to control populations. Using fear to stop people from raping, murdering and stealing from each other. So they adopted the same system for their region, wrote a book, clamed it came from 'God' and it took off as a beliefs system that lasts till today. Tada!

This makes no sense and contradicts itself. Yes, love is beyond gender. Saying same-sex love is different is the same ignorant shit as saying people of a different shade of skin color are less intelligent as white people. I can't remember if Leo talked about sexuality as part of his series on Spiral Dynamics. I would guess 'Can heterosexual guys can experience homosexual love?' would be stage Blue. As one moves up the Spiral, their views on sexuality broaden. I've met very advanced people whom love people based on their heart. What their genitals are is irrelevant. They date and love Men, Women, Transgender, doesn't matter. I would guess this would be more Green/Yellow. As the stages swing from inward to outwardly focused from one stage to the next, I'm guessing the next stage, Yellow/Turquoise, is surpassing the need for sex altogether.

Ever wanted a way out of wage slavery, landlord slavery, debt, high bills that are your cage? Ever wanted a way out of the cycle of having to make so much money just to survive and have your basic needs met? Ever wanted to have everyone leave you alone, have no one control you? For you to be able to interact with people as little or as much as You'd like? To be able to just BE, without having to DO anything? I've got a possible suggestion for you. This is what I am doing, and maybe it could work for you as well. I'm getting a used Shuttle Bus. They are very inexpensive, compared to similar vehicles. Most bang for your buck. You can find ones fairly new (within 10 years old) and lower miles, for around $5,000. If you go a little older, you can find them as low as $2,000. They have ample room to build a tiny home. They are built on a truck chasse, so quite durable. They get decent gas millage, so easy to travel. They last forever. I'm going to put solar panels on the roof, inverter, and batteries, so the power is fully self-contained. Water is recycled, filtered and treated with UV, so there is little water waste. Have a compostable toilet. If I do all the work myself, use recycled items as much as possible, and learn what I can from others that have done similar work, I can keep the cost way down. Say around another $5,000 for all the materials. Once done, I can take this fully self-contained home anywhere. Up in the mountains, out in the desert. There's free designated land, BLM land. The only time I'd ever need to interact with society would be to get gas, food and supplies, which could be only ever few weeks. After that, I'm completely Free. No rent, no bills, no having to work, no control over me. I'm completely free just enjoy nature, contemplate, self-inquire, practice yoga and meditation, read books, and just enjoy Being. No distractions. I know some of you may say you don't have $10,000 to do something like this. But ask yourself how much of your time and money you spend on rent, debt and bills, even in just one year? More than $10,000 I bet. How hard would it be to save that much, for your total freedom? How much would you save per year not having all those bills? Would you even need to work? Sure you won't have the same level of comfort that you may be use to in your current living situation, but you'll adapt. And part of the path is letting go attachments to desires. Anywho, that's my plan. Hope some of you that are searching for a way out, this might be an answer for you. @Shadowraix You're making some pretty big assumptions about me there buddy. I'm doing this because I want to and it's the life I want to live.

Not an Rv. RVs are crap. Poorly made. Conversions you can make nice. Custom to your needs. I'm making mine fully self-contained with solar-panels, filtered recycled water system (like in the video). So no RV parks. I'll use pubic land, BLM land. Go up in the mountains, the deserts, the ocean. Gas will be one of the only expenses. If I stay in one place for a couple weeks to a month at a time, then my monthly fuel costs will be minimal. All in all, I figured my monthly costs will be under $300. That's food, gas and misc. But that is living very basic, which is what I want.

@Leo Gura I've been wondering the same thing. When I did my first try, 22 mg was a really low dose. I saw here that there was a recent influx of 5-Meo on the market, after a long dry spell? Maybe this new batch that they're now selling is just weaker.
