So my ex broke up with me January and I can’t stop contacting her. She said she wants to stay friends but sometimes makes me feel like maybe things could work out again but then again change back to distant and cold vibe. she never contacts me first. Idk I feel like if I stop contacting her which is now like on a Weekly basis, I will loose her completely but also if I contact her so often it’s also pushing her away. My heart tells me I should give her space but still it’s very hard cause I tried finding someone like her but just can’t. She’s the best I’ve had. What do I do?

I can’t breathe well through my nose. I have had this condition for 12 years. I have ruled out diet, and allergies as a cause. I have been to multiple ENT doctors and they don’t know the cause and gave me allergy medication, salt water spray and cortisone. The cortisone spray and salt water spray help a bit but not nearly enough to have a normal quality of life. my nose is not blocked the same always, it changes during the day but I haven’t found any pattern. One thing I notice is that when I am 100% relaxed it usually clears a bit. Notice this during meditation for example. the cause is really unknown and is definitely not allergies or food related. if you have any ideas, please let me know and thank you sincerely for taking the time to read this long post.

@Rigel it’s cool, imma try if posture makes a difference thanks.
-
@Rigel no he sees it’s completely swollen as fuck. He just doesn’t know why and says it’s cause I have an easily irritated mucosa. Told me to get an air purifier which I did and made no difference. I even lived at the ocean for a couple weeks and didn’t notice any change
-
@Salvijus well the problem isn’t really that my nose is stuffed from mucus. It’s swollen inside..

@Asia P everything fine according to doctor. He said I have sensitive nose so it gets irritated easily. Doesn’t fucking help me that info. I’m already using salt water spray like there is no tomorrow and putting ointment in my nose to keep it hydrated, doing salt water rinse. Idk what more I can do. I’m going stop taking the allergy meds from today onward cause they didn’t help for shit. thabks for your message, are there any home remedies that help you?

Wanna try mushrooms to start with psychedelics. Never had any, how do u get you hands on a clean source? Also what can I expect like will I still be conscious and functional like able to talk and go to bathroom etc on low Dosis? Obviously gonna research more myself but any advice, tips, recommendations are appreciated!

@Michael569 it started as child when I was under severe stress due to bullying and home abuse and me eating load of junk food and sweets, escaping in tv and massively spiking my dopamine levels to cope with it. Had a really unhealthy lifestyle back then. This is 12 years ago and I have an above average healthy lifestyle now and take a lot of care. I’ve researched so many things and do what works and discarded what doesn’t. Still it doesn’t seem to fully disappear. The past half year was quite stressful as well because of an injury to my hand which led to me getting fired at work and my gf broke up with me. During this time my symptoms got a lot worse again. So stress definitely makes it worse and may have caused it. But it’s hard to not have stress cause even if the symptoms are better they are never fully gone and all the time I was sick everyone else is living life and making experiences whereas I have nothing to talk about or share except my health issues. That is quite emotionally taxing.

She broke up cause she doesn’t have the time and energy for a relationship and she felt bad cause I was doing more for the relationship than her. I told her I don’t mind and she is enough for me but I think she doesn’t believe me and doesn’t want me to feel bad in the relationship. It’s to bothersome for her basically. But I don’t have any huge requirements for the relationship. Working on it makes me happy cause I like her so she doesn’t need to feel bad. But i told her this and well she doesn’t think so. So yeah this is were things are

I have been having trouble breathing through my nose for years now. I am at a total loss for what to do. It’s greatly limiting my quality of life. I’ve been to different ENT doctors and they all do the same. They say I have allergy and give me allergy spray but the spray doesn’t help me. They see my nose is swollen inside. If any of you has any idea what I can do please tell me!!

@Michael569 hey man, it’s been a while and still not seeing any improvement with my breathing. I’m scared I will have this for the rest of my life.. i tried an air purifier from dyson, it said my air quality is fine. And I didn’t notice any improvement after using it. any idea what I could do at this point?

@captainamerica I have tried all of this and it didn’t help, what is your contact in India?

yo wasp y'all, I was thinking the most important life skill that we need to self actualize is strong willpower. Cause no matter what we wanna do whether that's meditation, eating healthy, strong workout routine or hustling on our life purpose, we need willpower and discipline to commit to all of the above. Now Leo already has some content about discipline and willpower, however I feel since this is such an important topic it would be dope if we could get an in detail video around this topic. Maybe he could go into how to stay consistent with positive habits, how to break bad habits and addictions, what to do when you fall off track and whether it's possible to be 100% consistent with our longterm goals. Anyways let me know if you feel like Leo should make a video about this topic. Just a quick reply, lets make it happen!

@Michael569 thank you soooo much for you extensive reply! I will try your recommendation on diet and report back to you. I’ll also try various supplements and see if that helps. And I will save up for a good air purifier could you recommend me the herb detox and immunity tinctures you used? also I’ll make sure to get my flat tested for mold! Thanks for the tip my sleep is okay but of course I imagine it would be more restorative if my breathing improves. Much obliged, oliver

@Flowerfaeiry could you explain more how grains, oils or overcooking could be a problem? Thanks
-
@captainamerica thanks I already do this and it has helped me a little but my breathing is definitely still blocked
-
@Michael569 i was thinking the same thing but my allergy test said I’m not allergic to mold. I do notice though the more I am indoors the worse it gets. If it is a mold problem, how would I fix this?
-
@Chris_at_the_ridge tried but it doesn’t help me, Cause the issue is not allergy but my nose is swollen somehow
-
@Michael569 I did the allergy test again now. I’m allergic to pollen and cats but my doc said it’s not the cause since there is allergy season now and I don’t have a cat. he suspects it’s because of the air pollution in my city but I live close to the mountain and there isn’t much pollution there, so it doesn’t make sense to me.. no idea what to do at this point

I have IBS-D, lactose intolerance, histamine intolerance and mild fructose intolerance. Seeing as gluten is not recommended for ibs and there are so many foods that contain fodmaps but low histamine and vice versa i am at a loss for what to eat. It’s hard to find recipes with all these dietary restrictions. Can someone please help me out here?

Yes I did stool test everything fine, and yes it was diagnosed after doing the food intolerance tests.

Hey guys, I have had chronic muscle pain in my back, neck and shoulders for at least two years now and it is really limiting myself. I want to get rid of this problem for good and I just don't know what to do. I have been to multiple doctors and neurologists and they didn't know what to do. I already do yoga and get massages regularly but even though that helps relax the muscles for a short time, they hurt again after about an hour. Any advice is strongly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this
