Singular, not plural. Nonduality = One.

So the themes are more Christian religious, than Nonduality/Spiritualism like The Fountain was? Hmmm....doesn't sound like my jam. -
Sometimes I wonder if you all do not pay attention to this forum and what Leo's teachings are all about. Your life is a dream. You (God) are literally immortal. Consciousness goes on for eternity.

I'm a big Darren Aronofsky fan, yet I have not seen Mother! yet. I heard it was not good. Could you say more about why you like it so much, and how it connects to spirituality? -

Yes, they are unidentified, but one can make some logical assumptions. These crafts can move from one part in the sky to another in an instant. We are talking near light speed type movements. No human technology can even come anywhere close to what these crafts do. And yes, I've seen what they can do myself. -

There is already a established example of a moneyless society (albeit for a finite duration). Burning Man is an large-scale event in the Nevada desert. The city is 9 square miles, and has a population of around 100,000. It has an airport, hospitals, fire departments, streets, and a center community hun with it's own café. There is no money transactions allowed in the city (except for ice and the café in the community hub). This society is based off of what is called a 'gifting community'. This is not barter, which is 'I'll give you what I have in exchange for what you have'. This is, 'I will give you what I have, selflessly, and I expect nothing in return'. In a way, it is the opposite of capitalism, which is selfishness. This gifting way of society manifests itself in wonderful ways. With the gifting community, people are always looking for ways to contribute to each other, whether it be helping someone with their living space, volunteering to help construct their art installation, volunteering shifts to help out a camp, or just being a moral booster and water supplier for tired workers. Anywhere you go people will gift you food, alcohol, drinks. People gift drugs, clothes, supplies. There is a saying at BM, "the playa will provide", meaning whatever you need, others will gift it. You might think, "what if someone takes advantage of this?". I've never really seen this happen. It's hard for this way of life to not affect you on a deep level and lead to you wanting to be your best self. Sure, this city, with this model of 'gifting', only exists for one week a year. And it takes a whole lot of capitalistic spending to be able to make the city happen, before we can all enjoy the gifting community temporarily. Still, it gives a glimpse of what could be. It proves that humans flourish in a gifting/contribution based society. But, Burning Man has been moving away from a week-long event in Nevada and more towards regional events that happen year-round. There are regional BM communities all around the world, and they keep that 'gifting community' lifestyle alive year-round. https://regionals.burningman.org. For those that have lived and experienced what is like to live in a contribution based society, there is really no going back. You are always looking for ways to contribute to others in whatever way you can. And maybe this small example of what is possible could catch on and slowly spread to other cultures and societies, and maybe one day be the replacement for capitalism. Where everyone asks what can I do for you, instead of what can everybody else do for me. --------------------------------------------------- The 10 Principles of Burning Man Burning Man founder Larry Harvey wrote the 10 Principles. They were crafted not as a dictate of how people should be and act, but as a reflection of the community’s ethos and culture as it had organically developed since the event’s inception. Radical Inclusion Anyone may be a part of Burning Man. We welcome and respect the stranger. No prerequisites exist for participation in our community. Gifting Burning Man is devoted to acts of gift giving. The value of a gift is unconditional. Gifting does not contemplate a return or an exchange for something of equal value. Decommodification In order to preserve the spirit of gifting, our community seeks to create social environments that are unmediated by commercial sponsorships, transactions, or advertising. We stand ready to protect our culture from such exploitation. We resist the substitution of consumption for participatory experience. Radical Self-reliance Burning Man encourages the individual to discover, exercise and rely on their inner resources. Radical Self-expression Radical self-expression arises from the unique gifts of the individual. No one other than the individual or a collaborating group can determine its content. It is offered as a gift to others. In this spirit, the giver should respect the rights and liberties of the recipient. Communal Effort Our community values creative cooperation and collaboration. We strive to produce, promote and protect social networks, public spaces, works of art, and methods of communication that support such interaction. Civic Responsibility We value civil society. Community members who organize events should assume responsibility for public welfare and endeavor to communicate civic responsibilities to participants. They must also assume responsibility for conducting events in accordance with local, state and federal laws. Leaving No Trace Our community respects the environment. We are committed to leaving no physical trace of our activities wherever we gather. We clean up after ourselves and endeavor, whenever possible, to leave such places in a better state than when we found them. Participation Our community is committed to a radically participatory ethic. We believe that transformative change, whether in the individual or in society, can occur only through the medium of deeply personal participation. We achieve being through doing. Everyone is invited to work. Everyone is invited to play. We make the world real through actions that open the heart. Immediacy Immediate experience is, in many ways, the most important touchstone of value in our culture. We seek to overcome barriers that stand between us and a recognition of our inner selves, the reality of those around us, participation in society, and contact with a natural world exceeding human powers. No idea can substitute for this experience. -

Generally, a secure man would most likely be up to more in his life, than sitting at his computer dicking around on a forum.

Hahaha...yeah, no. Just like society, the more people there are, by percentages, the lower the consciousness/Spiral Stages.

Just to add a another perspective. If you are this dedicated to Awakening, and are willing to do literally anything to achieve it, then you will do anything to get substances like 5-MEO-DMT or DPT. You could fully dedicate yourself to getting a travel visa to go to a country where it is legal. If you were this serious, you'd be willing to walk thousands of miles to find it. How far would you go to find the holy grail? Then, once you find it, it's a matter of if you have the balls to go all in and surrender to Infinity once you take the substance? So how dedicated are you to Awakening? -

This seems quite over-simplified. Realizing your unhealthy beliefs do not serve you, and that you should replace them with more healthy beliefs, actually does nothing to deconstruct and dissolve said imbedded beliefs. Self-realization of core beliefs is a good step, but you also have to replace beliefs, with focused intention, in a long process of replacing life-long habits and thought patterns. It takes meticulously and repeatedly, over the course of weeks, months and years, mentally and verbally stating a new belief. It has to be a Truth to you. If there is any doubt, then the old belief you are trying to replace, will continue to be your Truth. Truth is what you believe without a doubt. After a long enough time of reinforcing a belief, it will eventually become your Truth. Then there is no effort in continuing on in your life, with those beliefs being the core to your being, and you can reap the benefits of having those more healthy core beliefs being the filter through which you react to the world. -

Then the 2nd graders should stick with 2nd grade, and not be trying to learn college level calculus. Put in the years of learning like the rest of us did. A calculus professor should not have to dumb down his lessons for anyone and everyone to be able to understand, at the disserve of those that have done the work to be able to understand the highest levels of calculus. -
I've lived in Seattle, Washington my whole life. I've liked city living, but as I get older (I'm 46 now) and more conscious, isolation and being in wilderness is way more appealing. My grandfather died about a year ago. He was a multi-millionaire. I just now got the inheritance. $200,000, plus shares in multiple stocks, where I will be getting roughly $1,800 to $2,000 a month for the rest of my life. So the question now, is what to do with all this. My idea is to buy as much land as I can in Washington state. I've found multiple options of between 60 acers to 100 acers of beautiful land within my price range throughout the state. The further out from civilization, the more land I can get. The plan would be to get 100 acres of secluded land, and build a number of shipping container homes on the land. Shipping containers only cost about $1,000-$1,500 each. And makes the perfect base for building a tiny-home. The pics below would be a basic design. Each one of these homes could be built for roughly $10,000 each. Solar for power. Rain-catching barrels and well for water. Starlink satellite internet and cell service. So pretty off-grid and self-contained. The idea would to build a space where like-minded individuals could either rent a house, like Airbnb, or to rent longterm to be in a community. I'd keep the rent on the units super low, to make it more manageable for people to stay in such a secluded area. Ideal for people that can work remotely or are retired. I could potentially use the space to hold various spiritual ceremonies, like Ayahuasca, 5-MEO, and mushroom ceremonies, for said like-minded peoples. Ideally, I'd want to be a haven for stage high-Green, Yellow, and Turquoise people. So, what do you think, this is a good idea? Would you, or people you know, potentially be interested in living or staying in a situation like this? Do you think this would be a viable situation to make enough income through rentals to pay for itself with taxes and such?

So is a good way of explaining this, that I am all of my bubble of perception. All that is within my consciousness is all that exists, and nothing outside of my perception exists. So this, 'my' bubble, is the entire universe. But "other people" have their bubble of perception. They are not real, as they are their bubble of consciousness. And nothing exists outside of their perception. So they have their universe. All universes are all the illusion/Maya, and are all the construct of one mind. Does that kinda cover it? -

Nothing exists outside direct experience. However unbelievable it may seem. Now is all that exists. There is no "few moments ago". If it is not Now in your direct experience, it is only exists as a though that is happening Now. -

@Eren Eeager Have you had an full God realized Awakening yet? -

Can't speak for Leo, but here are some possibilities as to why he will not divulge the new substances: Most of his followers do not follow the advice he administers. Most do not even try 5-MEO-DMT. So what difference would it make to share "new" substances? If you truly followed his advice and did 50 to 100 trips of 5-MEO, you would not need a "new" drug. Sharing a drug publicly to over a million viewers could cause a huge influx of tens of thousands of people all of a sudden trying to get said drug. Which could catch the attention of the feds, leading to both a possible crackdown on said drug, causing it to possibly then being scheduled/made illegal and harder to get. Also bringing unwanted attention to himself for being the cause of said mass public attention of said drug. So I think he's making a prudent choice in keeping this information to himself. If he had a group of people who had spent years doing the most advanced practices, had done over 100 full Awakening trips, and has become fully God realized, and wanted to try a new substance that could possible provide access to unrealized facets of Infinity, I could see the benefit to share with them to aid in their journey. Beyond that, if you are a beginner, do what is suggested and do your 5-MEO trips to become God realized, and stop looking for the 'next new thing'. -
Yes, in realizing that Now is all that exists, that there is no "past", I have very little relationship to a "past", as I know it's just me creating it Now. It doesn't effect my life much. Those in my life have accepted my lack of memory. If something is worth remembering, I will write it down. It's nice being free from a past. I have no trauma from past events, or regret over things I did or didn't do, or longing for another time in my life that was "better".

in 2003 I first attended Burning Man. It was a huge culture clash for me, and shook all my stage Orange beliefs to their core. It was an abrupt and almost instantaneous shift into stage Green, that changed the course of my life. I went from a cubicle office drone (stage Orange), to a circus performer (stage Green) with a couple year span. The Green culture I amerced myself in then introduced me to the spiritual path, that propelled me into stage Yellow.

If you dedicate yourself to this path, you will find a way. You'll walk 10,000 miles, across countries, if this was your ultimate goal of your life. So you have to ask yourself what you truly want out of your life. Is it satiating ego urges, or realizing the ultimate truth of who you are?
-
Frankly I think you're in a better place for spiritual work than most. Ultimately the goal of spiritual work is to reach an Awakening to your true nature, to realize Truth. To do that you have to be willing to accept your death. Most cannot do this. If you are suicidal, you have an advantage. Get some psychedelics and have your spiritual Awakening. Then all the issues you are currently suffering from will be moot.
-
Yep, do whatever you can to move out. Sounds super toxic. Cut out anyone who doesn't support your growth, and that includes family. Don't let anyone else's issues stop you from doing what is best for yourself. There are so many people at there that you will meet that will call you family and love and support any choice you make to better yourself. Join some social groups in whatever interests you and you will find likeminded people. This will make making connections easy, so you don't have to worry about any social anxiety issues. Heck, I bet if you went to that psychedelic retreat you'd meet many connections. Good luck on your path.
